Pros: This is a great method of employee recognition. It helps to foster a great sense of teamwork and enthusiasm.
Cons: To be honest the user interface took a little while to get used to and navigate through. However it not so bad when you’re used to it.

I have been using Recognize for a few years now and find it a really easy to use product. Monthly I am recognizing teammates on their efforts and work contributions. It really creates a positive work environment and a great way to showcase what everyone has been working on in the company. The rewards associated with the recognitions are great too.
Pros: Recognize is an easy to use platform and promotes recognition of employees and their efforts in the workplace.
Cons: The mobile app isn't as easy to use as the website. Website is definitely a lot easier to use.

Its a pretty cool app. I call it the work place ShoutOut version of facebook.
Pros: The ease of recognizing someone! And seeing all the recognition's I have received is super easy to access as well.
Cons: The rewards section is a little limited, we dont have many of the stores up here and i dont like shopping online.

It took a while to be able to Recognize a team member.

Overall it is positive. I may be a bit jaded but it seems somewhat of a popularity contest application

I have found this site very easy to use weather it is recognizing someone or redeeming my points. I do like that more stores have been added, especially Regal.
Pros: Ease of navigating the site. That Real has been added back in as an option of redeeming points at.
Cons: I can't say that I have found any cons yet.

Recognize is a user-friendly platform, it has been a real morale booster for the employees to see their hard work recognized.
Pros: I love the message behind this platform. It is always nice to read the reviews given to employees as well as giving them and receiving them.
Cons: I do not have any complaints about this platform, the only suggestion I would have is to have some more points available to give out.

Great! I’m able to trade in the points I earned for items I want/need.
Pros: Everything is clear to understand. It’s so easy to use and find the people from my organization to recognized. I also like the variety of badges offered.

I have a good experience, I use the tool monthly to recognize work colleagues and I don't see any difficulties in using the tool.
Pros: I like how easy it is to use the tool. It's didactic and doesn't require training to use the recognition features.
