Pros: At MyBikeDrop, we manage logistics and delivery teams spread across different locations, so having a reliable system to monitor remote work was a must. Monitask has truly made that process effortless. The time tracking and task management features help us stay organized, while the screenshot and activity monitoring tools give clear visibility into daily progress without feeling intrusive. I also appreciate how secure the platform feels data protection is critical in our industry, and Monitask gives us that confidence. The collaboration tools make it easier for our dispatchers and drivers to stay in sync, even when they’re miles apart. Their customer support is another highlight they’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about helping us get the most out of the software.

Cons: Honestly, I haven’t found anything to dislike so far. Everything works smoothly, and the setup process was straightforward even for our non technical team members.

Pros: Being able to view each click and get notified about productivity using different metrics. We are able to track the full history of each employee too.

Cons: Sometimes it is challenging when setting up new users to ensure certain boxes are ticked so we can track their productivity and set them up properly

Pros: Amazing customer support, easy learning curve, and super detailed employee attendance tracking and task management.

Cons: I liked it more than all the other platforms we researched. We migrated from UpWork and found Monitask to be an all around win.

Pros: Monitask helps us monitor how our trainers and consultants spend their time on courses, client work, or internal content development. The breakdown of hours by task type has enabled us to improve project estimates and profitability. We appreciate how the interface is intuitive, which reduces time spent training new staff.

Cons: Some employees feel self-conscious with frequent screenshots, especially during tasks that require reflection or research. The reporting filters don’t always allow grouping by project subtype, which we often need for analyzing internal vs external revenue work. There have been occasional lag issues when internet is congested.

Pros: Clients appreciate the transparent time reports, and internally it reduces stress around accurate invoicing.

Cons: Reports could benefit from more customization options specific to financial advisory work styles and more.

Pros: I liked most about Monitask is that it provides clear and detailed productivity tracking, making it easier to monitor tasks and manage time efficiently. The reporting features are also helpful for staying organized and accountable.

Cons: Liked least about Monitask is that the tracking can feel a bit intrusive at times, and the interface is not always very intuitive. It also requires consistent internet connection, which can be inconvenient.

Pros: I like the fact that Monitask takes screenshots every two minutes of the PC, this helps us to track tasks completed as well as gauge inactivity.

Cons: I think the activity tracker could use some more work. It doesn't seem to be the most accurate in our case.

Pros: The main reason we have this is to monitor our remote employees and how effective it is to work remotely. It has been perfect in relation to how it monitors how long it takes for tasks to be completed.

Cons: The only set back I have is the fact we aren't notified when the user signs in to Monitask to start their time.

Pros: Monitask makes it incredibly easy to see who is working, what they’re doing, and how long they spend on each task. The screenshot capture feature gives us a transparent view of progress without interrupting the designers or writers. I also like the breakdown by activity level — it helps with our team retros.

Cons: Very minor, but I wish the visual analytics had dark mode or more theme options. The current dashboard works well but could feel more modern visually.

Pros: Monitask helps me keep track of time for each project, allowing me to accurately record what I spend on reviews, design, client, and strategy. In addition, their reports are very complete, smooth, and ready to use when I need to invoice, which has saved me a lot of time.

Cons: Having a mobile app would give you much more flexibility. The desktop version works well, but being able to review reports or view activity from a cell phone would make the day-to-day work much easier.

Pros: accuracy of the software is great, it gives a screenshot every 30 seconds so you can what is going on in real time

Cons: false mouse jiggler reporting, we had an employee who was being reported as using 3 party software to pretend like they were working

Pros: The stealth mode is a game-changer! It lets our supervisors keep an eye on remote agents without interrupting their calls. Plus, exporting detailed time logs is super easy and quick.

Cons: The weekly reports are helpful, but it would be great to have more options to customize how we export them.

Pros: it's a very complete product, very nice that you can specify projects. I like also the screenshotting feature so that you can see back what you've been working on.

Cons: I still have to dive deeper into it to figure out how it works, which might be a minor drawback. Lot of features that I am not sure if I all need.

Pros: Monitask offers a straightforward interface for time tracking. One of the best qualities is running in the background whilst automatically logging work hours and capturing periodic screenshots. You can easily monitor a team's performance.

Cons: Screenshots load very slowly when you try to review multiple users. There is need for optimization here.

Pros: it is easy to use, and i can track my team's work without asking them for updates all the time.the interface is clean and easy to navigates

Cons: Sometimes the reports take a few extra seconds to load, but it's not a big issue.while this can be bit inconvenient when i'm in a rush,it hasn't significantly affected my workflow.

Our team used to feel anxious about being watched, but with stealth mode we can check in periodically without them knowing they're being monitored. This hidden monitoring gives us true insight into work habits without creating that "big brother" atmosphere.

I particularly like how I can check screenshots to make sure everyone follows our conversation templates with customers. Makes my job so much easier than walking around the floor all day.

Cons: Sometimes it takes a while to load all the screenshots when I have multiple agents to check on.

Pros: Reports are reliable and easy to read the weekly reports

Cons: The pricing was a little above our budget

Pros: At an occasional glance, I can determine if my team is stuck on something and intervene to save time

Cons: Dashboard occasionally doesn't load at all. Some cookie or cache issue that I shouldnt be seeing as an end user
