Pros: The seemless onboarding process and the user friendly platform

Cons: Some requests are mainly for the employee, but the roles would limit the employee, forcing them to request the company to request it on their behalf, like proof of employment

Pros: Ease of use and everything being in one place

Cons: Sometimes submitting expenses is unclear when categories aren't available

Pros: The platform is user-friendly and the customer support team is always helpful.

Cons: I haven't found any cons so far. I am satisfied with Oyster.

Pros: The website is very straightforward to use and navigate. The expenses function is particlarly simple and gives transparency on the amounts to be reimbursed very accurately in local currencies.

Cons: Oyster works through a local third party where I am based and I had a few teething problems but these have now settled down.

Pros: It is very friendly and easy to navigate

Cons: They can be a bit inflexible at times, and I’ve had encounters with support where there was a knowledge gap.

Pros: Easy to sign in and get the basic things I need, like copy of my contract or access to help desk. Also the support is very responsive.

Cons: The way to submit expenses could be a lot easier to do in bulk. I also think some basic common support tasks, like vacation rollover, should be easier to request than me having to fill in a whole ticket from scratch.

Pros: It’s easy to navigate and easy to use. It is easy to use for booking time off and tracking accrual balances. It’s also easy to access all documents pertaining to your contracts etc.

Cons: Only thing I wish is my pay slips would be available sooner.

Pros: The digital platform is very intuitive. The onboarding procedure was smooth.

Cons: The benefits package offered is not in line with the normal jobs in the same country

Pros: I liked Oyster because it simplified my work regarding tax payments and has an intuitive platform.

Cons: I don't have any cons. Whenever I need help, I can get all the information in articles or through support.

Pros: Responsiveness is top-notch, always quick and helpful, ensuring any concerns are addressed promptly with great professionalism.

Cons: Timesheet reporting is manual, requiring extra time and effort that could be streamlined for efficiency.

Pros: Good service and customer service, minimal problems thus far

Cons: A little rigid, not able to be very flexible on certain things related to payroll. But these are only "edge cases"

Pros: The support, flexibility and communication we receive from the team at Oyster whenever we have any queries or employee changes is exceptional. Their system is easy to use and provides great visibility.

Cons: There is actually very little I can complain about with Oyster. I've used other EORs in the past that I've had issues is, but Oyster is fantastic.

Pros: Ease of use. Expert consultancy and advice. Flexible problem solving in speedy time frames.

Cons: Lack of direct contact outside of email with in country experts

Pros: I have been in post as CPO for 11 months now, and I have been pleased with the service provided by Oyster, especially our Customer Success and Account Managers. Oyster are always on hand to provide advice, guidance and support, and this often extends to matters that might impact our own employees; they are a true partner. The platform is easy to navigate and integrates with our HR systems seamlessly.

Cons: Whilst the country spread is good, there are some relationships that are tripartite i.e. Oyster use another provider in that country to hire the individual, which can delay comms. From a commerciality perspective, there are some circumstances whereby termination is justified, however, we have to factor in that the business case isn't justifiable as the individual is employed by Oyster, as opposed to ourselves. This means that mutual terminations are generally the only option to proceed with ending a relationship and there is additional cost.

Pros: The level of service really stands out compared to other players in the market.

Cons: I'd love it to integrate with our current HRIS to enable one platform for all people managers.

Pros: Good customer support and ease of use.

Cons: Expensive since my company hired me through Oyster 'cause they do not have a legal entity in my country

Pros: Quick onboarding! Fast response time. Easy to use interface to submit and track expenses, pay stubs, employment documents.

Cons: Nothing! It's badass. I wouldn't change anything with your current set up.
