I have used Bucketlist for giving recognition to coworkers as well as having received recognition. The experience with Bucketlist is great and enjoy picking out a reward.
Pros: Very easy to use. Notification was received very quickly that the request was received and gift card was available. Points required for gift cards seem to be a good value. Recognizing coworkers is easy and fun.
Cons: Our organization uses Bucketlist to recognize coworkers for helping each other out, birthdays, etc. I have not had any issues with using Bucketlist.

Fantastic rewards program for the whole company to be able to use! There are so many gifts to chose from.
Pros: It is so easy to use. I love going to a restaurant and not having to pay full price. There are so many gifts to chose from. This is a great reward program. I hope it never ends.
Cons: I need more points, lol. I wish I could receive more award points throughout the year, not just for my anniversary and birthday.

My overall experience was very good. I was impressed with the selection as well as how quickly my gift card was available to me.
Pros: The recognition from fellow employees. It is a HUGE change from other places I have worked. The team support and availability to work with everyone is amazing here!
Cons: No complaints with the Bucketlist site. I found it very easy to navigate and search for items on. I look forward to shopping within the ste in the future.

It was fine. Like like I mentioned, I do feel that there’s some features that could be added to make the process more streamline.
Pros: Being able to select a gift card for a product I needed for work and personal. A new Apple iPhone 17
Cons: Did take me a minute to add to my Apple wallet, moderate learning curve, but I did figure it out. I would think that would be sn upgrade link to be considered by you. Lot if Apple phone users.

Pros: Super easy to navigate, fun, and a large variety of options to pick from. The gift card was available to me within minutes.
Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like about Bucketlist other than I had a hard time getting to the site initially.
Virginia M. · Patient Navigator · Hospital & Health Care · April 30, 2026
Great. Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Easy to pick a reward and also easy to redeem once you pick the item you want.
Pros: Easy to navigate and find items you want. Great selections for gift cards and other options. Overall great.
Cons: I wish we could have an easy app on Ping to find and sign in. Not much explanation on use or how it works.

I've been recognized, I've recognized more than I can count. Very easy to use, maneuver. Great selection of gifts to choose from.
Pros: It is a great way to recognize your teams and let everyone know what a fine job they are doing. Shows others what it is like to be recognize hopefully encouraging them to do a good job.
Cons: That contractors cannot be recognized via bucket list. We get taxed on gift cards. Should have to choose each individual location, all locations should be listed.

Really appreciate our company providing these points for us, It makes employees fell valuable to the organization
Pros: It shows appreciation for all the effort, kindness, compassion and knowledge the Healthcare worker brings to the job everyday!
Cons: I think the process is good unless you cannot run a computer, I really have no Cons about the bucket list options
Jodell N. · Respiratory Care Practitioner · Hospital & Health Care · April 28, 2026
I got bonus points for doing my job, exchanged it for an Amazon gift card which I then exchanged for some badass Battletech miniatures.
Pros: It's an insanely cool idea, rewards for going above and beyond at work that you can redeem for niceties you may not have purchased otherwise.
Cons: I find it hard to see when's the last time I received a recognition or when points were last added to my account.
Jordan A. · Customer Service Representative · Furniture · April 27, 2026
Really good. I have been pleasantly surprised by the speed in which we have received our gifts and the monetary value
Pros: The opportunity to be recognized and give recognition for the hard work we do as a team and individuals. The prizes are pretty cool too.
Cons: Could use more gift cards closer to the surrounding areas in our counties. A lot of the gift cards are in other states. Would be nice to have a few closer to our home TATE

My overall experience with a bucket list feels both exciting and challenging. On one side, it gives me motivation to try new things, explore different places, and make meaningful memories. It adds a sense of purpose and something to look forward to. On the other side, it can sometimes feel stressful, especially when goals take time, money, or effort to achieve. I’ve learned that it’s important not to rush or treat it like a strict checklist. Instead, I see it as a flexible guide that helps me enjoy life more while still appreciating the present moment and the small joys along the way.
Pros: A bucket list is exciting because it gives life direction and something to look forward to. I like how it encourages trying new things, visiting new places, and stepping out of comfort zones. It makes ordinary days feel meaningful because you are working toward special experiences. A bucket list can include simple wishes like learning a new skill or big dreams like traveling the world. It also helps create memories with friends and family. Most importantly, it reminds us that life is short, so we should enjoy it fully and make time for the things that truly matter to us.
Cons: What I don’t like about a bucket list is that it can sometimes create pressure. People may feel stressed trying to complete everything quickly instead of enjoying the moment. It can also make life feel like a checklist rather than a natural journey. Sometimes, comparing bucket lists with others can lead to feeling left out or not good enough. Also, big goals may need money or time, which is not always possible for everyone. This can make some people feel disappointed. Instead of focusing only on future goals, it’s important to also appreciate small, everyday moments and be happy with what we already have.

Overall, it was a good value and am satisfied with the quickness of receiving my gift card. It also seemed very secure as well.
Pros: It was really quick and easy. The user interface was very user friendly and easy to understand. It took me about 2 minutes.
Cons: Having to figure out to push the unlock before being able to put the code in was a little confusing, so it could probably be made clearer.
Jennifer S. · Case Specialist · Individual & Family Services · April 23, 2026
Overall, the experience was good. Didn't have and problems maneuvering through the site and using my points.
Pros: Straight forward amounts of points and the listing of the gifts available. Application allows for seamless recognition.
Cons: Not really too many cons, due to not running into any problems. Could have more deals on gift cards since points are scarce.
Jamie H. · Quality and reliability specialist · Oil & Energy · April 23, 2026
Great overall experience and easy to follow instructions. I have used it many times over the past 4 years.
Pros: Bucket list has plenty of options for redemption. I love the addition of the direct Amazon deals and my organization’s offerings.
Cons: I wish they were more tailored to my area and taste. Advertising and offering so many options outside my area muddies the experience.
Cheryl M. · Manager · Legal Services · April 23, 2026
Great channel to interact and provide gifts with our colleagues and team members and of course a great variety of giant cards available.
Pros: Interaction with other people from our work and opportunity to provide good comments about our mates.
Cons: The tool in general is great! I do not really have something that I do not like or like least of this tool.
Luis L. · IT Faculty · Education Management · April 22, 2026
100 % satisfaction. I bought a Home Depot card with my bucket points and it was so nice not having to use my own money for my purchases. I bought a lot of outdoor tools for my flower gardens
Pros: Knowing my hard work was being noticed was greatly appreciated. Being able to give points to co-workers and let them know I see them means a lot.
Cons: Add new gift cards from other companies such as Temu and SHEIN. Add more destinations. I would like to be able to use all points when purchasing.
Rhonda W. · Patient Care Tech · Hospital & Health Care · April 22, 2026
No complaints about anything. The rewards are nice and enjoyable. It just takes time to earn points.
Pros: Its a nice reward sight. It is useful and a nice way to reward the people you work with for good job
Cons: I don't have any complaints about. I think it's cool. It's nice to be able to send your appreciation
Tamara H. · Insurance Reimbursement Specialist · Hospital & Health Care · April 22, 2026
Always excellent. Purchased several items and never any issues. Quick response times and the orders are always filled accurately.
Pros: Great selection of products. Quick response times with orders. A nice benefit to have for employees to use.
Cons: Previously ordered a weekly planner and did not realize it was much smaller than what I expected. I wanted the larger version. Did not check to seif measurements were in the description or not so possibly my error.
Thomas C. · Loan Officer · Banking · April 22, 2026
Pros: ease of use, reward variety i can use my point in most places instant receiving rewards value for each point
Nurmahammed P. · store coordinator · Paper & Forest Products · April 22, 2026
Overall, my experience with Bucketlist has been positive. Once you get past the initial setup and understand the main workflows, it becomes a reliable platform for driving recognition and keeping team wins visible. The interface is generally straightforward, and features like activity feeds and rewards catalogs make it easy for people to participate without a lot of training. Security and access controls feel appropriate for an HR-related tool, and the platform seems to handle recognition data responsibly. There is still room to improve onboarding, admin usability, and notification controls, but as a whole it delivers good value for money by supporting a stronger recognition culture and making it easy to celebrate contributions across the organization.
Pros: The learning curve is relatively smooth; core features like giving recognition, viewing rewards, and checking activity feel intuitive after a short time using the platform. Good perceived value for money when adoption is high across the organization, as it helps reinforce culture and engagement. Strong focus on recognition – it makes it easy to call out peers’ contributions and keep recognition visible to the wider team. The user interface is clean and modern, with clear navigation and straightforward flows for sending/receiving recognition and redeeming rewards. Notifications are helpful for staying on top of new recognition and rewards, reducing the chance that someone’s contribution goes unnoticed
Cons: Integrations with payroll / HR systems and single sign-on may require coordination and support, which can slow initial rollout.

My overall experience with Bucketlist has been very positive. It creates a fun and engaging way to recognize team members for their hard work and achievements. I appreciate how it promotes a culture of appreciation, boosts morale, and encourages teamwork. It also helps employees feel valued and motivated, which contributes to a more positive work environment overall.
Pros: What I liked most about Bucketlist was the opportunity to recognize and appreciate team members for their hard work and contributions. It creates a positive culture, and makes people feel valued for the great work they do.
Cons: I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. My experience with Bucketlist has been positive overall, and I appreciate the recognition-focused environment it helps create.

So nice being able to select how you want to be rewarded. It makes it more personal and easy to get.
Pros: There are so many options to choose from to use points. The amount of points used per dollar of award seems reasonable too. Awards are very easy to redeem and receive very quickly after selection.
Cons: The rewards are taxable but still a nice gesture and appreciated. Also, there are many gift cards to select from, but there are not as many excursions for our local area to choose from. Also, maybe have a few more clothing options.
Rhonda H. · Radiology Technologist and Office Specialist · Hospital & Health Care · April 15, 2026
Easy to use and redeeming the gift cards or whatever you may choose is a great feeling. A title of accomplishment!
Pros: The app is easy to use and very rewarding. The incentives are helpful and a moral booster when recognized by co workers and other departments.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to not like about bucket list. When participating the rewards are worth putting in extra effort.
Peter I. · Foreman · Management Consulting · April 15, 2026
My experience has been excellent. I have both received and given words of encouragement and support that made my week positive.
Pros: It is a wonderful platform to encourage, and inspire. This resource helps build teams and a positive culture. The "Bucklist" provides a reward system that allows employees to think of others and appreciate co-workers and bosses. It encourages focusing on the positive aspects of our work environment.
Cons: Sometimes, I wish I had more points to give away. I often have had to narrow my ability to share points or give away less points to multiple individuals, than I would like to .
Patti W. · Insurance Navigator Precertification Specialist · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 15, 2026
Very positive experience-easy to use, quick redemption, and actually rewarding when you receive something you can use right away
Pros: I've had a very positive experience with the Bucketlist program overall. it's easy to use, straightforward, and user-friendly. I especially appreciate the variety of redemption options, there are plenty of great choices, and the ability to receive rewards like gift cards quickly is a major plus.
Cons: At this time, I don't have any significant concerns or dislikes about the program itself. If anything, I'd enjoy seeing more engagement among peers so there are additional opportunities to earn point and participate more frequently.
