Guidewheel software has helped us maintain the required equipment specific power (kWh/ton) by continuous monitoring of power consumption.
Pros: Real time monitoring of equipment with alerts
Cons: Sosiani 2 production default unit is kgs instead of Tons.

Guidewheel is a powerful tool for enhancing factory operations, providing valuable insights and helping to achieve greater efficiency and sustainability.
Pros: OEE calculation and real time energy monitoring capability
Cons: one potential drawback could be the initial setup and integration. Implementing a new system often requires time and resources to ensure it integrates smoothly with existing machinery and processes. This can be a bit challenging, especially for factories with older equipment or less technical expertise.

Guidewheel Software is user-friendly, easy to implement, and seamlessly integrates with other software like Oracle. It has significantly improved our daily operations, with frequent use by our internal customers. The software helps us track the history of issues, production orders, uptime, energy consumption, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Additionally, the customer support provided is excellent.
Pros: Guidewheel helps identifying the most significant issues in a machine or group of machines, allowing us to focus the attention to address the root cause of the issues.
Cons: The item description should be included in the orders. This prevents confusion among users. Additionally, the graphic reports do not display graph values once printed or exported.
