Overall a very solid productivity monitoring solution. We had initially missed our trial date and they were very kind to give us an extension. Any business with a moral compass deserves a good rate
Pros: Easily navigable UI and Dashboard with plenty of customization options, support team was very responsive and always pointed me in the right direction with questions.
Cons: A little hard to figure out what features were available in the first place. Aforementioned, I had to rely on the support team to show me how to use a lot of the features offered.

It's easy to configure and manage, allowing policies to be set up and what to be defined as productive and non-productive. Easy-going GUI
Pros: It was an easy way to identify gaps in my time management and figure out where I spent most of my unproductive time. The dashboard is an easy layout to understand, and its implementation is seamless to roll out. I have already increased my efficiency by 10-20%
Cons: Sometimes it picks up productive work as unproductive and has to manually set it to enable it to be seen as productive time.

My overall experience with WorkTime has been positive. It helps improve accountability, keeps our workflow more organized, and gives us a better understanding of how work time is being used.
Pros: WorkTime is easy to use and gives clear visibility into team productivity, daily activity, and overall workflow without making the process complicated.
Cons: Nothing major. Some reporting options could be more customizable, but overall the platform works well and has been helpful for our team.

Overall from a company perspective it worked well, help measure and baseline productivity. It was a bit of culture shock to employees, most embraced and utilized to show their value and productivity. It also did lead to a few departures some of which were good employees, which even the data validated, but came across as micro managed and shock so they decided the new "culture" wasn't for them.
Pros: Easy to learn, easy install on both BYOD and company owned computers. The monitoring was a balanced approach without being as obtrusive as others we had tested.
Cons: Like most other products, monitoring is black and white, its either on or off. Would be nice to see some AI that differentiates personal use during the day when its not abusive or excessive. On BYOD computers we experience employees forgetting to turn off while at home, which lead to some issues regarding privacy concerns

My experience so far has been great. Responses to queries are replied to very quickly. Service is excellent and the reporting options cover just about anything you would require.
Pros: WorkTime has tremendous flexibility when it comes to tracking employees productivity. You have the ability to drill down on various processes to readily identify exactly what it is users are doing. The learning curve is quite easy and excellent value for money.
Cons: I have no Cons. WorkTime has delivered the product and functionality as promised. I am very satisified with it.

I really like Worktime. I've been vehemently against monitoring software my entire career, but Worktime seems to skate a fine line between monitoring productivity and retaining a sense of privacy. Worktime gives us some insight into why top performers in a department might be succeeding where other employees are struggling. As we hire more and more staff that are hybrid or full time work from home, worktime helps us see who's actually working and who's not.
Pros: This is the least intrusive monitoring software I've found to keep track of staff working from home. It keeps an eye on system use without spying on the employee. Managers are able to get the metrics they need and employees don't feel like they're being micromanaged or their privacy is being invaded.
Cons: I'm not impressed with the way it deals with hours of operation. None of our employees work the exact same hours and they never take breaks or lunch at the same time. It seems to skew some of the productivity reports. There may be a different way to set this up, but I haven't found it.

Ana from the support team was incredibly quick to respond to all our issues, from installation through monitoring. It was an excellent experience overall.
Pros: The agent was very easy to install. We did experience a delay with installation on Macs, as it wasn’t feasible at that time, but the Worktime team managed to implement it successfully. Their support was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and overall the setup was smooth and efficient
Cons: You really can’t physically remove an agent from a computer. When an employee leaves and is working remotely, there’s no way for admins to remove them from the monitoring list. The only workaround is to mark that person as “Do Not Monitor.”

There’s no manual input needed, start and end times are captured automatically, and the system handles all the tracking on its own. It’s reliable and saves a lot of time.
Pros: Everything syncs automatically, and I like that you can set custom work hours for each employee. One person can work 10–6, another 11–7, and lunch breaks can be adjusted individually.
Cons: There’s no German interface yet. They added Spanish recently, so I’m hoping German will be added next.

Nothing to complain about. It clearly shows how we spend our time at work and what we spend it on. The timesheet lets us see the total hours worked by each employee and each department.
Pros: I like how simple it is. The interface is simple enough that everyone on the team understood it within minutes. The menu structure is organized logically, so finding features doesn’t take effort. Customer support is the best I’ve experienced.
Cons: The system could use some additional features that I wish it had, like notifications for lunch break start and end. But that's not a deal-breaker.

Pros: Great tool with loads of features. Fully customizable and easy to install and follow up on a daily basis
Cons: Nothing really comes to mind. Maybe the loads of features find themselves to a dashboard that can be a little overwhelming.

it's easy to setup on client's laptop and it works silently happy with the product overall and they got multiple subscriptions to fit your need and budget
Pros: really great on tracking employee's performance and workday with automated reports making it easier to track performance daily
Cons: the amount of data it provides make you sometimes get lost and the setup must be accurate to get accurate reporting

I really recommed WorkTime. It is very easy to use. Support is very helpful and onbarding is very easy.
Pros: I like that the installation is very easy, it is easy to manage with users and the support is very helpful.
Cons: I do not know. In general the application is quite easy to install, easy to use and if you do not know something the support always is willing to help.

So far it seems great! Have had a great experience learning to decipher what is being reported. I also like the ability to block access to some sites.
Pros: WorkTime is very easy to deploy and provides granular reporting to make my job easier. IT allows me to view the actual videos being watched on YouTube as well as the ads on indeed employees are looking at.
Cons: I find the front end a little cumbersome. Once I worked my way around, it was more intuitive, but initially it took some "looking" to find what I needed.

I've found worktime to be a very effective tool. It is easy to install and to use for monitoring productivity. It produces some great visual statistics but is also fair and non-invasive so that helps with employee buy-in.
Pros: Very easy to set up and get reports. Non invasive, just highlights idle time rather than spying on activity Easy to adapt and to add specifics of what sites count and when employees are out of hours.
Cons: The interface of the dashboard and the dropdown menus can be a bit tricky and unwieldy at times but overall not a big deal.

Pros: Most of the employees I have do a very good job. With this program the employees that I lose money on I can see why and what people they are doing. Very good and we will continue to use them. Recommended for management to better drive productivity amongst work from home employees.
Pros: Detailed and seemingly accurate reporting of a user's time utilization and focus during a workday. Good value for the product. Easy deployment on Windows systems.
Cons: Apple MacOS deployment wasn't as easy as Windows, but the support staff was always there and willing to assist.
