I have told friends and my co-workers how to use the program. It has become very simple to use and simple to teach
Pros: had a great timing using it works great and had a lot of fun doing it. Once you get the hand of it. Very simple
Cons: customer services can be a little better but they work with you. The times you can reach them changed a few times

Callhub is very user friendly backend and front end, out users really enjoy using the system to make their calls and send out their text messages.
Pros: Callhub is great for making calls and sending out text messages to large lists of contact ID's. It serves the purpose of what it was ment to do. Great costumer support.
Cons: The text replies that are saved when creating a peer to peer campaign need to be very short in order to be ssm and many times the text replies that the org has need to be longer.

Excellent! I recommend it to anyone in need of this quality technology and whenever I have had problems, team members were avaialble via zoom to help me along.
Pros: Reliability of the functionality along with the prompt response I receive whenever I have learning or technology questions.
Cons: Learning curve was challenging in the beginning. The diversity of the product requires user committment to learn the applications available.

I am used to the platform so I navigate some of the minor issues fairly easily. Overall, I have always been happy with Callhub.
Pros: It's a great platform and I love that you guys keep improving it. I was really excited when I saw the mobile app for agents brought online.
Cons: When you are creating a campaign, then realize that you haven't yet uploaded the new contact list or the voicemail file or added the mew agent, you have to migrate away from your current screen. You have to almost start over creating the campaign. There should be an autosave that allows a campaign in progress, to save. And you should be able to upload other assets while creating a campaign. The mobile app for agents needs to be improved.

My overall experience is great. This is way more affordable and easier to access than the other services on the market.
Pros: The user interface is a big deal for me. The customer service is amazing and the quality of the calls and text I send out are good.
Cons: The process of getting account approved. It took too long for me to be able to send text messages through my account. I'm still waiting.

It’s a powerful tool for managing various communication campaigns, though it takes a bit of time to get used to. Once set up, it reliably helps reach and engage large audiences efficiently.
Pros: What I liked most about CallHub is its versatility.the platform makes it easy to launch and manage outreach campaigns at scale all in one place.
Cons: What I liked least about CallHub is that the user interface can sometimes feel a bit clunky, especially when managing large campaigns. It takes some time to get fully comfortable navigating all the features smoothly.

Need more drop down menu items. Ease to use. Possibly of multiple scripts to use.
Pros: Automatically calls. No look ups. Ease to use. No hassles

Pros: It saves time when CallHub dials multiple people at the same time and gets to a person who actually picks up the phone.
Cons: The phone app doesn't work, keeps crashing on me. And some people said they can't hear me that well but I'm not sure if it's the browser or my computer.

My experience with call hub was good. Overall. It was a good place to be able to make phone calls on a larger scheme and was straightforward to follow and keep track
Pros: I like the fact that it was easy to use, straightforward and got the job done
Cons: It would lag on occasion, but other than the one or two calls it would just hang up on, no big issues

I’ve had a great experience with CallHub overall! As a beginner user, the on-boarding process was quick and easy. I especially like how easy it is to take notes about the call in progress and move on to the next call in just a few clicks.
Pros: I appreciate the speed with which CallHub facilitates note taking and moving on to the next call.
Cons: Inability to dial the second contact number on file.

Very good! Simple and easy to learn, not frustrating.
Pros: I loved how quick it was to switch between mobile and laptop calling.
Cons: I wish it were quicker to move on from calls. Especially when on mobile it’s a lot of scrolling to just say there was no answer and get to the next call.

I loved calling people on call hub. It was totally new and unique for me.
Pros: We don’t have to dial the number and voice message is already setup.
Cons: First we have to select the option when we disconnect the call and then again have to write in comments. There should be one thing, either select from the list or write the reason.

Making mass calls is more enjoyable with CallHub!
Pros: the seamless transition between calls is a nice feature that helps me stay in the flow when I'm making hundreds of calls. The fact that it's happening all on one interface is nice.
Cons: Some of the options can be more clear, e.g. Left a voicemail

Very frustrating when it didn’t work, but overall, a helpful product when it (majority of the time) worked.
Pros: I liked the autodialing and the ability to save notes. I kept detailed notes on each interaction, which (I think) made it easier for future callers. However, I wasn’t able to see the previous notes about when they were last called in Callhub, potentially making two calls very close together.
Cons: I didn’t like that you couldn’t go back to a previous screen. For instance, I had spoken with one person, clicked the next button, and as soon as the new person showed up on my screen, realized I needed to call that first person back. But…. I couldn’t find them! I had no way of going back to even double check their name, let alone find their phone number.

Pros: Works very well, facilitates communication with clients in an appropriate manner.

Very good as it gives all the details about the calls that are being called and the quality of voice calls are good

I felt it was easy to teach volunteers quickly and was easy to sign in and get started

Cons: It was more with the set up of the questions. Some pertinent questions were lost if their answer did not follow the script - for address and email confirmation

Cons: Some calls dropped (unsure the recipient issue), questions can be better organized as checklists to get through information while calling busy people that may not stay on phone for long

Worked in call centres before for cold calls and this was a very good system
Pros: Very easy to use. Clear sound. The water sound at the begin was interesting.
Cons: The script kept changing. Script did not load fast enough. The review has minimum characters.

Overall I had a good experience with CallHub. I was able to successfully connect with people.
Pros: I liked that it provided a script for me to use. It made it easier to talk to people I do not know.
Cons: I did not like that I could not hear if the phone was ringing.
