For a software company, it is very customer first focus. It is fast in replying to issues and concerns and comments. You can get a real person to speak with you in a video meeting or they can call you. In my case I was also able to text my representative. They are the standard for customer support. They were very fast and processing my phone number for the texting platform. I was able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I often spoke to the same people which is rare in online support.
Pros: There is a user friendly, cheap mass text platform with A+ customer support. I feel like they are not overpriced and they have a great quality product.
Cons: Group texting is not supported. Receive messages or counted as use credit as well. They need to emphasize this upfront before plans are paid for.

I have been pleased with the interactions I have had with Customer service, and for the most part, the use of the service has been easy and smooth!
Pros: Getting set up with Textla was very easy and has increased response and engagement!! The user dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. I have been able to set up groups of people based on how they serve the library and really narrow our focus as to who receives what texts, saving money by honing in on the audience.
Cons: Customer support is slow to answer, though very helpful and kind. I would like to see them add a notification feature to let us know when someone has responded to a text. As a small rural library who relies mostly on volunteers, monitoring our Textla inbox isn't currently high on our priority list.

Textla has been a fantastic addition to our SigEp Balanced Man Program and alumni communications toolkit. It was incredibly easy to set up, and their customer service team was top-notch throughout the process. I did quite a bit of research before choosing them, and I have to say, not only is the service great, but the value is unbeatable. We had a wonderful trial period and quickly saw how effective it is for staying connected with our members. Pros: Easy to use, great value, awesome onboarding, I love how easy Textla makes it to instantly connect and engage with our entire community.
Cons: Personalized texting costs twice as much—great tool, but that pricing feels too steep. Thats too much.

Pros: The user interface is very simple and easy to understand and use. I like that it has all the feature we need and in a very intuitive design style.
Cons: The character limit on the segments is a bit low, and doesnt include emojis. Thats a bit of bummer, but youre still able to get your marketing done at an affordable price.

My overall experience with Textla has been very positive. It’s a clean, modern platform that makes SMS and marketing automation feel easy and efficient. From setup to sending campaigns, everything flows smoothly, and the interface is intuitive even for first-time users.

My experience so far has been the definition of value and ease! Simple to set up and simple to use with analytics
Pros: The ease of use and the value you get with the texting platform. Onboarding was easy and the monthly plan is the most competitive
Cons: I wish they had an AI feature and maybe the option for local numbers but all in all it's been great!

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful and the set up was easy! I'm already running campaigns! The system is very straight forward, the pricing is reasonable, and they roll over your credits from month to month which is excellent!
Cons: So far I have no complaints. The customer service dept was very helpful and they followed up several times.

Overall, it has been a good experience so far. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I have been able to use it for what I need to and looking forward to digging into the automation aspect.
Pros: The setup process is very simple and the site is easy to use. Adding contacts and sending campaigns is easy.
Cons: Having a mobile app would be great so that we can easily and quickly get notified of new messages and get back to customers quickly.

Great it does everything I need it to. I needed to contact support once and they were right of the phone.
Pros: Ease of use and customer service. I've tried of EZ text and importing my contacts and just using Textla was so much easier
Cons: Can't use your own phone number. Replies cost credits. These things are not super important to using SMS marketing but would have been nice to have

Pros: Anyone looking for the most cost effective, user friendly, and transparent option for SMS then this is the one. Support is very responsive and the features span more than expected.
Cons: Nothing really so far. The contact csv import process was a little tricky at first, so make sure your tables are formatted exactly like their examples.

Pros: Textla is affordable, easy to use and backed by great service, saving us thousands each year over our old provider.
Cons: Compliance took time and I miss a few perks I had with my previous provider, but affordability makes Textla the right fit now.

Textla has been super easy to work with. Their customer service made set up super easy. They also offered the best value for the service I was looking for.
Pros: Textla is a great value and they offer a free trail. It was super easy to set up and use and the customer support is excellent.
Cons: I haven't found anything that I don't like about Textla. I'm excited to switch to the service after our old service was no longer meeting our needs.

An excellent, easy to use SMS Texting program for Tablet and Windows platform. If your Business intends to increase sales and revenue, this is the Texting program by choice. Number 1 for customer support and integrating for your Sales Team. Highly recommended.

I got up and running easily. The two times I had questions I was able to talk to a real human quickly and expect we will use it for years to come.
Pros: Once I got my phone number configured, I was able to setup the opt in and send messages the same day. Very easy to get started. A key feature is the ability to schedule messages.
Cons: Really nothing, We have a simple use case of communicating information on events to our membership and it does that easily.

Pros: Textla is affordable and easy to use. The website is very simple, and their customer service is always available to help.
Cons: I have not had much of a negative experience -- I do think it would be simpler if you could pay as you go instead of purchasing credits before each campaign.

I enjoy the simple dashboard and the ease of being able to text. I think the pricing is simple and super competitive, and the support from the team has been the best.
Pros: I liked the ease of the software and its pricing. The support was nice. I jumped on a call with one of the VPs that same day about the onboarding. Highly recommend.
Cons: Honestly, I don't have anything to report negatively about it yet. I have looked at many different options, and this seems to be the best for my smaller business.

Extremely good, the customer support was great and the company sets up a meeting with you to debrief you how to use Textla to the fullest. It's also faster to get your number approved then competitors and can send images unlike some competitors
Pros: It's so much cheaper than competitors to use the service and is a easier to use service with more comprehensive options of what to send
Cons: The fact that you have to wait a while to be approved for a number which can't be helped but sucks as we wanted to use the service immediately

Overall, we're really happy with it. It helped us reach our clients in a more personal and direct way, and we’ve seen better responses since using it. It saves time, keeps things simple, and gets the job done.
Pros: It’s suuuper easy to use and we love how organized everything is. Setting up campaigns and automation doesn’t feel overwhelming & the ability to segment contacts is a BIG plus. Also, their customer service has been really responsive and helpful.
Cons: Like any new platform, there’s a little learning curve at first. But once you get the hang of it, it runs smoothly.

Pros: Very competitive pricing and amazing customer support. They're all very quick and responsive, the team even set me up with a 1000 extra credits to get started off
