Cons: We have had a couple of issues with watchguard in the past when they update their systems, this caused an outage across the whole system but there were ways around it.

Cons: The alerting can be a little redundant and repetitive, Malware URL alerts are all but useless - or at least the ones we get. Would like to be able to disable identical repeat alerts that we've identified as not impactful.

Cons: The customer service and renewal teams are TERRIBLE! Every year, I have to go over and over to get the licenses renewed and associated with my account. EVERY year, we expire because it takes too long for the team to renew.
