Overall, Gazebo is a solid platform for entering, tracking, and quantifying your projects and tasks.
Pros: Gazebo made it easy to have all our projects in one place and visible to all of our team members. This also made it easy to manage each project and do report outs with our team.
Cons: I would like the savings metrics to be customizable so the user can include only what matters to them and their business needs.

It is really a good tool, as mentioned earlier, useful for organizations that need to monitor their data in the form of graphs and track the maintenance activities as a logger, and will provide the EUI of their buildings.
Pros: Dashboard Interface is easy to understand. The filtering for every type of data with the respective energy use is perfectly aligned. It is very good at making reports into graphs, and easy to download the data to collaborate with multiple departments.
Cons: Everything is good as long as I use the Gazebo. Haven't found issues in my use of Gazebo for our utility monitoring.

Overall I enjoy using the product. Cascade has made it helpful to keep all our projects organized and savings estimates readily available to keep us on track to meet SEM milestones.
Pros: Ability to track projects, assign tasks and enable persistence for completed projects. I like that the data models are all real time and can help us for reporting purposes on company presentations. Gazebo is user friendly and has provided our team with good value. The project integration with the savings models paints a really strong picture of whether we are meeting our energy efficiency goals or not.
Cons: I don't like how it can time to filter projects with similarities. This has resulted in uploading files in the wrong places leading to confusion.

Overall it has met our needs working with the SEM program. It took some getting used to but as I have it has definitely grown on me.
Pros: It offers an easy way for teams to collaborate. With the visual nature of being able to use post-its and other icons to gives it a good modern feel and a bit more similar to being together in a boardroom.
Cons: I am still not totoally sold on the amount of info on one screen. It seems like an option to change screen view so you could view different sections at select times would be better than just zooming in and out and scrolling around. I had a bigger issue with this at first but as I use it more it is less of an issue.

I am a novice at using this platform, so I don’t know how to use it full potential. But every year I seem to learn a little bit more.
Pros: We use it to track our ONM projects for Energy trust, SEM program. I have only used it to collaborate with my SEM coach.
Cons: I would like to be able to pull reports on the ONM projects that are completed or ones that need to be completed so that I can print them and get them into my work order management system. But at this point, I don’t know how to do that.

I was able to use it as soon as I had access to it. Very easy to learn how to update project statuses and see estimated cost savings.
Pros: A very intuitive platform for managing multiple energy savings projects. It provides all team members easy access to update and monitor projects.
Cons: I really don't know of any cons although there were a couple of tabs that we didn't use so they really didn't need to be there.

Overall, my experience with Gazebo has been positive. it makes collaboration easy. Reporting and data management are straightforward, and tracking projects and progress is easy.
Pros: Easy to use. Makes collaboration with the team simple. Reporting and data management are intuitive. Gazebo may improve my experience over time.
Cons: The initial set-up was a bit cumbersome, requiring IT involvement before I could get access. This may have been due more to company policy than Gazebo.

This is the first Energy Manager platform we implemented. It has been helpful to have a tool to organize, track, and push forward savings initiatives. Managing energy consumption became easier, and the impact became more transparent with the energy manager.
Pros: The platform is easily accessible from all kinds of devices, loads fast and consistently, and its navigation is intuitive. The visualization and tracking of the projects is very helpful, and at a glance, you can get the impact your projects are having.
Cons: It would be nice if the platform had integration with other management platforms (Project Management, BAS, ES Portfolio Manager). Having the system send notifications of late or needed actions would be good. Finally, it would be nice to be able to print a report to share with the different stakeholders.

Easy to use. I can go to one central location and access any energy related information that I may need to share with my energy coach.
Pros: It is easy to use and a convenient place to collect energy use information. Because everything is in one central location it makes accessing information easy.
Cons: I can't think of any negative issues using Gazebo. For the work I do with Gazebo I have not had any issues I could not overcome.

Our experience with Gazebo helps us manage our energy more effectively and promotes collaboration. It is one of the primary tools we use for energy efficiency and management.
Pros: Gazebo supports team collaboration and data management related to our energy cost and usage. Custom reporting features are helpful and it is easy to use.
Cons: Gazebo's usefulness seems highly dependent on paired services. Although features are easy to use, without paired services or advanced internal expertise there would be limited value to our organization.

I have had a positive experience with Gazebo. It helps organize complex data into a simple form across many users.
Pros: Gazebo has a user friendly lay out and is easy to navigate. Makes team collaborations easy and required very little tutorial.
Cons: I have not found myself frustrated with any aspect of Gazebo. There aren't any negatives that stick out to me.

Pros: Very user friendly and easy to navigate. The reports are great and seeing the charting of information is great. Has really helped with managing projects
Cons: Have not come across anything that has led me to have a negative experience yet. Everything has worked as expected

The Cascade team is dedicated to ensuring that the system is easy to use and that it can be used across multiple levels of the organization. It is fun to look at the data integration where the platform is linked to our utility information for us to see energy reductions in real life! We continue to use the system more and more and I can't wait to see what the team develops next to continue to make this tool even more helpful.
Pros: Gazebo is a great tool that we are using to manage all of our energy projects across our Portfolio! The entire team can review progress, see potential energy savings and cost savings, and share updates. Our leadership loves that it is a one-stop shop to show needs and progress across the organization!
Cons: There is honestly nothing that I don't love about this platform and I can't wait to get our final site using it in August so that we can see every site in our organization!

It has been a great tool for us. We fully adopted it, got rid of other tracking tools, and it has been a foundation for driving improvement, tracking the numbers, and being able to report successes to our management with input from our internal Facility Engineers, Manufacturing and Process Engineers, Facilities Technicians, Manufacturing/Maintenance Techs, EHS, and our outsourced Facilities Mgmt group. All in all, we have enjoyed this tool as it has helped keep organized in a simple way. We are all busy and having simple and effective tools makes a great difference.
Pros: We were tracking all of our projects and energy savings in an excel spreadsheet. We were able to transition quickly to Gazebo and it worked very well for us. We were able to get quick reports for presenting to management, able to easily roll up figures for annual cost savings, energy savings, etc. We were able to easily able to search the database for projects, and most importantly, could update it real time during meetings with various stakeholders. We adopted the system and allowed all of our users on site (maybe 20-30) to have access and they were able to easily update status to their projects. I really like the performance indication. It has a simple line graph showing the amount of reduction in power usage we are receiving compared to frontloaded expected energy usage. It has the ability to integrate electricity usage numbers into this model.
Cons: There were certain situations where things did not show up in drop downs as we were entering in data, but these issues were resolved quickly by their developers.

We use it as part of our energy management program to reduce costs and be proactive in our expected energy use. It is a great tool, particularly in electricity. It helps us see energy use on a granular level to ensure our energy use processes are staying in spec. The people at Cascade are great and are professional, knowledgeable, and just great people.
Pros: It allows us to be highly proactive in our energy management practices. It has great charts and capabilities to customize it how you want. It can help with project management and visually appealing charts for management to understand energy use. The electricity breakouts are particularly impressive as you can isolate individual processes/production lines in conjunction with sophisticated energy modeling, which Cascade offers.
Cons: Nothing, it works well as long as your energy modeling is accurate. Cascade can help your company or business develop a great energy model for you to better understand how you use energy.
