We loved using Premier. After looking at several other software products for our virtual career fair, they promised a good product well under the cost of others. They then provided a dedicated staff member to help us set up the product and execute our event. They were there for us anytime we had a question, in an extremely timely manner. The product itself is beautiful with great graphics and easy to use. They recently made some upgrades which we are excited about as we do plan to use Premier again next year!
Pros: Great graphics! You can also choose the "look" of your room, based on your personal likes as well as what best represents your organizational culture.
Cons: A few users were confused about how to use. This was more the user not making themselves familiar with the product prior to the event but we did suggest some ideas that might alleviate user issues and they were very receptive to ideas.

My experience began as a third-party participant of a job fair that was using the platform. A few months later, the same thing with a different job fair. We engaged with customer support prior to the second event because we were having some technical issues and they connected with me and a member of my team to run technical support late into the evening to ensure that we were ready to go the next morning. They also checked in with us during the event to ensure things were working as they should have been. You can't ask for more. That level of service coupled with the ease of platform utilization was enough to convince me to purchase for our company needs.

Pros: The ease of operation, workability and build-out (including incorporating our branding) are high on the top of my list for best attributes. It is not "plug and play" but darn close. It is intuitive and where it is not for those more technically challenged, the customer support team is ready to assist. They are proactive and supportive, right down holding your hand in your build-out to checking in on the day of the event.
Cons: We haven't been able to really test the effort to find fault yet. We are awaiting a few contract awards that would prompt increased utilization. We are hoping to host one event, inclusive of all of our offices allowing each recruiter to utilize their own "waiting room" area. We hope that will be successful and remain confident that customer support will work us through any issues that we may have.

It's been a great experience overall.
Pros: Great alternative to doing in-person recruitment. Love the new video option and how the booths can be customized. Easy to use and train staff, employers and jobseekers on.
Cons: Some issues with video. The resume button pops up no matter if they have a resume uploaded or not which was very confusing for employers. Chat box is too little on the jobseeker’s side. Develop a better way to see what job seekers and employers are online. Also a better way to communicate with multiple staff from a company.

Pros: Premier Virtual software is a great investment for Workforce Boards. It allows businesses and jobseekers to interact without leaving home or the office. Providing an excellent virtual platform that is very user friendly and easy to navigate once into platform. Great tool for the toolbox!
Cons: .cvs files and generic reporting. I re-due all reports in excel to make better presentation to group. Hopefully, 2.0 helps with these extra effort and has better quality print out of reports.

This was an amazing software that helped us quickly turn in person events to virtual. It was important to have interaction which Premier delivered. The support has been amazing and I would thank [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for their personalized services and support during the last year.
Pros: We loved the ability to chat and video chat. The software was easy to set up and allowed for data tracking. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been the best about support from small to large events. I have recommended other workforce centers and the state to purchase.
Cons: The thing that is missing is a calendar option that allows jobseekers and businesses to save the event on their calendar and provide reminders day of. On the job seeker side the ability to download multiple resumes. I have heard feedback from recruiter during long events an option to be “out” for lunch.

Exceptional service and support.
Pros: The support was exceptional. The platform is also sleek, has a modern look, has a face-to-face event feel so the participants are eased into this type of delivery.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to log in and see what employers are logged in and active.

Pros: Day of the event kind of ran itself. Was easy to use once we logged in after the demo.
Cons: The support we provided once we transitioned from our sales rep was inconsistent and communication was not always clear

Premier Virtual came highly recommended from some other leaders in the Workforce Development space. It's been a wonderful experience so far - a real game-changer from our initial attempts at hosting virtual events since the COVID pandemic changed the way we do business. The discovery phase was thorough. The implementation phase was simple and intuitive. And the ongoing use of the solution has been stellar. Beyond that, we find the proactive reports we get before events extremely beneficial, as it prompts us to tweak things and/or follow with people before an event launches. Reactive customer service has also been impressive. We're abundantly pleased.
Pros: Ease of use is a big draw, as is the ability to have a true virtual hiring event experience.
Cons: Thus far we haven't found something we don't like.

Pros: I like the ability to host job fairs and meet with clients virtually
Cons: The avatars are a bit impersonal and I would like to be able to have fewer clicks for users to get to the information they need. I would also like there to be a "ding" alert every time someone enters a booth.

We have a severe hiring shortage in our 11-county region. Without a virtual platform our industries would be suffering more looking for qualified candidates. This platform allows us to market to areas that would have been previously excluded (remote and rural). Business and job seekers have had no problem registering and using the software. I only wish the entire State was using this platform so we could get businesses used to using one platform - currently education, workforce, and hiring agencies are using different virtual platforms.
Pros: Businesses and service providers don't have to travel miles and spend tons of money putting together a job fair. More companies are participating because of this.
Cons: Really it has nothing to do with the software - it is training businesses to use a virtual platform when they don't have computer skills and are not used to it. The "delete" button that allows users to delete a job fair should be more difficult to execute - we had a user delete a job fair two hours before the fair was supposed to start (ug!). But I think this has been solved.

Pros: Our career center typically hosts multiple job fairs every year and Premier Virtual provides the closest experience we've seen to a live job fair.
Cons: We see no improvements needed at this time.

My overall experience is outstanding. I have and will continue to praise Premiere Virtual for developing this platform that will propel us forward into higher heights or productivity.
Pros: The integration of the system was very easy and considered a plug and play system. We deal with job seekers and employers who may not have the computer knowledge needed to use other systems but this system provided an ease for them.
Cons: My unique issue is if another company has the system and they are holding an event the same day I am then an employer cannot attend both under the same login.

It was an overall fantastic experience working with Premier Virtual. Overall, they are a top notch company. Although they are fairly new, their agility in software evolution and their customer service was exceptional. I really liked the follow-up meeting after the event ended. I didn't expect to receive that level of service. Typically software companies' customer service is usually over after the event ends. For Premier Virtual, this was not the case, they followed through and I highly appreciate that.
Pros: The feature that was the most impactful was the backend recruiter exchange capabilities. The ability to view who the recruiters were talking to and the capability to make virtual handoffs from candidate to the next was exceptional. I also like how user-friendly the software was. The added touch was having those helpful career fair/interview tips page for the candidates that is a part of their profile. That was awesome! I made that into a PDF and sent that to candidates prior to the career fair event so that they can better prepare. Premier Virtual thought of everything when it came to building this software. Thank you for those resources! I would like to include a comment from one of the companies that attended our career fair in April. "The message features were the best I've ever seen. Thank you for making the process easy and simple for recruiters. I especially liked how messages were marked by the name over the responder. This made it very clear and prevented double tapping."
Cons: It would have been great if we had the ability to change out the avatars in the virtual booths. However, I know that this feature will be available in the version 2.0 software so that is encouraging news. I heard that in the future that a customer would be able to even customize the avatar like in Facebook. That would be great as well.

Outstanding. Customer service is top notch, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and team do a wonderful job to keep us updated on upgrades, issues we may have, and flexibility we need to create new projects to really test the system.
Pros: The system is extremely easy to use. Very friendly to both employers and jobseekers. We have found ways to use it outside its scope of design to really test the system and it works awesome.
Cons: Wish there was a networking space for interaction between job seekers and employers

Excellent in every way.
Pros: Premier has been such a great tool for our school district, and we are very grateful for their partnership in helping us reach our candidates. Average attendance has increased by 50% and we are now able to receive and have on file candidate resumes that are easy for our principals and their school to access. The overall results have been higher than our in-person events and we are thrilled with the ease of the data we receive in the reports. We have hosted 10 virtual fairs and we have another one this week on May 6, 2021.
Cons: Setting things up so the fairs are easier is already in the works, 2.0 is rolling out soon, with all new bells and whistles.

Pros: We compared Premier Virtual with a dozen other virtual event systems. We chose Premier Virtual because of it's features and unlimited event package. Features we were interested in: both video and text-based chat, built-in video, visual "booths," ability of vendors to personalize their own booths, and ease of creating events.
Cons: We did a couple of test events in the Summer, and things went smoothly. However, when it came to actual events, the system experienced major issues (and different issues) every time. Issues included attendees being kicked out of the system, videochat not working, and a full crash (no one could access the system). Premier Virtual's [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] response to issues was just to say that technical issues happen, and he couldn't prevent those. We switched to another vendor after 3 months.

We have had great success in using Premier Virtual for our online job fairs. They have been incredibly responsive for the Florida Workforce Boards. This platform has been directly linked to helping us decrease our unemployment in Palm Beach County.
Pros: Being able to quickly train staff, users and job seekers on this platform.
Cons: We would like Premier Virtual to interface and connect directly with Employ Florida. The state of Florida's employment database. Having job seekers double register in Employ Florida and Premier Virtual is sometimes a deal breaker for virtual job fair registration.

We are pleased and plan to extend our use for the upcoming school year.
Pros: Graphics, avatars and overall design very appealing to end-user. Next best option to being in-person. Great overall support and customer service.
Cons: Video was a little glitchy at times, there should be a feature that allows for communication during the event with Booth Partners as well as participants (job seekers) i.e-Making announcements regarding time remaining or reminders.

Nothing but spectacular!
Pros: Premier Virtual is a great option for organizations that want an easy profile set up, registration, and execution of a job fair/hiring events. Employers can see who visited their booths, reach out to these candidates during the event through various methods, and the customer support from Premier Virtual is excellent.
Cons: Nothing, the software has everything we need.

The software provides great features without being too complicated to use. Set up is simple and quick to do on all aspects of the platform (Admin, job seeker and business side) The platform is very easy to navigate. If you should have any questions, the customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond and courteous.
Pros: The simplicity of use and the phenomenal support provided by their staff are the best features of using this software

Pros: The ease of use. Our teams had no problem following the videos and instructions for booth creation and usage.
Cons: We wish there could be a way to customize the booths a bit more with personalized faces instead of avatars.

We had a great experience with this platform especially with the cost associated. We were managing a nonprofit so our budget was extremely tight. This worked great as a virtual platform for our needs at the time.
Pros: The main reason we went with this platform is price. It is much cheaper than other competitors but doesn't offer as many features as the others. Well worth the money if you're on a tight budget though.
Cons: You can't completely customize your event's landing page. The chat functionality is a little clunky but works just fine. Not as many features as other platforms.

My overall experience with this product was great. Good customer service and assistance.
Pros: The set up was easy to understand and implement. Some of the job fair employers may have not know how to use the "live chat" feature that was offered.
Cons: With everything virtual it was hard to visualize how candidates were going to interact with the employers.
