Dashworks

Pros: What I liked most about Dashworks is its powerful natural language search capabilities. I can ask questions in plain English and it understands my intent, retrieves the most relevant information from across our knowledge sources, and delivers quick answers. This saves me so much time compared to digging through multiple apps and sites manually.

Cons: One thing I didn't love about Dashworks was some limitations with its integrations to our proprietary homegrown systems. While it integrated well out-of-the-box with popular apps like Slack and Salesforce, getting it to sync with our internal custom database required extra IT work. I'd like to see more flexible integration options in the future.

Pros: Very easy to access important company info.

Cons: Occasionally, wrong information was provided.

Pros: Integrated with all knowledge databases in my company. Gmail, Notion, Slack, Asana. It is very easy to find what I need, and get context about company issues.

Cons: It could be integrated with additional apps, such as Gong, Gihub and Hubspot.

Pros: Dashworks works for me in the sense that I can "google" search at my own company, essentially giving me a blend of Chat GPT with insider company knowledge and Google. It's pretty good at finding docs in Notion, Slack, Email, Google Drive that are relevant with easy AI. I got it going pretty quick, and it integrates and is now my Chrome homepage.

Cons: Your keyword search needs to match exactly what is in Notion, Slack or Gmail. Sometimes this can be hard to find because of naming issues.

Pros: The tool i reheated nicely in slack and results are quick!

Cons: I’d like it to integrate with more tools.

Pros: The ability to summarize documents, pull information from several different sources, and provide links to the sources is great. I've been able to trim down the amount of time it takes me to create content or pull out details from documents.

Cons: It provides the answer that it thinks is the best when you may be looking for something else. This is where the traditional search is nice because you can skip over the first few recommendations and get to the one that best fits your needs.

Pros: The AI feature is the biggest part that has helped me do my job

Cons: Its more about the general sphere of how different it is to find something on the internet vs in my company. Finding things in any company is very challenging because of default access permissions

Pros: What we like most about Dashworks is that it integrates and indexes from the majority of the applications that we use most frequently. We have a lot of data living in numerous platforms and this allows us to ask for what we're looking for in a single place and be pointed in the right direction. The team has also been AWESOME. They're extremely receptive to our feedback and let us know the outcome of our suggestions - more often than not, what we're asking for is either put on the roadmap for the upcoming future or directly addressed by the next time we speak.

Cons: The product is still a work in progress, although improving very quickly. Ideally it'd serve as our single source of truth, but it's not quite there yet. Sometimes it pulls documents that are less relevant/outdated, but we're working with the team to overcome that. They're also continuously working on integrating apps that we use, which will be super helpful. We continue to give the product feedback in realtime by up/down voting responses and feel like it's worth continuing to teach the tool and team how best to deliver the best results for us.

Cons: The UI, the UI can be improved, currently it looks bland

Pros: Dashworks team provided a proactive support and rolled out customizable features in a limited time frame. Dashworks integrates with 50+ apps and provides quick results once trained.

Cons: Dashworks keeps evolving each day. I encountered a few issues if accounts are not integrated properly with Dashworks. It should provide better error handling and keep the user informed.

Pros: Dashworks has excellent customer survice and they are committed to optimizing their product. It can function well as a search engine for internal company/enterprise cloud resources and while not perfect, can be highly resourceful for someone with basic SEO utilization experience to make sense of lots of content stored across multiple cloud resources.

Cons: The AI integration needs lots of work to be usable. I've asked it basic questions about our annual budget and other information that I know is in our range of documents or even emails, but it has a hard time making sense of my questions. Understandable difficulty though, as every business is different.

Pros: It s easy to use and provides a very good interface.

Cons: There isn't a feature that I do not like.

Pros: I like that I can directly ask questions and get answers based on multiple knowledge platforms within the company. It is a knowledge hub for me.

Cons: It doesn’t provide all information on the subject but that may be due to implementation.

Pros: Facility to browse features of other sectors of the company.

Cons: Data search for leads in calling sectors.

Pros: The product provides value to customers, makes data-driven decisions, embraces agility and progress, and exhibits determination and innovation in its endeavors.

Cons: Dashworks could be costly for smaller businesses or those with budget constraints.

Pros: It organize all your needs into one basket making it easier for you to access information and files.

Cons: One of the features I feel that is missing is a web extension for Dashworks. For easier access.

Pros: It's very easy to search through all the apps and get the info or documents fast. Helps in boosting productivity.

Cons: It will take you some time to try and discover a large portion of features.

Pros: I appreciate Dashworks for its comprehensive features, including document wayfinding and AI

Cons: There's a bit of a learning curve when using the tool

Pros: The amount of integrations they have is useful. I would say this is probably one of the strongest aspects is that it can search through multiple tools that we use.

Cons: I think that Dashworks gives you a great starting point, but I have been needing to go through and double check the information to make sure it is accurate. We are still building out the platform and trying to organize our details a bit better.

Cons: A bit User interface need to improved in my view

Pros: Very User friendly interface it is having.

Cons: Less coverage about all the company functions

Pros: The ability to gain insight from all of the various tools and data repositories we use is invaluable. We use over half the integrations that Dashworks provides. The tool is straightforward to use, and to be able to almost converse with it makes the experience very enjoyable. The customer relations team is also great! They are very keen to listen to their customer's needs and experiences to make the product better!

Cons: I hope that the integrations continue to be expanded. There are definitely tools that we use that are not on the integration list which I can only assume is the same for other customers.
