Pros: Easy to use system that has always been user friendly. No issues logging in. Easy to maintain and keep patient information together
Cons: The only nice thing would be an automatic refresh of the logs of patients replying to texts for follow ups

Dialog Health is a very easy program to us. We have had a very successful confirmation rate through Dialog Health.
Pros: User friendly program, has absolutley helped ellivate the amount of time spent on the phone and increased productivity in other areas.
Cons: The one thing that is an issue, and I don't think its a Dialog Health issue, but when Mod Med doesn't drop our most up to date schedule for the campaign w/the correct time, it makes coordinating the schedule very difficult.

Wonderful training and easy to use product. Gives an easy way to communicate with patients. Also gives them an easy way to communicate without having to wait on hold times.

Pros: It is easy to directly message a patient. And also easy to set up automatic messages regarding check in times and prep for specific exams. Customer support is wonderful if we have any questions or need help with a problem.
Cons: I wish there was a way to switch it to show the last name first. All our other programs list last name first and it can be a bit confusing when trying to compare schedule reports with the daily messages.

Could not talk more highly about Dialog Health! The product, the people, the ease to use the program it all makes a well rounded company!
Pros: How incredibly helpful and collaborative the team is! Dialog health employees work closely with us to keep innovating and addressing any issues we may have. Typically they think of hurdles we can jump before we even get to them. One outstanding innovation in the last year is the ability to send messages in countless different languages.
Cons: Honestly, it's hard to think of a negative when it comes to Dialog Health. One could argue a company always wants to see better pricing?? But even that feels like a far fetch for the quality product and service we're paying for.

Pros: The Dialog Health website has many helpful tips with guidance to trouble shoot any issues you may need help with. The customer service is so responsive, professional very knowledgeable.
Cons: I really have not had any negative issues to report. I have only had positive experiences thus far with Dialog Health.

Pros: Very easy to use, useful way to communicate with patients. I think patients also find it useful to be able to text.
Cons: I see no cons to dialog health at this time. It is a great resource for appointment management and communication.

Customer service, [sensitive content hidden] are great to work with and they have a quick turnaround on tickets/email questions. Like with anything new, the in-service was info-overload and intimidating for my Team, but with practice, they got it! It's smooth sailing now.
Pros: It's simple and I like the analytics piece. We were ablet ot cut down on staffing because we didn't need to do preop or postop calls. A+
Cons: nothing. I had a suggestion regarding translation services, and it was implemented in less than 5 months. It may have already been in the works, but I'm still happy about it.

Fair. More pros than cons. I say its a hit and miss with the patients. Some people find messaging annoying, while others find it super useful.
Pros: It helps our patients who did not receive instructions from the practice. If describes in depth what to avoid with their prep, and who to call with questions
Cons: I wish it automatically updated phone numbers when we do. We do not always have time to bounce back and forth in platforms

10/10 would recommend! Cannot say enough good things about this team. They make you feel like you are the only client and they are there to help within minutes.
Pros: This company's customer service is unmatched!! I cannot say enough great things about how easy this system is to use and IF assistance is ever needed they make you feel like you are their only customer.
Cons: Literally nothing. I rarely need to reach out for help because the system is so easy to use, but when I do they are there to help.

Pros: Dialog Health is very helpful as it is simple to use and allows us to stay connected with patients through text messages that are HIPAA safe vs having to make multiple phone calls/ leave voicemails. The platform helps us remind patients about appointments, share updates, and answer questions quickly, saving time for staff and making care feel more personal and convenient. We definitely have seen an increase in engagement and a reduction in no shows. Additionally, if changes to users or auto texts are needed the customer service individuals respond quickly to assist us.
Cons: So far no complaints about Dialog Health directly, it has a had a huge positive impact in our facility. We have had a few wrong phone numbers receiving texts, but that is not Dialog Health's fault.

I have been using dialog health for the last 6 years. Our patients are happy (makes it easy for them to communicate with us), our physicians are happy (reduces same-day cancellations and no-shows), and my staff is happy (saves time that they would normally spend on the phone). If we ever have an issue, concern or need assistance, customer service is quick to respond.
Pros: Dialog Health has helped us immensely with our patient communication. Our patients find it helpful when we send them appointment reminders and prep reminders prior to their procedure.
Cons: I don’t have any complaints about the platform. Any issues have always been handled promptly. We will continue using the platform.

10/10. In my position, multitasking is a must. With dialog health, I am allowed to complete all tasks and reminders.
Pros: Dialog Health makes healthcare communication easy! It allows staff to follow up with multiple providers and patients with ease!
Cons: I wish I had something to say to make it better, but the user-friendly interface really makes it easy!

Pros: My favorite thing about Dialog Health is the ease of use in communication with patients. Patients who are unable to answer phone calls during their work day can still communicate thru text messaging.
Cons: It would be beneficial if Dialog Health had the ability to send documents; however, the quick link ability does helps offset this inability.

It is an absolutely wonderful program when used properly. It is an convenient and easy one stop shop for communicating and getting feedback on your patients, and their own personal experiences.
Pros: easy efficient way to communicate with patients, I love that it allows a easy form of communicating with and getting feedback from the patients.
Cons: Honestly I cannot find anything bad to say about the program, If you are using it properly, it should be very effective.

I as a Charge Nurse use Dialog Health all the time to communicate as ex. asking if patient is able to come in earlier for their procedure. Able to do multitask without being tied up on phone.
Pros: Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate information or needs to patients on a great platform.
Cons: Can't say there is anything. Haven't had issues besides if the site goes down and that has not happened often and if does DH will let us know they are aware and working on it.

Pros: ease of use for communication with patients. able to deliver mass communication to staff for quick updates. Can communicate facility closures due to natural events such as hurricanes from the home.
Cons: Wish I could send the same text to multiple numbers by searching the names, rather than create a group

Great. Easy to use and communicate with patients. Was helpful when we had to change our schedule due to a hurricane last year and communicate with patients our unexpected closure.
Pros: Ease of use, good patient communication, managing appointments, saves time, most patients are more responsive to text.
Cons: Splitting text into two messages, patients dislike. Other than that, our office has no complaints and everything is working effectively.

Overall, it's been a great experience. The platform is fast, efficient, and simple to use. I appreciate the ability to use templates and bulk-send messages through their template files – makes outreach a breeze. On top of that, the people at Dialog Health are fantastic to work with.
Pros: I love how quick and easy it is to use. It saves me a ton of time compared to texting manually from my phone. It fits seamlessly into my workflow and helps me reach out more efficiently.
Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but honestly, their support team made it easy. Between the demo, their helpful service, and the wealth of support articles available, I was up and running in no time.

I love how easy it is to communicate with patients! Questions can be answers really quickly! It makes communicating more efficient.
Pros: I love the ease of communicating with patients. I try to answer their questions and being able to text is a great feature.
Cons: Having to mark them after you communicate with the patient, I do not love adding the word "done."
