Heimdal’s Ransomware Encryption Protection (REP) is a signatureless solution that detects and blocks malicious encryption attempts in real-time. It operates on behavioral analysis - triggers detections based on rules that mimic ransomware behavior - and processes kernel events for I/O reads, writes, directory enumeration, and file execution. Pros: It is very helpful the fact that there is an option to whitelist based on MD5.
Cons: There were also on this one a couple of obvious false positives, but that the only derangement that I can think of.

Good! sometimes its to sensitive but rahter that then a real ransomware.
Pros: It's hard to protect for Ransomware, but these guys really developed a good module integrated in the Heimdal Sec. Stack!
Cons: There is nothing to complain or what i don't like about this REP module.

not having to worry about ransomware attacks, in my opinion, is the most important solution that the product provides, and the biggest benefit, in addition to avoiding data loss, is that there is no need for costly and time-consuming training of your employees
Pros: nothing to configure, simple and straightforward use
Cons: very small amount of false positives, but nothing to worry about
