Cons: That I have to go home on Wednesday. Just kidding! The only question or concern I have is in regards to not being able to print out a daily schedule with the information we need. But from talking to [sensitive content hidden], it sounds like you have a solution for that.

Pros: InTime is a reliable scheduling software that simplifies shift management, improves communication, and saves time for supervisors and staff alike.
Cons: Ease of use for a new person could use improvement, but with the new knowledge hub going live that issue seems to be addressed.

Pros: The customer service is outstanding! Every question I have has been answered by their employees. If the person can't figure it out, they get someone else to assist.
Cons: Trying to create individual schedules is a little difficult. It would be beneficial to utilize the option in their software.

It’s a great program that has benefited our agency. The program has help to streamline our processes & improve workflows.
Pros: The payroll module program is very user friendly. We are able to attach tracking categories for our grant use.
Cons: There are challenges with integration with [sensitive content hidden]. Our agency has to do a manual export and submit the export to our payroll department.

I am very impressed with the program. The program cuts scheduling time in half. In our department, all of the sergeants have access to inTime which also helps with double checking our staff numbers
Pros: I like how organized the program is. It allows me to view my shift quickly and fill any vacant spots.
Cons: Being new to inTime, I was reluctant to learn how to learn a new session. I feel that is common among a lot people where they fear something new/change.

Pros: One of InTime’s greatest strengths is its flexibility. The platform adapts well to a wide range of scheduling models, allowing supervisors and administrators to easily accommodate shift rotations, overtime rules, time-off requests, and special assignments. This versatility helps reduce manual errors and ensures that staffing levels are consistently optimized.
Cons: New schedulers or supervisors often find the system takes some time to get comfortable with.  The snapshot dashboard is in need of a retool.

Daily user since 2012. Daily scheduler since 2016 and now the department system admin and project lead.
Pros: Intime makes it easy to manage complex schedules in a 24/7 working environment while maintaining minimum staffing requirements and managing leave, callouts and overtime.
Cons: At times the desktop environment can be very resource intensive for a mobile computer and struggles to update in real time.

Pros: The simplicity of the product. It is simple to easy once you get going. It is constantly being updated.

Intime has been an amazing resource. They’ll connect you with the right person to troubleshoot any issues and they really listen to what their customers want
Pros: Their customer support from the very beginning has been amazing. We get answers quickly and they’re readily available to help any time you need it.
Cons: It would be nice if admin could create and/or customize reports or how certain things (like timesheets) look for end-users

We had an amazing implementation consultant. We had so many questions and concerns but [sensitive content hidden] was able to come up with solutions.
Pros: Of all of the third party applications i have helped implement, this is the most smooth and least troublesome.
Cons: The integration with our tyler munis erp system was a dissatisfaction. To not be able to integrate with our payroll system created difficulty.

Our department has been using InTime Scheduling for over 15 years, and it’s been a consistently reliable and effective tool. It makes scheduling, overtime management, and shift adjustments straightforward and efficient. The platform has continued to improve over time, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. Overall, InTime has been a great fit for our department’s needs
Pros: Having the ability to go paperless in regards to Overtime. Also the ability for everyone to sign up for overtime through their phones.
Cons: Shift bidding is not seniority based. I hear there’s a fix coming, so hoping it comes soon. Looking forward to the change.

It’s been very positive so far. Only been using the platform for about 2 years but we’ve come a long ways from where we were.
Pros: No more paper forms!! It has made the preparation for our payroll so much easier. There are no longer papers being lost impacting the accuracy of payroll.
Cons: Relies on company officers to provide accurate inputs. Some of our officers just aren’t tech savvy and they struggle with that.

Overall, it is great to have a professional schedule platform. Intime has been a great move for our department.
Pros: Our agency was looking for something to take us out of the Stone Age. We were on excel sheets for scheduling, then another company (briefly, as they didn’t meet the demands of 24/7 scheduling) and then we found Intime. Customer support and education to get started with the program was exceptional and very patient. It was a fairly smooth process to transition into Intime. The ability to track everything within the schedule (hours worked, OT, training, etc) is terrific to help explain the needs of the department to outside partners.
Cons: We are still working out the kinks of completing the scheduled month, closing the schedule with the gap time logged seemlessly without the need for first line supervisors to make adjustments, but we are hopeful to get this resolved.

Absolutely fantastic! Have been is using InTime for 8 years and it gets better every year. Love the additional modules that can be added.
Pros: Customer support is 100%. Intime has streamlined our scheduling, payroll, overtime and time off immensely!
Cons: With the shift bidding module it is difficult to change a schedule during the year. Otherwise overall very happy InTime.

It’s been good to me so far, still not using it to its full extent. There are others areas I’d like to I cooperate but proper training would be needed
Pros: Scheduling and making the changes digitally, making changes yes to groups rather than one at a time.
Cons: Coding. I still have not figured out the coding for all areas in the scheduling so reports are lined up accordingly.

Never had any issues. If we do have some sort of issue, InTime support is always ready to help. Very efficient and friendly team.
Pros: Meets all of our scheduling needs. The ease of use is great if you put the time and effort to learn the program.
Cons: Not really a con, but if you’re not using it on a daily basis, it can be difficult to use. But that’s an issue on the user.

It has been a learning curve but now I have nothing negative to say about the program. It is a great program.
Pros: Scheduling in general. Overtime/shift posting was made so much easier with InTime. It has given us the ability to manage our geographical hurdles with ease. Our dept is spread over a large area. Now everything can be done in one program.
Cons: Wish it had a better asset management component. Our dept would love to have the ability to track sept assets. Ie vehicles and assign to members etc.

Overall, I love it. When there are bugs or issues they are quickly patched and fixed. Reliable program.
Pros: Covers all of my department needs and it is extremely easy to use and teach. It’s user friendly and easy to add / remove anything you want
Cons: Would be beneficial to have the ability to create and monitor posts from the mobile app. It’s my only suggestion

My overall experience has been great. Intime has been easy to adapt to our needs and adapt to our payroll system for semi-automations.
Pros: The ease of use while being complex enough to tackle unique scheduling circumstances. Being able to set templates and preload significantly decrease scheduling time required.
Cons: The initial learning curve can be steep. Understanding how all the tools work together slow the initial implement and adaptation.

Very pleased. When assistance is needed, the group assists us with ensuring we have the customer support needed.
Pros: Report availability- simple to account for time away. Easy accountability for payroll process. Very user friendly
Cons: Creating templates. Not from an IT background so more time learning how to design templates for new scheduling structure.

I have never had a bad experience with anyone at inTime. An amazing product with knowledgeable staff. Who can complain.
Pros: I love the support that comes with the product. The inTime team is AMAZING and always answer my questions so quickly.
Cons: The thing I like least is how it does not necessarily cater to another department that operates so specifically in terms of scheduling and OT.
