Pros: WorkOtter provides the platform to communicate with peers who are running late on projects. There is a good reporting system for any type of project scope.

Cons: Sometimes WorkOtter appears to be slow. The app's internal efficiency can be faster as there seems to be lags which can slow down progress.

Pros: It has an excellent user experience and it has a simple, quick, and user-friendly Gantt chart.

Cons: Nothing is discouraging about the platform, really love working on WorkOtter.

Pros: WorkOtter's AI integration is an absolute game-changer. Having a virtual PMO that helps me plan projects, identify risks, staff effectively, and even draft my weekly status reports has saved me countless hours and streamlined my workflow. Additionally, the interactive Gantt charts make visualizing and adjusting project timelines a breeze, which is a huge improvement over the static charts we used in our previous software.

Cons: The only real downside I've found so far is that the initial setup took a bit longer than I anticipated. However, the WorkOtter team was incredibly helpful throughout the process and ensured we got up and running smoothly.

Pros: It seamlessly syncs with JIRA, Microsoft Office 365, and Excel, offering robust features like interactive Gantt charts, customizable reports, and mobile accessibility for streamlined productivity.

Cons: I really don't have any complaints since I've started using it.

Pros: What I like most about WorkOtter are the Gantt charts and task management tools. They make planning super easy and user-friendly, allowing us to visualize timelines and dependencies without any hassle. The "building my team" feature is great for providing visibility on who is available to work on projects, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration. Overall, the workflow is seamless and can really enhance project management processes.

Cons: Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about WorkOtter so far. It’s very simple and easy to use, and it has all the features we need for effective project management. The Gantt charts, task management tools, and team visibility features all work great together, that can make our workflows smooth and efficient.

Pros: I like the streamlined timesheet system that empowers users to request additional time and modify their schedules with ease, subject to managerial approval. This intuitive solution simplifies time management by allowing employees to effortlessly ask for extra hours and make real-time schedule adjustments, while an integrated approval workflow ensures all changes are reviewed and authorized efficiently. The user-friendly interface promotes a flexible and responsive work environment, enhancing communication and adaptability within the team.

Cons: Nothing actually, I am really glad I picked WorkOtter.

Pros: Team members are easily tracked by them giving report on the task they are assigned to before the deadline

Cons: Noting... the experience with them has been the best so far

Pros: What I liked most about this platform is its elegant and easy-to-use interface, along with its many useful functions for project and resource management, but that is why it is especially appreciated how it allows companies to establish roadmaps and balance the supply and demand of resources. Next-generation collaboration with team members is another strength, and automating reporting becomes a simple and effective task.

Cons: What I liked least about this platform is that it sometimes gets a little slow, which can affect efficiency so I think the stability could be improved as I experienced some minor issues in that regard.

Pros: I like you can customize templates based on your preference and the needs of the client. Also every easy to use, sometimes these project manager tools can be super complicated when they don't need to be. BUT WorkOtter isn't that way. I like that you can move the timeline on projects easily and you can see exactly what your team is working on. Overall best project manager tool I have come across.

Cons: Nothing really, it as all been great and easy to use and my team loves it.

Pros: For me its the dashboards. Other products offer dashboards but they are limited and hard to customize

Pros: This app is very user friendly and also great for team integration and onboarding.

Cons: Its all great I even for its price but of course if only it could be free.

Pros: I love the dashboard section on workOtter because I can see all I need to see in one place without having to scroll over and over again

Cons: Desventaja no le encuentro todo es interesante y facil de utilizar .

Pros: Lo que más me gusta de Wokotter es que tiene una interfaz fácil de usar y atractiva, que permite acceder a las funciones más importantes con un solo clic. También me gusta que se integra con Microsoft Project y que ofrece informes y paneles personalizables para visualizar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) de los proyectos, recursos y finanzas

Cons: Lo que menos me gusta de Wokotter es que no tiene una versión gratuita o de prueba, sino que solo ofrece una demostración personalizada previa solicitud

Pros: The platform is so interactive and capable! The ability to sync from Excel is so helpful, and the fact that you can do it with ease at the click of a button is incredible. But, the most impressive feature was the ability for WorkOtter to give real-time projections of hypothetical scenarios. Absolutely brilliant!

Cons: Nothing yet! All of the features are relevant and proactive.

Pros: WorkOtter has been an absolute blessing for me as an Accounts Manager and member of a Marketing project management team. The easy-to-build and configure dashboards have allowed me to create a customized workspace that displays the most crucial information for tracking my projects and resources. I liked the resource management and capacity planning features since that let's me set up and view things through my preferred lens. I get a few extra hours of more work done this way and I'm able to keep my projects better on track. I don't really use the iOS and Android mobile view features, but it's still a nifty little nice-to-have feature to have on the go. I imagine it'll come in pretty handy for responding promptly to any urgent matters (although the software works well enough for me that I don't think I'll have much use for it).

Cons: Working seamlessly so far so absolutely no complaints. Took some wait time to get things up and running but that was really down to us having to switch over our systems well enough to make sure we're getting the best out of the new one as advised by their team.

Pros: Everything about the website is easy to view and customize in a number of ways. Even the more advanced features are made easy to use. It can import from some of the older methods you might have been using, such as Excel. In the case of Microsoft projects syncing, it works both ways, so you do not have to immediately make a full switch if you have already been using that as changes will sync between the two in real time. This has been a serious bonus for my team. Attachments can be added to comments, threads, and projects. You can even respond to comments directly through the email notifications and it will show up in WorkOtter. I think we are talking about how this can be implemented for direct correspondences with contractors and customers for my organization but that has yet to be determined.

Cons: I have not really found any cons I can attribute directly to the website. The change has been a little bit off-putting to some of my coworkers, but since we previously used Microsoft Projects for much of this we have been able to easily sync everything between the old and new methods, so people can transition little at a time and at their own pace for the most part.

Pros: WorkOtter is a very seamless product. Integration with my SOPs was very easy. The most interesting feature for my team is the Simple timesheet that allows users to ask for more time and adjust their schedule for approval

Cons: For now, I don't have a least favourite of the features

Pros: This is a great project& resource management tool with wide reporting abilities.

Pros: WorkOtter is affordable and thinks of everything for you. It's visual functions are also fantastic! It was easy to get started and simple to adapt around my work. It's task management features allow me to contact staff who don't even need to be logged in and it even sync Microsoft documents. It's automation across dashboards and reports, is incredibly time saving! It also has unlimited storage, what's more to love.

Cons: I haven't found any cons for WorkOtter - it's really perfect.

Pros: I like how simple it is to use as well as the intuitiveness of features. Other project managers I have introduced to this software have exclaimed how they love it as much as me

Cons: No cons so far, it has bee a joy to use and I look forward to working with WorkOtter in future
