The user experience of this software is very friendly, while browsing you understand easily the solutions they provide us. I can enter my appointments quickly and efficiently. In addition, there's WANDA AI, an AI-powered assistant that reminds me about scheduling appointments weekly. I can also easily view my contract documents and download PDFs directly from the platform. There's also a chat function that allows me to create support tickets if I have any questions and the staff is always there to help. Payment deadlines and all other information are clearly laid out and easy to access.
Pros: User-friendly and intuitive interface. Clear and easy navigation, making it simple to understand the solutions offered. Quick and efficient appointment scheduling. WANDA AI assistant provides weekly reminders to schedule appointments. Easy access to contract documents. Ability to download PDFs directly from the platform. Integrated chat feature for creating support tickets. Responsive and helpful support team. Payment deadlines and other important information are clearly displayed. All essential information is easy to find and access.
Cons: I think it should be an additional option where the microsoft tems could use the time tracking from workmotion to their calendar.

I have been using Workmotion for just under two years now, and it's my first experience of using such a service. I was initially a little bit skeptical that it would be an adequate replacement for a "direct with employer" contract, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The platform is easy to use, covers all my needs, and the staff are tremendously helpful whenever any issue comes up that I need help with. I recommend Workmotion without hesitation!
Pros: Incredibly helpful staff, very easy to book time off, documents always easy to locate, very easy to manage system when getting business travel expenses approved.
Cons: The new "travel hub" section is a little confusing, especially when it comes to understanding which documents are needed for certain destinations (if any).

Easy and very intuitive platform. Also, I was always paid earlier than expected which is great and desirable.
Pros: Customer support is very efficient, even the termination of collaboration was very quick and easy. Recommended!

Pros: I got in contact with Workmotion as an employee for the first time. The whole registration and onboarding process was really smooth with a real person assisting in the background. I only had a few minor questions, but it made a difference that I could ask for help instead of chatting with a bot. I definitely would be happy with future employers using Workmotion too.
Cons: For the first registration attempt my invite expired after 14 hours. It got quickly fixed though and I could register for the second attempt without any issue.

An excellent experience from the first sales call all the way through to contract signing. The platform is very user friendly for both employer and employee.
Pros: Customer service is second to none. Everyone is super informed and helpful. Onboarding in particular is excellent.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was great! There is nothing I didnt like, every request was replied to straight away.

Early indications are good. It's comprehensive but not overwhelming so. Lots of great help articles and videos that make onboarding and getting up to speed really easy.
Pros: Comprehensive platform, very clearly laid out, very easy to understand and work with, the left hand navigator makes accessing all the features a breeze. Support has been excellent.
Cons: It's early days, there is nothing so far. I've contacted support a couple of times to check on things and they have been excellent. Prompt and helpful.

Pros: WorkMotion makes international hiring much easier. The platform is intuitive and the onboarding process is well structured, which saves a lot of time on the HR side. What stands out in particular is the responsiveness and support of the team. Whenever questions come up, they are handled quickly and in a very solution oriented way. Overall it removes a lot of complexity from cross border employment.
Cons: Overall the experience has been very positive. If anything, some processes could be a bit faster or more transparent in terms of status updates during certain steps. However, the support team is always available and helps clarify open questions quickly, so this has not been a major issue for us.
