Its been several years with Aiosell and the experience overall has been really good. The features are really good and has helped us a lot over the years
Pros: The interface that aiosell is using is quite user friendly and that makes the whole experience easier and tech friendly. The features are also great overall
Cons: The app that aiosell has is not that stable. The app crashes a lot and there is also some lag in the app.

Overall, my experience with the PMS software has been positive. It effectively handles core functions like managing rates, availability, and bookings across multiple OTAs, which makes daily operations much smoother. The system is fairly reliable and helps reduce manual errors, especially with real-time updates. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of advanced features like AI-driven automation, seamless integrations, and a more intuitive user interface. While it does the job well for basic needs, adding smarter tools and automation would greatly enhance efficiency and make the platform more future-ready for property managers handling multiple listings.
Pros: What I like the most about my PMS software is how it simplifies daily operations by managing rates and availability across all OTAs from one place. It saves a lot of time and reduces errors compared to manual updates.
Cons: What I don’t like about my PMS software is that it still lacks modern, AI-driven features that could significantly improve efficiency. There is no proper automation for guest communication, smart pricing suggestions, or predictive insights. Auto check-in and check-out options are either missing or not seamless, which increases manual work at the property level. Additionally, the absence of voice command integration makes it feel outdated compared to newer tech solutions. Overall, the system works, but it needs to evolve by adopting AI, automation, and smarter tools to keep up with current hospitality technology standards and reduce operational workload.

Really liked the easy to use interface. it is one of the best channel manager came across, under decent budget. best for mid to large size hotels.
Pros: Vlaue for money, easy to use interface, best for mid size to large size hotels, budget friendly, the team is supportive.
Cons: takes a little time for integration with the OTA, to suggest, keep a vbuffer of a day or two while switching the channel manager.

Pros: The best parts are the pricing and the ease of integration. As a tech provider, I really value how straightforward it is to sync with other systems. It offers a very competitive price point while maintaining high reliability in managing real-time inventory and rates.

Aiosell is I think the best channel manager for OTA hotels and one should have channel manager for ease to do business
Pros: Aiosell channel manager is User friendly and customer support is very good, this is best for upgrade your business

Cons: App functionality and user experience. Adjusting reservation blocks is not simple as drag an drop as on the website, and is much more tedious. Adjusting prices in new reservations on the app is impossible.

Pros: It's very easy to use. Doesn't take time to trainee staff in using the software. Price is very good.
Cons: Booking engine is slow. Should provide more templates. Guest is facing difficulties to book therefore; we are not getting many bookings.

My overall experience with this software is good and I have recommended this to my friend and he is also using it.
Pros: The best thing I like about Aiosell is its user interface, it is really easy to understand and operate. The payment options are wide. Also I would like to highlight their customer support whether its by email or telephonic support.
Cons: If the revenue reports could have been more elaborated and description would have been mentioned in all revenue and financial options.

Everything thing is, co-ordination with [sensitive content hidden] was good, they used to resolve any aiosell douts, or problems through the watsapp only, so i was having good experience and still using the same Aiosell software.
Pros: Easy to manage the rates and the rooms on season vacations, doing checkins easier, fastest reservation

Pros: We've been using Aiosell's PMS and Channel Manager for a while now and it has made managing our properties much easier. The interface is simple, bookings from all OTAs sync in real-time, and overbookings are no longer an issue. Customer support is responsive and helpful. A few improvements can be made to the mobile experience, but overall, it's a reliable and efficient system for hospitality businesses. Highly recommended!
Cons: The PMS and Channel Manager work well overall, but a few improvements would make it even better. A more responsive mobile app is needed for smoother on-the-go access. Sometimes, syncing delays occur with certain OTAs, and reporting tools could offer more customization. With these enhancements, it could easily become one of the best systems in the market.

Pros: We have 4 branches of hotel and have been using aiosell for almost 2 years. The PMS is simple and easy to use. The team is easy to reach if we have any difficulties or any inquires. Recommended!
Cons: Everything is good. However, they cannot make any changes after night audit process even staff make mistake when input customer detail on asioell.

Very helpfull in addressing all issues throughout process. The team has shown commitment especially when having online discussion with local paymetn gateway
Pros: Aiosell Team was very attentive in addressing our issues pertaining to settings, listings , managing bookings & most importantly API integration with local payment gateway. Although it took longer than anticipated, the system works wonderfully and definitely helps with our revenue generation.
Cons: Response time is longer probably due to multiple technical dept to address specific issues - we understand to tecnical issues faced Ie bug which delayed the overall integration
