I reached out to OwnerRez support to help me build out a workflow, and they were honestly incredible. I’m still pretty new to OwnerRez and didn’t really know how to set things up. I just knew what I wanted the end result to be. Instead of a generic reply, they actually helped me think it through and build a real system. Everything was broken down step by step in a way that made sense, and you could tell they genuinely cared about helping me get it right. It didn’t feel like support just trying to respond... it felt like someone working with me to figure it out.

I signed up to prevent double bookings but learned quickly that they had a lot more to offer. Their staff is very helpful.

OwnerRez has been great and has simplified the management of my STR which used to be a very stressful ordeal for me. Once you learn them, the features are very intuitive and easy to manage multiple listings in various sites all in one platform. Does not get better than that.
Pros: I like to have all features and ease of management, guest communication, security, and tools all in one place and OwnerRez is exactly what I was looking for and its great value for the money. The help assistance is amazing and trainer [sensitive content hidden]) is super knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Cons: It is a lot to learn but that is expected with all the great features that is needed in a complex industry.

Cons: The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because it’s feature-rich and very configurable. There’s a lot of power under the hood. However, the documentation, video tutorials, and responsive support team make the learning curve manageable. Once you understand the structure, it becomes extremely efficient. I was able to relaunch my website in three days using their Hosted Website platform, which speaks to how quickly you can move once you’re oriented.

Service has been outstanding. The program seems easy to operate and they have helpful videos if I get stuck and can’t figure it out. Very quick response times if I can’t find an answer to a question online. The value is also good compared to others I looked at when shopping around. Highly recommend.
Pros: Customer support has been great, very responsive to questions or concerns. Loved the 1 hour video call, really helpful in getting started with the program. Everyone has been patient and very helpful.
Cons: Not many choices for a template with hosted websites. Only three choices available. Would’ve loved to have more to choose from.

Pros: The customer support is truly the best! I receive answers to my questions in minutes to a couple hours. Can't ask for more.
Cons: It takes time to learn how to utilize the platform optimally. There is no continuous chat option within the platform if a guest makes a direct booking.

Pros: I've been using OwnerRez for several years, and it has been great to have my central calendar, pricing, and listing info all in one place for multiple rentals. It's taken my direct bookings to the next level as I also host my own websites through OwnerRez. The process for guests to book online is easy and secure. While I needed some help with the initial tech set up, once it's up and running it is easy to use, and if I have a question then the US based OR team is quick to help. Access to property damage protection & travel insurance policies is a key feature, as well as authorization to collect contracts and deposits from Airbnb guests, and access to the most strict cancellation policies on Airbnb. OwnerRez has a great team of dedicated folks ready to help, whether you have one rental, or dozens. It pays for itself as I add a nominal up-charge to the property damage policies which covers the monthly cost of both OR and hosting my direct booking websites.
Cons: Sometimes finding the location to tweak something isn't intuitive, but I have no true complaints about OwnerRez.

Pros: OwnerRez is the most robust and stable Property Management Software platform that I have found, and at a fair price. The depth of features for direct and channel bookings alike is unmatched. And they are continuously building great features and Ai capabilities.
Cons: The property management reporting capabilities had been lagging. However they just had a complete rebuild of the reporting, that I am about to implement. Can't wait!

Pros: Their software is so customizable you can make it do anything. Their customer service is how future customer service will be conducted. They are way ahead of their time in everything.
Cons: Their program is a little less user friendly when you first start using it but once you get the hang of it, it's so powerful.

Easy, effective and worry free. I was able to design my own site, integrate with VRBO & offer superior customer service to my clients….all with out knowing much about technology.I highly recommend.
Pros: The ease of use on the platform. I especially love the speed and accuracy at which the associates answer my questions.
Cons: Nothing to complain about. I enjoy the same service on my PC or mobile devices. It easily integrates with my property on VRBO.

Extremely positive. When I email support I get a response within 24 hours or sooner sometimes. I love all the reports also.
Pros: OwnerRez makes self managing our 4 cabins so easy. Customer support is awesome - I always get the help I need when I need it.
Cons: Nothing - I haven’t found anything I don’t like. It took me a while to setup the cabins initially - but once I did that it was easy breezy.

I can’t compare feature-for-feature with other PMS platforms because OwnerRez is the only one I’ve used, but I chose it after extensive research and I’m very glad I did. The combination of powerful functionality and genuinely outstanding support has given me confidence to run my rental professionally despite being a small, overseas owner. I would absolutely recommend OwnerRez to anyone looking for a property management system – especially if you value responsive, knowledgeable human support alongside robust software.
Pros: The biggest reason I chose OwnerRez was the quality of customer support. A property management system has so many levers, settings and integrations that you’re always going to need guidance, and [sensitive content hidden] and the wider team have been exceptional. In most cases I get a clear, practical response within 24 working hours, not just links to help articles but real answers that solve the issue. I’m only a single-property owner, so in commercial terms I’m probably the lowest priority customer – yet I’ve always been treated as if my business genuinely matters. Managing a house in Antigua while living in the UK adds extra complexity, especially as most of their customer base is US-focused, but the team consistently helps me navigate those challenges. The platform also does everything I need right now – channel management, automation, payments and guest communications – and gives me room to grow as I get more advanced.
Cons: The main downside has been timelines for new features. When something is “on the way,” it can take longer than expected. For example, an updated PayPal integration that was meant to help one of my use cases ended up arriving about three months later than originally indicated. Similarly, WhatsApp integration has been promised for quite a long time and is still in progress. That said, they’ve been transparent about the challenges, and having worked in software myself I understand that development schedules often slip. It hasn’t stopped me running my business – it’s more about managing expectations than a fundamental problem with the product.

The program is intuitive, and every time I need to do something different, I'm amazed to see that there's a way to do it! They are always incredibly upbeat, helpful, smart and pleasant to work with. In 5 years I have never had a complaint. Even on holidays with a non-emergency, someone has gotten back to me to help. If I'm not mistaken, I think all their customer service people run properties on their own and it gives them so much insight and understanding. They not only figure out what to do, but sometimes they send me a video where they actually show me what to do using my own info. I run 12 cabins in the mountains in Southern California and with Owner Rez, I don't even have to pay someone to handle the communications around bookings...OR takes care of everything. Sometimes I call them with such a pickle of a problem and they have an easy way to handle it. They're the best.
Pros: The program is strong, broad and intelligent, but mostly I love the customer service. Every single member of the team is knowledgable and 100% understands my problem or requests and their help is spot on. There is so much fluidity in the program, which allows you to edit everything to be just the way you want it. It boggles my mind sometimes, when I see how intricate the system is in considering every alternative you may want to choose from. I've used two other property management softwares (well known brands in the industry) and OR is so much better. They don't pick up the phone when you call...so you don't get instant help. But there's nothing I hated more than people who picked up immediately but I couldn't understand a word they were saying and they didn't understand my problem. I wouldn't trade, in a million years, the kind of service you get with OR for someone who picks up immediately but doesn't really help.
Cons: When we shifted from strictly individual bookings to small retreats, some of the bells and whistles that Owner Rez can deliver, didn't really apply to us and once or twice I had a need that was just too outside the box for them. Not really their fault because they don't cater to retreats. But I depend on them so much and I found a way, often with their expert help, to make it work for us anyway.

Overall, OwnerRez has saved me time and money keeping everything organized and synched for me. I've been a real estate investor my entire adult life. I wish I knew about OwnerRez earlier in life.

She went out of her way to help me navigate and understand the OwnerRez website, my OwnerRez account and the multiple listing sites associated with my OwnerRez account. It became clear to me almost from the first minute that it would be silly for anyone joining OwnerRez to not sign up for the extra help. I knew just the time it saved me along with teaching me items would not have know on my own saved me more money than the program cost. No Brainer! Thanks again [sensitive content hidden] !!!

Pros: The Onboarding staff were all so friendly and helpful, they actually made it fun. Now that I'm up and running, OwnerRez is wonderful. It make managing my properties effortless. Cons: So much to offer yet a little scary to get started. The onboarding team made the process easy and got back immediately when needed.

Streamlined my business I could not manage without it. Even now that I am downscaling I keep it for just a few properties.
Pros: There are lots of options for customizing my marketing, pricing etc and the customer service is amazing.
Cons: There may be too many options - it can get confusing, but customer service is very responsive. I have tried to get friends on it, but it is intimidating at first glance so they resist.

We began using OwnerRez to power our STR site about two years ago and can't say enough good things about customer service, functionality, and overall ease. They keep innovating too to stay ahead of industry growth as the big box shops AI and price guests and owners out of existence. Keep it up OR!
Pros: There are real people behind this business! OwnerRez is a great solution for owners trying to get their STR's found and reduce unnecessary costs for owners AND guests.
Cons: Two years in - I have no "liked least". The other day I had a situation where I needed to eliminate a security deposit request, couldn't find out how, and my support ticket came back in under 24 hours with incredibly clear instructions that I should have thought to look at.

We used OwnerRez for five years and it completely transformed how we managed our rental. From booking management to guest communication, financial syncing, and payment processing, everything worked seamlessly. It gave us peace of mind knowing we had a reliable, all-in-one system with outstanding support behind it. OwnerRez allowed us to focus less on admin and more on giving our guests a great experience.
Pros: Everything about the platform is top-notch. The API integrations with Vrbo, Airbnb, and Booking.com were seamless, and syncing with QuickBooks kept our financials clean. Their CRM, automated guest communications, renter agreements, credit card processing, and website development tools made running our Outer Banks STR smooth and professional. The customer service team was always fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
Cons: Honestly, nothing significant. Like any robust platform, there’s a learning curve at the beginning, but once you’re up and running, it’s extremely intuitive.

100 out of 100. I am loving my new toy. This software is so user intuitive. I feel like a top 1% host all the sudden, just needed the right club in the bag.
Pros: I can integrate all the OTA channels into one platform. In the past I was struggling to update VRBO then Airbnb, it was a mess.
Cons: There is a bit of set up at the beginning but the team is amazing. I kept asking if the amount of time they were spending with me was normal, you want to talk aboout above and beyond.

It has been a fantastic experience! I love everything that you can do with this system - down to the smallest detail! I appreciate the hand holding while users are getting up to speed on each specific area throughout the site. Its a genius tool and its worth every penny!
Pros: OwnerRez is such a fantastic system that streamlines and makes my job so much easier. The staff support is the best I have seen! When I ask questions or need assistance they are always so quick to respond and help! Even after a few messages back and forth they are still so kind and gracious while I am learning and trying to understand the process! Every single host has gone above and beyond to help me through this adjustment!
Cons: I wish there was a phone app for this site - I do feel like I need to lean on the Airbnb/VRBO notifications in order to stay up on the guest communications - I don't want to miss anything so until I can make sure it's all covered then I cannot full let go of the other platforms!
