There is a lot of capabilities of Xakia, mastering it does take a lot of time or a great tour guide. Fortunately for us we have been guided in all of the abilities to make Xakia worth the money and a must have for the organization.
Pros: We have been using Xakia for a year and when we started I was not sure that the white glove upgrade was worth the cost. I have been proven wrong numerous times when I meet with [sensitive content hidden] She always goes above and beyond to make sure we get the most out of Xakia.
Cons: I wish Xakia had an app for the phone or a tablet. This would be useful when traveling or when you just need to see one matter during a meeting.

A system easy to use allowing SSO and having document repository that can be utilised through outlook which saves time.
Pros: Plugins with outlook classic (M365) to create matters seamlessly. Great reporting analytics and easy to use.
Cons: There is nothing that I do not like about Xakia other than wishing more users would see the benefits of using this system more

Once I became familiar with Xakia, I became a very satisfied customer. My favorite part of Xakia is the ease in setting up the Legal Intake portal and the visibility that the rest of my company has into their requested matters. I have gotten so much positive feedback from my company whereas other platforms we have tried have elicited nothing but complaints.
Pros: I Ioved the ease of setting up the legal intake portal. It was able to pick up the process within a matter of minutes and in a matter of just a few short hours, I had the entire portal set up.
Cons: transition from previous management system was tedious and difficult to get acclimated to Xakia's formatting

I enjoy working with the Xakia team. They listen to what you need and what your pain points are. They want to help solve problems and improve experience. They are passionate about their product and its impact on legal teams. Xakia operates as fundamental tool in our legal departments technology stack.
Pros: Xakia allows legal operations professionals to obtain real time objective data in relation to the work being managed by the legal team to enable data driven decisions around work allocation, prioritisation and where to leverage technology to reduce manual effort
Cons: It is difficult to get uniform uptake, usage and engagement across large teams and as a result you do get inconsistent data. In addition whilst Xakia is best of breed in matter management its document workflow and automation capabilities are less developed and integration with other products is not simple (noting integration with other products is not solely a Xakia problem)

Pros: The learning curve for day to day matter management is excellent and the integration capabilities with other document management systems connects in a way that allows for better cross-team functionality. The price per user is very reasonable and the reporting functions are the most robust I've seen in a matter management software. The outlook integration is specifically helpful.
Cons: There is no mobile interface as of yet but would not be surprised if it rolls out in the future. That could offer an easier solution to on the road legal professionals.

As an inhouse lawyer I have used Xakia in 2 different companies and have loved using it. I would be lost without it and would struggle to work in an inhouse legal office without it.
Pros: Simple and easy to use especially by time poor inhouse lawyers. It is exceptional value for money with affordable licensing options for access to an impactful system that has powerful dashboards and reporting and streamlines matter intake and management. Can now easily keep track of matters and documents, identify any bottlenecks, resourcing and workload of team and value of company's legal office.
Cons: Some additional integration options would be nice (e.g. MS Office, Content Manager) and for an administrator to be able to apply bulk changes (e.g. adding internal client to multiple matters).

My experience with Xakia is positive, is good value for the cost. Also, the support team acts faster than any other solution I tried.
Pros: Xakia is really easy to use, one of the most user friendly solutions out there. Plus you have multiple solutions in one: billing management, matter management, intake process, contract management, e-signature and more.
Cons: It is a bit limited with the intake process building, not very customizable. Also, the CLM is basically limited to contract storage and execution, you cannot build good contract workflows.

Fast implementation. Easy to configure. Great support; responsive, step by step instructions, customer satisfaction considered. Reasonable price point for system and features offered.
Pros: Easy to implement, configure and get started. Fairly easy team adoption, with great online and in person training offered. Reporting is extensive and provides various types of data to really analyse the team, the work and the clients. Fair price. Really happy with the support offered by the team. Xakia continue to improve their system which is great as a client.
Cons: Still some work to be done on User Experience in terms of the intake form (and minor on the matter form and external spend management). Also we use the tool for more than just legal teams and there are some 'legal' terms used that can't be configured for non legal teams.

Overall I've had a great experience with the Xakia team, from onboarding to customer experience and support: everyone has been very friendly and gone the extra mile to make sure we can get the best from our use of the application.
Pros: The product is very user friendly and highly customizable. Customer Support is exceptional. They respond to all questions on a timely manner and go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met.
Cons: We would like additional integrations to other applications we use on a corporate level (such as HubSpot CRM) and more customizations options on the intake form landing page.

The Xakia tool is excellent and has immediately unlocked capability and capacity in our team. It has simplified and centralised matter management, and provided immediate tools to management to easily demonstrate the value of the legal team and to better manage our overall workload and relationships. On top of that, its implementation and take up by the team was a success because of the Xakia team. They really took ownership of the success, were focussed, energetic and endlessly super helpful. A stellar cast.
Pros: I love its simplicity to implement, simplicity to use and therefore be adopted by the team, and its wide range of out of the box reports, metrics and visualization options.
Cons: Nothing. It has so far ticked all the boxes we wanted, plus some. I look forward to the expected enhancements to the outlook integration which will enable matter management to be even more efficient.

Cons: I’d love to be able to access all the reports in the ways I’ve planned to showcase our work. I understand that this may depend on the membership level, which is an important consideration.

Pretty much all of my experiences with Xakia, be it the platform or the people, have been exemplary. I highly recommend Xakia to all legal teams, whether in-house or private practice, large or small.
Pros: Pretty much everything - particularly customer service. Not once have I had a request for assistance hang around. Super open to suggestions for new ways of doing things as well. So very refreshing.
Cons: Not much, to be honest. It would be great if we could automate reminders to internal stakeholders through a matter (similar to what can be done in the contracts log). But that's about it 😊

Pros: The interface is very simple and easy to use. In addition, the ability to make changes to both matters but also intake forms and information on the internal client portal can be done quickly and easily with no assistance required from the Xakia or any tech teams which is key.
Cons: It would be great to see some advancements in the functionality in relation to the intake and internal client portal pieces of the software. Things such as conditional questioning and the ability to customise the portal a bit more to make it more user friendly to our business team would be great.

Xakia continues to provided superior customer service and support to our team over the many years we have been using Xakia. We now also use Xakia for the approval of invoices, which has streamlined the process for our internal team and provides greater visibility for our external firms with faster processing times and a User-friendly interface.
Pros: 1. Superior and Consistent Customer Service 2. User-friendly 3. Easily adopted
Cons: I can't say there are any real cons to our team. Even if there is a minor bug, it is fixed on the same day.

Pros: Comprehensive matter management system that integrates seamlessly with Outlook and Netdocs has been a gamechanger for our legal team as we can easily understand what each team member is working on at any given time. Helps improve the efficiency of our team Easy to set up new matters in the system and to capture information that helps us with real time visibility on workload, complexity of our workload and our strategic impact across the business. Search function means any team member can simply search through matters and leverage previous advices to more quickly and efficiently respond to client queries. Reporting function is also excellent and allows us to quickly created tailored reports for our clients. User friendly.

We have had white glove service. Whether it is our account rep or the support team, someone responds within about 2 hours (seriously!).
Pros: Ease of use; detailed data collected without hassle of filling out too many fields; integrations with SharePoint and e-billing software; excellent support; very fast and easy set-up; highly configurable, but usable OTB; internal client portal for legal service request management; beautiful OTB reporting
Cons: Sometimes it is glitchy, but this is offset by its usability; Matter creation templates are cumbersome to create and update

Pros: The integration to other products like iManage and Outlook make Xakia a great competitive choice. The ease of the product is also a great ROI.
Cons: It is out of box, so don't expect much customisation. The flip side is there is less issues than other similar products and the product team are constantly updating features.

Great. Nice people to deal with and a good product.
Pros: Xakia is just easy to use. We have been on the Xakia journey for years. Started as a greenfield site and have been using it ever since. With some familiarity it is a powerful tool.
Cons: Not a lot. There are some bits that look a little aged, but it works and the updates come through regularly.

Pros: This product enables you to see exactly how many matters are current, their status, who's dealing with what and when and what's still in the pipeline.
Cons: Initially, we had to run 2 systems parallel. This was resolved once we integrated Xakia with our file management system.

Xakia solves our matter and task management needs, and provides excellent, highly responsive customer support to answer any questions that may come up.
Pros: The features I like most about Xakia are its matter, task, and dashboarding features.
Cons: Xakia is still developing its ebilling features, so I look forward to seeing additional features in that area released. Xakia's task management features are excellent, but its task reporting could be improved.

Overall, Xakia is a great matter management system to get a baseline and consistent use of matter management software across the Legal Team. Xakia does include some additional functionality, but in a way that isn't overwhelming to the standard user.
Pros: The matter management, spend management, data and analytics, and reporting/dashboard functionality, along with Xakia's integration with our document management system, are ideal for Legal Team.
Cons: It would be useful for Xakia to have increased matter task management functionality, such as the ability to assign tasks, link tasks to manage dependencies, have start and due dates of tasks, etc.

I have found the customer support of Xakia to be very helpful in solving problems in our firm. They were responsive and knowledgeable when I had questions or concerns. They were able to walk me through the process of resolving any issues I had with the software. However, I do find that the pricing of Xakia can be a bit high for some smaller firms. It's not the most affordable option in the market and could be a bit of a strain for some budget-conscious firms. It's worth noting that the features and capabilities of Xakia are quite robust and it has been a valuable tool for us in terms of organization and collaboration.
Pros: I find the document management feature to be incredibly impactful and helpful. It allows me to easily upload, organize and share important documents within the organization. The search and discovery feature also makes it easy for me to find the information I need quickly and easily. The knowledge sharing feature allows me to collaborate with my colleagues and share my expertise with others, which has helped to improve the overall knowledge and expertise within the organization.
Cons: The layout and design of the software is not as intuitive as it could be, and it takes some time to get used to. Additionally, I have found that the software can be a bit slow at times, which can be frustrating when trying to quickly access important information.
