Pros: Honestly, what I like most about Charityproud is the combination of its capabilities and the level of customer service. The platform allows us to manage so many aspects of our work in one place, and the support we’ve received—across technical, account management, and accounting—has been consistently responsive and helpful. That combination makes it a strong, reliable system for our organization.
Cons: One of the challenges with Charityproud is that, because it offers so many capabilities, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There’s a lot to learn in order to fully take advantage of everything the system can do. I’ve also run into some minor layout and formatting limitations. For example, the “Affiliations” list within constituent records is spread out across rows in a way that is difficult to read because of the spreadout layout. A more vertical, column-based flow without so much space in between rows would make it much easier to read/navigate.

In the past year since migrating from DonorPerfect we've found Charityproud to be just as good a CRM program.
Pros: Our customer service rep, [sensitive content hidden], is 5-star. She responds in a timely manner and always with helpful suggestions.
Cons: Running the different reports we need on a regular basis can be challenging. There are a few steps in the process that are counter-intuitive.

My overall experience with Charityproud has been very positive. The platform is easy to navigate and provides detailed, reliable information for donors, volunteers, reports and campaigns. This saves time and makes it much easier to stay organized and track progress.
Pros: I really appreciate how easy Charity Proud is to use, and how detailed the reporting and campaign information is. It makes it simple to track everything and stay on top of our campaigns without a lot of extra work.
Cons: The thing that I like least about Charity Proud is that we didn't find it sooner ;) If I had to pick something it would be the inability to import myself instead of having Charity Proud do it.

We are very pleased with how easy the system is to use, the reporting and tracking and the customer service.
Pros: We love that we have our own dedicated human to help us with both the initial set up and support. She is always very responsive. The system is easy to use and has great features to support our small non-profit.
Cons: Nothing - we are very satisfied and we do not have any negative feedback. Anytime we have had questions, we have received a prompt reply.

Like most nonprofits, we want the majority of our dollars to go directly to our mission. At the same time, we recognize the importance of investing in a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use CRM/volunteer management system. After exploring many platforms across a wide range of costs, we believe Charityproud offers the best value and meets all of our needs.
Pros: Outstanding customer service and support! Our client account manager, Cameron, has been with us from the initial trainings and data migration from our old system into Charityproud, to ongoing support today. The platform itself offers a great support center with videos, tutorials, recorded webinars, and an system updates section. But, when we need extra help, Cameron is just an email (or even a phone call) away, always responding quickly and thoroughly. Charityproud is also responsive to system update or tweaks based on customer feedback. While they can't accommodate every single request, they have made modifications to address specific needs, which shows they truly listen to their users.
Cons: No CRM system can address every single user need. However, Charityproud makes a real effort to accommodate different requests and organizational needs whenever possible.

Overall, Charityproud has been a reliable and effective platform for managing donors, tracking fundraising, and organizing events. It has streamlined a lot of our work and helped us stay organized as our donor base has grown. While there are small areas that could be improved (especially reporting flexibility), the value for money and the quality of customer support make it an excellent option for nonprofits looking for a straightforward management tool.
Pros: Charityproud is very user-friendly compared to other nonprofit management systems. It saves us time by keeping donor information, event management, and reporting all in one place. The customer support team is excellent — responsive, patient, and willing to walk you through issues step by step. I also like that it’s designed with smaller nonprofits in mind, so the tools feel practical and not overwhelming.
Cons: Some of the reporting features can be a little clunky and not as customizable as I’d like. At times it takes a few extra steps to get the exact data we want. Also, the interface design feels a little dated in places, though it functions well.

Our experience has been extremely positive from the beginning. Transferring the data from our old system was seamless, and user training was timely and thorough. The platform is easy to use, and we have leveraged its capabilities in ways beyond managing donations. The customer support is fantastic. Our representative is efficient, courteous, and professional.
Pros: 1. The platform is incredibly intuitive and user friendly. 2. The customer support is top notch. From responsiveness to accommodating special requests, the service has far exceeded our expectations.
Cons: We cannot think of anything we do not like about the platform. It is everything we could have hoped for and more.

Pros: Cost and functionality along with excellent customer support. The implementation was great along with ongoing support.
Cons: We have not experienced any issues. Maybe considering a texting component. The building of lists for email and addresses is a little clunky but the instructions on utube are fantastic.

Very positive. For the most part, we are able to manage our database of donors and volunteers very well
Pros: Definitely customer support. [sensitive content hidden] is not only prompt, but knows her product in depth. Every email I send, she responds quickly, and always has the perfect explanation or fix for my problem. Although I don't personally use donor management, our treasurer and others are very pleased with this feature as well
Cons: This is not really a con per se, but the only problem I have is that it has so many features, I sometimes have difficulty finding the right path to my objective. But again, [sensitive content hidden] is so helpful, there is little holdup. And as I learn more features (I'm 75 years old, so not as tech savvy as someone younger), I am able to use what I learned and do it correctly the second time around.

Pros: Charityproud helped us combine multiple platforms for tracking volunteers and fundraising into one. It has also allowed us to be more organized, especially for fundraising events and donor relations.
Cons: We are a unique organization, so there are some things we have had to figure out to work best for us, but [sensitive content hidden], our rep, has done a great job guiding us in this.

The staff are great to work with. They provided guidance and support to help us transfer data from our old donor management system to Charityproud and are super responsive whenever we reach out.
Pros: Charityproud allows us to easily track data on donors, volunteers, grants, events, and clients. I appreciate the home ownership application module that allows applicants to upload all the necessary information and documents for review and action by staff.
Cons: There are so many reports available that it's sometimes hard to find the one that best meets our needs. I suspect if I spent a little more time with the online training modules, I'd be able to navigate this more easily.

Since switching to Charityproud, I've been happy with the change. Using this service has made fundraising a much easier task. We can set up campaigns and mini-campaigns to suit our needs. I'm also very pleased with the customer support. When I have a question that I can't answer with the online support center, out customer rep has always come through with a solution.
Pros: Charityproud is very user friendly and customer support is excellent. Processing online donations is quick and easy. There are a number of standard reports that are relatively easy to use and provide a vast amount of useful data. The online support center is also very helpful and has an abundant amount of topics.
Cons: Some of the procedures for creating and assigning individualized mailings could be made more user friendly.

Incredible! It's a big upgrade over what we have been using as our CRM.
Pros: Its ease of use, automation of sending out receipts, and in depth reports. Also, [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing at getting back to us when we have questions about using Charityproud.
Cons: Nothing! It has been great so far. We have not experience anything that has hampered our Charityproud experience.

As we wrap up our first year of learning and using the program, we are beginning to appreciate the vast capabilities this platform offers. The complexity of the program is also what makes it so robust and beneficial to our organization. While the learning curve has been real, the exceptional customer service has been instrumental in helping us navigate it successfully. We look forward to exploring and learning all that CharityProud can do to support and strengthen our mission.
Pros: The customer service and tech support is top notch! Charityproud representatives are very responsive and knowledgeable. This comprehensive program helps us manage donations, volunteers, grants, events, and emails all in one program. We are experiencing time and cost savings through using Charityproud, making our operations more streamlined and effective.
Cons: We would like to be able to attach images or documents to an outgoing email, rather than the extra step of creating a link to CP's internal image library. The system's effectiveness relies heavily on consistent and exact data entry, which can be challenging when online donors input "in honor of" or "in memory of" information/addresses in varying formats for the same beneficiary. This can lead to duplicate or inconsistent records that require manual cleanup to maintain data integrity. It would be less cumbersome, if the beneficiary information would autofill when a beneficiary/honoree name already in the system is entered/selected.

Overall, we love the platform. It is affordable and meets all thed needs of a small but growing non-profit. We love the reporting features the best.
Pros: The customer/client support is the best of any donor management software. We speak to a real person when we need help with a report or simply trying to achieve whatever the desired result is. The onboarding training and support is comprehensive and there is tons of ongoing trainings as well so you are getting the most our of your system.
Cons: The aesthetics of the public facing donor pages could use work. I wish we had a little more design control over what the donor pages looks like.

Overall, CharityProud is a phenomenal value for the cost and is a crucial tool in our non profit's arsenal.
Pros: I really love being able to pick up the phone and talk to a human who has been able to solve my problems each time I've had an issue!
Cons: CharityProud has so many options and can be modulated in so many ways that it can be a bit overwhelming at first to run reports/create events/etc.

We have been very happy with the online as well as personal support, the quick response to questions, and the friendliness and knowledge level of our contacts.
Pros: The interface is very intuitive. It is easy to navigate around. Even folks who are not real computer savvy are able to use the software.
Cons: Like any software there are parts of it that would make our job easier that we have not yet identified.

CharityProud provides the best customer service. Our client accountant manager is always available to answer any questions I have. She responds promptly, makes suggestions, and shows me what steps to set up an event, or to retrieve the data I need. She is patient and understands there is a learning curve that will take time to navigate and has helped me every step of the way.
Pros: CharityProud makes it easy to track and analyze donor data and trends. Managing donations is simple. The integration with our website is seamless and makes it easy for donors to donate, as well as to register for and support fundraising events.
Cons: CharityProud has everything you could ask for in a donor management system, but sometimes it is difficult to find what you are looking for, or to create what you need. There are many steps, or clicks, just to get where you're going or to complete what you are trying to accomplish. You need to be patient with the learning curve. That being said, the customer service is superb and helpful in guiding you where you need to go.

Very positive experience of onboarding and continuing support. I know there are features that we are not utilizing to their fullest and I hope as time goes on we will make better use of all the charity Proud has t offer.
Pros: Very responsive program that completely meets our needs. The account rep is awesome and we have access to unlimited support.
Cons: It can get overwhelming to learn all the features.

We are very satified with Charityproud. With their support we are closer to learning the program and how it can benefits us in the future.
Pros: Customer service, is critical to us because we are a small non-profit. The person that managed the program stepped down without notice and without sharing how to operate the program. Without Chariyproud's service and it would have been so complicated and time consuming to learn the program through by ourselves. I cannot say enough about their customer service help.
Cons: It takes time to learn new programs. Customized forms can be consuming and trying to determine if you created a mini event correct and with its details.

The customer service we have received through charity proud is by far the best customer service I have received from anything both personally and professionally in a very long time. Excellent help with migrating our data and learning to use the software.
Pros: The best feature of Charityproud is their people. The customer support is with parallel. Excellent (and ongoing) training. They are always willing to answer questions.
Cons: Change is hard. We di not want to learn a new CRM. This a reflection on our staff, not on Charityproud. They made the transition as seamless as they could.

10/10 experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone for a CRM. The software is great, and the customer service is amazing!
Pros: I love the fully customizable functionality, but my favorite part is the customer service. I can email them and setup video meetings for more complex things. Their online help center is also so valuable. So many companies these days are hard to get a hold of, and when you do they don't know how to resolve real world issues. The Charityproud team is made of real people who actually take the time to resolve issues. They even listen to problems you might have for consideration of possibly making changes to software. I can not thank them enough for all their help!
Cons: Nothing at all. I have no issues with it.
