Been using them for their agency plan for over 5+ years now. They have changed the way we manage reporting and increased our productive in that department.
Pros: I was able to analyze multiple analytics (ads, website, etc) for our clients from one place. Not only that but you can grant clients access to view customized dashboards for real time reporting. This help cut down the time most client call to check in as we can show them real time stats in a easy to view way.
Cons: What would be nice to for them to have different themes maybe for dashboard. Right now you can customize it to have different colors but what would be nice if they had different "looks".

great it's helped me provide clarity regarding performance concerns on many calls!
Pros: ability to show prospects info about existing online marketing performance vs ideal / expected performance that could be achieved working with us
Cons: data doesnt always populate for volume and competition - never sure why it just happens randomly and wont show up no matter how long I wait

Me ha facilitado el problema que tenía de tener que generar informes mensuales de manera manual. Ahora configuro el informe de cada cliente una sola vez y se crea automáticamente.
Pros: Lo mejor es que permite crear informes marca blanca totalmente automatizados, por lo que resulta ideal si tienes una agencia o prestas servicios de marketing de manera freelance.
Cons: Desde que empecé a usar la herramienta no he encontrado ningún punto negativo. Me parece perfecta en todos los sentidos.

Great tool for marketing agency.
Pros: AgencyAnalytics can save you a lot of time managing your clients' marketing campaigns if you're a digital marketing agency. The dashboard looks great and shows you the data with great visuals, which is very easy to understand. For SEOs, this tool offers a rank tracker and website audit tool as add-ons. The rank tracker supports Bing, which is an excellent feature. If you want to get your hands on more than 70 integrations of AgencyAnalytics, you can try their 14-day free trial and decide whether you like it.
Cons: Expensive. Pricing could be lower per client, and I wish they had a free plan or a lifetime deal.

Pros: AgencyAnalytics reúne muchas herramientas para mejorar el marketing de las pequeñas y grandes empresas. Permite realizar auditorías, tener informes de las campañas de SEO y de redes sociales, se pueden medir muchos factores que afectan al rendimiento de la marca a nivel digital. Teniendo en claro esto se es posible tomar acciones y mejorar estrategias de forma más optimizada.
Cons: Las herramientas y los precios son muy buenos, pero en algunos casos resulta algo básicos, sin embargo a comparación de otras herramientas similares AgencyAnalytics es mejor por mucho.

My overall experience with AgencyAnalytics is truly excellent. I have been using their software for many years, and it has been instrumental in streamlining some of my business processes. The user interface is easy to navigate, making it suitable for both inexperienced and experienced users alike. Pros: I have used AgencyAnalytics for a significant period of time and I must say, it is an exceptional piece of software. Its performance tracking feature allows me to quickly gain insights into how well my campaigns are performing, making it easy to identify which ones need further optimization. With its intuitive and user-friendly design, I am able to set up projects and monitor key metrics with minimal effort. Finally, another perk I really appreciate is the automated report generator that creates professional reports in a matter of seconds. All in all, these features make AgencyAnalytics an essential tool for any marketing team or agency that is serious about gaining an advantage over their competition.
Cons: One part of AgencyAnalytics software that I found the least enjoyable was the inflexibility of the reporting. It was difficult to create reports with more robust analytics, such as multiple metrics and detailed segmentation, without having to manually input data sources. The platform had limited capacity when it came to configuring report dimensions and tracking custom dimensions, which severely limited my ability to gain the insights I wanted from our performance reports. Furthermore, there were quite a few occasions where I encountered bugs in their software or had difficulty getting technical support for my issues. All these things combined led me to have a less favorable experience with AgencyAnalytics compared to other analytical platforms I have used before.

It was very very easy to use. I have used other reporting dashboards and this one was the best. It had many programs that you are able to integrate and site audit tech. Customizable dashboards for each business was very helpful.Least is that it's only for agencies. The only thing I would change would be adding a small business package price and function.

I used AgencyAnalytics over 5 months and it is helpful for analzying your strategy and competitors. You can see the dashboard for every kind of metrics to drive your strategy.
Pros: AgencyAnalytics has well design dashboard and the metrics that you can follow are really helpful for SEO and marketing. You can define your KPI and check ROI of those KPI easily. It is helpful for marketing analytics for SEO and keyword tracking can help with it.
Cons: AgencyAnalytics is quite expensive rather than other tools, you can use it but you have to decide which tool is fit for your marketing strategy.

The system is great and easy to use. Their customer service has always been top notch - one of the best I've experienced from a SAAS.
Pros: Easy to use and has a large list of integrations.
Cons: If something doesn't integrate natively, it can be a little challenging to get the data into the system and displaying how we'd like. Luckily, our 'manual' imports are pretty minimal.

Overall, I'm generally pleased with Agency Analytics.
Pros: I really like the organization of this software and the vast amount of integrations. I also like that the Agency Analytics team takes feedback and makes updates based on the feedback. They've had a few updates with my feedback implemented.
Cons: They don't offer grid tracking for Google maps which means we have to use another software for that.

Overall, my experience with AgencyAnalytics has been a good one!
Pros: I like that AgencyAnalytics is a straight forward, easy-to-use tracking tool that I can keep track of personal social media data as well as client social media data with.
Cons: I wish I could only purchase what I need; I’m a startup and only a few dashboards, but have to pay for the minimum.

AgencyAnalytics is amazing. While there are a handful of features that I would love to see implemented (Customisable report cover pages for example) it is light years above the alternatives (and I know I've trialled them all). Their support is lightning fast and unusually (for Saas platforms) helpful. Their development schedule is also really fast and in the 2-3 years that we have been using it, they have probably rolled out 3-4 features that we have requested ourselves. I've never seen such fast adoption of user suggestions. It's almost the standout feature. If some limitation really bugs you enough for you to take the time to register it as a feature request, there's a very high chance it will get adopted. Other than that, it does what it says on the box. It's super stable (although occasionally prone to crash on the first of the month when server load must be very high) and certainly favours simplicity and ease of use in it's UX.
Pros: Super easy to use. Easy to white label. Keyword rankings update daily. Really cost-effective. Open and transparent pricing, which is super easy to scale up and down as needed. Essential tools built-in and integrates with everything else. Purpose-built for modern digital agencies
Cons: The cover page of the reports is super ugly, like unbelievably ugly and they offer no options to customize this. Other than the cover page, the rest of the interface is quite nicely designed, but so many agencies now use it more granular visual customisation would be welcome.

Launch North has been utilizing Agency Analytics for quite some time now, and after trialing many other competitors we really can't fault their system. It's easy to use, accurate, our customers love it and more importantly their customer support can't be beaten. I've recommended Agency Analytics to many other companies.
Pros: Daily campaign management and reporting.
Cons: We haven't found any cons to the software as of yet.

We were wasting so much time setting up and editing reports for clients each month using Google Data Studio. Our team of account managers hated it. Then a new team member recommended Agency Analytics and we were blown away once we started using it. The support is also phenomenal. You can always chat to a support agent within minutes via the Live Chat on the website.
Pros: The responsiveness and speed of the platform is amazing. It used to take up to an hour to set up a report for a client using Google Data Studio, but I can create a brand new client project and report in minutes with Agency Analytics.
Cons: The backlink manager tool is amazing, but it's a shame that you can't choose which SEO platform you'd like to get the domain metrics from. By default it gathers the domain data from Moz but we prefer to use Ahrefs for this data. Not a big deal though!

This software was our third try at acquiring software that would produce great client reports seamlessly. We had just purchased a pretty big social media platform made for agencies and were so disappointed in the reporting capabilities. We needed good reporting software fast since we discontinued our contract with our previous analytics software. Agency Analytics was extremely easy to implement and all the channels that we need to report on for our clients are seamlessly integrated in one easy to read and interactive report. The report scheduling is also a breeze. Prior to implementing, we were piecing together a report, saving it as a PDF and emailing it to our client distribution groups. We can do all of that within Agency Analytics and we get back great analytics on who is actually opening the report! We love it. I can't say enough about the software.
Pros: Agency Analytics was extremely easy to implement, provides great dashboards and reports for our clients and makes our monthly client reporting so much easier. All of our client information is easy to see in one place including social media channels, email analytics, website traffic and more!
Cons: Listening tools could be a little more robust. With our previous reporting software we were able to see Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts from "competitor" pages. We could also see "competitor" page growth and engagement numbers to compare to our own client's growth and engagement numbers on social media. It wasn't a deep dive but it helped us keep track of the social media "chatter" regarding our clients.

I really love using Agency Analytics, I used to spend hours and hours writing marketing reports and taking screenshots of campaigns, but since I found Agency Analytics, I feel like it was a life saver for me to set the weekly, fortnightly and monthly marketing reports for ALL my clients automatically and totally forget about it as well as getting hours and hours of my time back to work on my business and deliver actual results to my clients. Agency Analytics definitely was a life saver for me. Highly recommend it to agency owners. Not only it frees up a lot of yours and your staff's time but also clients would appreciate that beautiful, easy to understand reports. I have other tools that offer marketing reports but never switched to them for reporting. nothing replaced Agency Analytics so far. Love it!
Pros: Beautiful and appealing design, easy to use, automatic marketing results report to the clients on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
Cons: The SEO tracking integration could have been more precise and better I believe, but still a great software to use.

We have been using AA for 4 years now and in that time Agency Analytics has become a core part of our business offering, allowing us to provide real-time reporting to our SEO clients. A lot of agencies only send monthly reports, often late - whereas with Agency Analytics our clients can always see their results and ROI anytime of the day or month without having to wait. The dashboard and reports can be fully customised to only show the info that clients want to see, and there are dozens of different integrations with other platforms.
Pros: Saves me time every month, automated reporting, live reporting dashboard, dozens of integrations
Cons: Haven't had any significant issues, and the features we requested were implemented

We came to Agency Analytics for better monthly reporting, but the dashboards have completely transformed our analytics processes. The report templates and auto-send feature cut my monthly reporting time in half, and the reports also look really nice!
Pros: I LOVE the customizable dashboards. Being able to select the data points I want - and removing what I don't need - is a huge pro for me. It's so streamlined, clean and easily digestible.
Cons: This is small - and I'm digging for a con, because I think it's a nearly perfect platform - but it would be nice to be able to add a manual page to the monthly reports, where I could upload images (such as screenshots of notable social media engagement).

To make it short and sweet; when we founded our new Brisbane digital marketing agency - Resurge Digital, going with AgencyAnalytics for all of our tracking, auditing and reporting was a complete no-brainer.
Pros: I have been using AgencyAnalytics for over three years and honestly, I would have trouble imagining my work life without it. Agency Analytics comes with just the right range of integrations and third part platform support, not to mention a comprehensive site auditor tool which has recently received a significant upgrade.
Cons: The Majestic integration is great in that we have a backlink tool built-in and we do not need to pay for anything else if we do not want to, but the coverage is not great. That said, it is still adequate for our SEO methodology at Resurge Digital and we have not committed to subscribing to another tool yet as Agency Analytics still sufficiently provides the backlink data we need. The keyword suggestion tool is not great, but most of them aren't, we tend to conduct our keyword research ourselves anyway so this also is not really a huge point of concern as far as we are concerned.

Pros: It allows you to integrate with Google products and other tools and create customizable reports.
Cons: customer reporting is very important. Agency Analytics transmits the ranking data you need in the most accurate way with its large database. We love the reports that are created for each customer.

My clients can login to one single URL to see just about every metric important to them. I've been using AgencyAnalytics for years. Their always available for support and constantly adding new features and integrations.
Pros: Their white labeling is excellent. I love showing the dashboard to new clients!
Cons: Overall AA is an amazing tool. I would like to see more in depth competitor data and tracking features.
