turnaround on change requests dropped from days to hours and revenue leakage shrank once we consolidated ticket, task, and time tracking into a single system.
Pros: a support ticket can be converted into a task or even a whole sprint with two clicks, keeping the entire history intact and sparing our agency team from copying data between tools; clients love watching progress without logging into a separate portal.
Cons: the interface favours function over flair, with grey tones and older-style icons that make designers on our team sigh; they still use it because the workflow works, but a visual refresh would boost morale.

Pros: I like that we can host easy redmine behind our firewall to satisfy strict client and gdpr requirements while still using hybrid project methods, sla alerts, resource charts, and transparent time tracking in a single, consistent system that keeps everyone aligned.
Cons: I think documentation for advanced reporting could go deeper and a few icons feel old school, so building custom dashboards takes extra clicks until you learn the quirks. Support usually replies with concrete steps that bridge the gaps quickly

Pros: I like that easy redmine merges planning, service, and repository work into a single on premise setup, so our team stops jumping between tabs and the finance export makes invoicing less painful. It also keeps data under our control while the gantt and scrum views stay perfectly in sync.
Cons: I feel the first time role and permission setup takes patience and the ui styling is more functional than pretty, which can slow new users during week one. After that learning curve, day to day work is smooth and reliable for the entire team.

Pros: easy redmine merges classic gantt planning, sprint boards, help-desk tickets, time sheets, and git repos under the same on-prem roof, so our eight-person software shop no longer loses hours jumping between half a dozen browser tabs. the ai “health radar” is surprisingly useful—twice it warned us about a looming delay before the burndown chart made it obvious.
Cons: "the role-permission matrix feels like a labyrinth on day one and the admin screens look dated, which means new admins should set aside a couple of concentrated hours to get everything mapped and themed properly before rolling it out to the team. "
