We've been using WodGuru app since May this year – the system is intuitive and easy to use. Club members are extremely satisfied with how easy it is to book in, purchase passes, and enter the club using a QR code. I can't imagine working without WodGuru!
Pros: The system has one of the best support as well! [sensitive content hidden] are amazing women who explain everything with great patience. All my questions and doubts are always quickly clarified. For me, as a club manager, it is also very important that the app has solved the ongoing problem of uncancelled reservations by setting rules of bookings for specific class. Thanks to the many functions that have been automated by the system, I have been able to reduce the club's costs by reducing the number of hours worked by reception staff. Cashless sales, clear reports that are extremely helpful when summarizing the month - all of this is a plus.
Cons: There could be more reports showing how many members are currently at the gym, using equipments etc.

I strongly recommend WodGuru to all newly opening fitness clubs. I was previously familiar with WodGuru as a user, so when I opened my own club, it was a natural choice for me to choose this app.
Pros: At first, I was mainly concerned with the ability to register club members and sell passes online. However, I quickly found out that WodGuru offers much more. I was surprised by the number of functionalities available immediately after logging in - the app not only met all my expectations, but also showed me what else I needed as a club owner. The report center, which allows me to keep track of the number of active club members and the status of their payments, proved to be a particularly useful tool. This is a huge help in planning sales. What's more, online payment has made purchasing passes quick and hassle-free - both for me and for customers :) The biggest surprise for me was the reliability and intuitiveness of the application! WodGuru is clear, easy to use and works without the slightest technical problems. Everything works smoothly, with no hang-ups or errors.

Cons: There were some issues sometimes when it comes to deliverability of the e-mail, but the team explained that there is also option for SMTP connection and that they're working for the delivery of e-mails to go more smoothly so it's much better now.

Pros: WodGuru offers ready-made solutions, such as; maintaining the continuity of membership purchases and eliminating the problem of uncancelled bookings for classes, which you can easily implement in your club. We've been using it for 4 months now and we can see already how it made the club management easier. Plus, full individualization of memberships and their sales will give you the opportunity to manage your business exactly as you want and need it. Highly recomment it!
Cons: The attendance report could be improved, but from what I know the WodGuru team is already working on making it better :)

Pros: A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. When a member’s membership expires, it is clearly shown in a system. You can also send automated messages that will remind your member to extend his membership a few days before expiration date! Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice. Club members are satisfied with that as well, because it gives them clear information on time and I - too - thanks to if have fewer responsibilities and less things that I need to control.
Cons: The reports could get better, but from what I heard from the customer support they're working on adding new reports and are improving the current ones :)

Pros: The WodGuru system has helped my company reduce its running costs. Before WodGuru, I have tried up several competing programs and the price was much higher. In a case of small business like mine, the price aspect has a great importance. Additionally, thanks to the customized app and reading QR codes module, the club is becoming more and more maintenance-free, and that’s another huge advantage of WodGuru. I recommend it highly to all fitness club owners!
Cons: Not a con, just a thought, I'd love to see how the app progresses to become more maintenance-free from the club's perspective!

Pros: I've been using WodGuru since I started my business, so about 3 months now :) I run a BJJ club and it works great for this type of activity. I’m very happy and satisfied with what the platform has to offer so far. What stands out to me the most is very fast customer service, which is ready to help so quickly that I sometimes wonder how they do it. Answers to any questions are quick, concise and helpful. The possibility of paying online and the entire payment automation allows customers to purchase a pass from the comfort of their home. The bar option is an additional advantage, where you can conduct additional sales in a very simple and intuitive way - and all of this is possible in one app! Great configuration here. All of this summed up saves me a lot of time, real money and, most importantly - helps customers.
Cons: I'm still getting more into the system. I haven't found any cons so far, but I can see how helpful the system is to me and my members.

Highly recommend it! Saves a lot of time and does 90% of the reception job.
Pros: Ease of configuration - no need to set up several accounts on various platforms, e.g. for mailing or online payments. Almost everything in the system is done practically automatically, so now I have WAY more time for the real development of my club. Thanks to the automation described above, the costs of hiring reception have been reduced to a minimum as the app does 90% of the tasks. App for the members - they can manage both their payments as well as their registrations directly from mobile phone.
Cons: I've been a lot and haven't found any cons so far :) All good

Pros: The application itself is very intuitive and easy to use, both for me as the owner and for the studio's members. All of the important settings are easily accessible and configurable, thanks to the amenities and options that system provides. Moreover, communication with the customer service is exceptionally efficient, which significantly helps to solve any problems. When I found WodGuru, I was in the mid of looking for an app to automate registration for classes, and it turn out to hit the jackpot! I highly recommend it! 🔥
Cons: I'm still getting used to the system and checking out new functionalities. So, so far I can't find anything that I could call problematic

Pros: Initially I was looking for an app that is going to help me automate registration for classes as much as possible. And I’ve found it! I was also able to quickly and easily create a schedule in the system that is very clear to customers. Additionally, thanks to WodGuru, I introduced an online membership sales system, which made registration much easier for customers. I would highly recommend for anyone considering it!
Cons: I liked everything :) Just my clients need to get a little bit more used to online app when it comes to registration

Pros: Selling memberships online - I don't have to be present at my gym all the time, at work - WodGuru does the work for me! They as well provide great contact with the service in case of any problem - and give a quick and helpful response. Another thing that is very helpful in my gym is an option for members to enter the gym using QR codes. But in general: transparency, ease of use, everything at the highest level. I definitely recommend it!
Cons: I cannot find anything that I didn't like / found problematic at this point.

Pros: There are many helpful options in WodGuru, but one of the most useful for me are; monitoring the number of entries, checking up on schedule and on the history of the entries. Also WodGuru has a mobile app, so members can access the schedule anytime they want, from wherever they are :)
Cons: Nothing. System is just very good, I know that people who have created it are constantly working on it, so i do not see any cons so far.

Pros: Creating schedules for trainers and a schedule of classes is very easy to use - and that's the functionality that allows us to save time. Online payments are a great option too - we're able to optimilize work expenses thanks to it. Oh and the panel of entire system is very intuitive - transparent, and it's easy to work on it.
Cons: Nothing really, can't complain. All is good :)

I've using WodGuru for a year, and honestly all I can say about the app are good words. The team is really helpful, the app is easy to use for users and online payments make everything much easier.
Pros: Functionality! Very quick and concrete contact, full support, online payments and a transparent application for the client.
Cons: I cannot think of any cons honestly, the application is really good itself.

Really easy to set up everything from the start and then easy to operate. The system is really customer friendly. It saves up a lot of our time :)
Pros: Customer assistance is amazing! Really fast and specific answers to our questions almost immediately. Ambassador program - which allowed us to acquire new clients more easily and communicate with current clients in much more efficient way. Also online payments! Needed for today's world.
Cons: No cons :) All good actually, I don't see any cons.

Thanks to WodGuru, I'm able to comfortably take care of all aspects of my business wihout extra staff at the reception desk - which makes it easier for me to look over the details of memberships, reservations and adjust them to the needs of my clients.
Pros: Most of the processes are handled automatically by the app, and thanks to it I'm able to manage humar resources more effectively, optimaze expenses and focus on development of the fitness club!

The best possible choice! I found WG a few months ago and it was a hit. The customer service here is also fantastic, in case of any doubts or problems, the WG team responds almost immediately.
Pros: Easy to use, transparent and without hidden fees. Registration for group and individual classes, online payments and communication with clients - all in one place. Creating an account takes only a minute for the customer, and using the application is very simple. The fee depending on the number of customers is a big saving for small clubs like mine.
Cons: Nothing, we had some setting-up calls with WG team and they helped a lot

It greatly improves the studio's work. With the easy 24/7 access to the system, students can independently manage their signups and signouts. WodGuru support is very patient and answers numerous questions that occurred when setting up the account. The system is carefully made, aesthetic and, after familiarizing yourself with all its possibilities, functional and user-friendly.
Pros: ✅ automated signups for selected classes - the student is sure that he can come to the classes and we are sure about the number of people in the group ✅ managing attendance - both by students and trainers - an ideal solution for small clubs that do not have a permanent reception desk ✅ in-app changes to reservations, which the customer can make 24 hours a day ✅ quick cancellation of classes in case of emergencies - nofifying all registered people with one message
Cons: Better reports would be nice to have, I know they're working on these!

I have been using WodGuru for 6 months. Previously, I did everything manually, which required a lot of time every day to update all registrations, payments, respond to a lot of messages, etc. Now, working time at reception has become much shorter - there are definitely fewer questions about simple issues such as signups/signouts. A huge advantage is that WodGuru is constantly making improvements and listens to suggestions regarding our needs and new ideas. Their helpdesk always answers to our questions very quickly. I recommend it!
Pros: The time I used to spend on signups, I can devote to the development of the studio, because most of it is done for me. Each customer can check everything on an ongoing basis, pay for the membership or sign up for classes. The rules are very clear and the system is transparent. Moreover, I can check everything on my phone at any time - which makes it easier.
Cons: I needed some time to set things up but it was easy after all!

Time-saver!I highly recommend WodGuru!
Pros: Signup records are kept online. I know how many people I will have in the classes. Clients can easily book it and cancel from classes the day before (according to the rules of the studio). Customers no longer cancel their booking an hour before the scheduled start, which was notoriously abused before. They know that if they have committed to sing up, they must attend the class. It is also an additional motivation for regular training and not looking for constant excuses.
Cons: At first, I used a simple paper list to keep records of signups for classes. It used to take me a lot of time. I was constantly getting phone calls to sign in and out someone from class. I wasted a lot of energy and time. So after I switched to WodGuru, everything changed. No regrets!

When opening my yoga studio (2 months ago), I knew that the key would be a good software that would take care of everything for me. Thinking that I found the perfect one, it turned out that I did not (thankfully before using it for real). And all of a sudden WodGuru has it all, super important to me was that it's iOS compatible. Generally, I feel that it is good that I chose this software, because if something goes wrong, I can write to Aneta and I have an answer right away 🙂 WodGuru listens and reacts.
Pros: You can connect a fiscal printer, there is full automation, i.e. in addition to the newsletter option, where you can indicate that you want to send an e-mail to users, e.g. only those who have an active memebership, then canceling classes - an e-mail is sent to the saved people immediately. The fact that you just click on a member's profile and you can check everything they do in the studio, whether they regularly attend one class or try different ones. This is also a great option, because you can add notes to each person and check before class whether someone has, for example, a knee problem, etc.
Cons: Integration was easy, after long search I have found what I was looking for!
