Overall, my experience with Hyperproof has been positive. The platform provides a structured and centralized approach to managing compliance and audit evidence, which improves visibility and reduces manual effort across engagements. Strong security controls and support for multiple frameworks help build confidence in handling sensitive data, while integration with internal tools enhances collaboration between teams. That said, there is a learning curve during initial setup, and some workflows and reporting features could be more flexible. Despite this, Hyperproof adds value by improving audit readiness, streamlining risk and compliance management, and enabling more efficient coordination with stakeholders.
Pros: $7f
Cons: $80

Overall, Hyperproof provided a structured and efficient audit management experience by centralizing evidence, improving visibility of control status, and reducing manual coordination, though it requires some initial learning and setup.
Pros: Centralized evidence management and real-time visibility into control status, which significantly reduces manual follow‑ups and improves audit efficiency.
Cons: Initial setup and configuration can be time‑consuming, and the UI feels less intuitive for first‑time users.

Overall, Hyperproof is a powerful and reliable compliance management tool best suited for organizations with ongoing audit and regulatory needs. It significantly improves structure, accountability, and audit preparedness, though usability and cost considerations may impact smaller or less complex teams.
Pros: Centralized evidence and control management. Strong audit readiness and traceability. Good support for multiple frameworks and compliance programs. Clear visibility into control status and ownership.
Cons: Pricing may be high for smaller teams. Learning curve for new users. Some reporting and workflow customizations feel restrictive. Occasional UI complexity when managing large control sets.

My overall experience with Hyperproof has been positive. My work has been made easier, and I have had positive feedback from clients and associates.
Pros: I liked how easy Hyperproof is to use and navigate. The application is very well organized, and it makes it easy for us to perform GRC activities.
Cons: I did not like the fact that you can't delete a request once it is created. I found that it would be easier if I could delete requests rather than be forced to update them or archive, but that functionality is not allowed it seems.
Carlos M. · TPA Assurance Associate · Accounting · May 4, 2026
Overall, my experience has been very positive. It has made managing GRC activities more organized and efficient by centralizing controls, evidence, and audit workflows in one place.
Pros: Hyperproof provides strong value by centralizing GRC activities into a single, easy to use platform. It simplifies evidence collection with Hypersync. The interface is intuitive, making setup and day to day use straightforward without a steep learning curve.
Cons: While they're strong overall, there are areas that could be improved. Some features can feel a bit rigid, making it harder to customize workflows exactly to our needs. Reporting, while useful, could offer more flexibility and deeper customization for more tailored insights.

Overall, my experience with Hyperproof has been positive. It provides a structured and centralized way to manage compliance efforts, which is especially helpful when working across multiple frameworks. The ability to map controls and reuse evidence reduces duplication and helps streamline audit preparation. It also improves visibility into ownership and status, making it easier to track progress and hold teams accountable.
Pros: What I liked most about Hyperproof is how it centralizes compliance activities and makes it easier to stay organized across multiple frameworks. The platform provides clear visibility into control ownership, evidence collection, and ongoing monitoring, which helps reduce the manual effort typically associated with audits. I also appreciated the ability to map controls across frameworks, allowing for reuse of evidence and minimizing duplication of work.
Cons: One of the main drawbacks of Hyperproof is that the interface can feel unintuitive at times, especially for new users who are not yet familiar with how controls, requirements, and evidence are structured within the platform. There can be a learning curve when trying to navigate between frameworks or locate specific artifacts.

Initially it was challenging to understand where the required evidence kept were or how to track comments, but once we started using it, it was really easy and straight forward.
Pros: Value for money, Security, Risk Management, Customer Support, Meeting Management, Reporting, Setup, Meeting Management
Cons: Navigation can feel clunky at scale, Limited native reporting and analytics, Steeper learning curve for new users
Vaishak K. · Senior Risk Associate · Accounting · April 20, 2026
Overall, Hyperproof offers a robust and effective compliance management experience that helps keep audits organized and on track.
Pros: Hyperproof makes compliance much easier by organizing evidence and controls in one intuitive platform, enabling better collaboration and audit readiness.
Cons: Hyperproof is feature‑rich, but that can make navigation and setup feel complex at times. Some workflows require additional clicks or configuration, and reporting flexibility could be improved in certain areas.
Sruthi K. · Associate · Information Technology and Services · April 17, 2026
Overall, my experience with Hyperproof has been positive. The platform provides a centralized and structured way to manage controls, evidence, and audit requests, which improves transparency and collaboration. It reduces manual follow‑ups by clearly showing ownership and status, helping teams stay aligned throughout the engagement. The integration with existing audit workflows adds efficiency, especially when reusing evidence across periods. While there is a slight learning curve initially and some navigation can feel detailed, these become manageable with regular use. Overall, Hyperproof simplifies complex compliance processes and supports a more organized and efficient audit experience.
Pros: I liked Hyperproof for its centralized controls, clear ownership, and fewer follow-ups. Overall, Hyperproof felt intuitive, well-structured, and genuinely helpful in simplifying complex compliance processes while maintaining transparency and consistency throughout the audit lifecycle.
Cons: The initial learning curve and navigating multiple status updates felt a bit time‑consuming. The clarity around ownership and status updates made collaboration with stakeholders much smoother.
Swathi T. · Assistant Manager · Financial Services · April 17, 2026
Pros: Reporting of our GRC compliance is made very easy due to Hyperproof. The use is very user friendly and no technical difficulties have been encountered as of now
Cons: None that comes to mind. The system is very straight forward and tasks assigned are very clear and competing the is very straight foreward
Ilya P. · SRE · Computer Software · April 13, 2026
Very efficient GRC tool, and strong visibility and automation, although setup can be time-intensive.
Pros: Hyperproof’s intuitive interface, streamline compliance workflows efficient, evidence management.
Cons: The initial setup and customization can be time-consuming, particularly when aligning the platform with existing processes and frameworks.

Great and helpful for day to day activities, downloading information for each request made as needed
Pros: Set up, the easy access to the application and features helps in getting the required request wise information
Cons: Login issue sometimes and also even though access has been already provided for certain projects, we get no access notification at times.
Swathi C. · Senior Associate II · Accounting · March 24, 2026
Hyperproof implementation was top notch! Weekly calls, availability and response time to answer questions, help with integrations, all have been amazing. Several months in and the tool is functioning great, as intended.
Pros: The ability to automate evidence collection once, then use it repeatedly, across multiple types of audits.
Cons: Would like to see Survey functionality, different than Assessments. Although we are using assessments to get the job done, there is some added functionality that would be nice to have.
Michele L. · Sr IT Compliance Analyst · Information Technology and Services · March 23, 2026
My overall experience with Hyperproof has been quite excellent and would definitely recommend it to others.
Pros: What I like most about Hyperproof is that it is essentially a simple tool to use and efficient for work.
Cons: The thing I like least about Hyperproof is that it may sometimes be a bit frustrating to navigate through as a whole.
Mike F. · Manager · Food & Beverages · March 20, 2026
We love Hyperproof. The tool is easy to use implement and user friendly along the way. The support staff at Hyperproof is amazing and go way above and beyond to make your experience valuable. The team also takes feedback very seriously and we have seen suggestions for improvement actually be implemented.
Pros: I love how easy it is to import data from external sources as well as the Kanban functionality that allows you to easily visualize and understand where your team is in the audit process.
Cons: It is a small con but I wish Hyperproof stuck with industry standard terminology in the tool. It is hard to map industry accepted terms with their terms. For example evidence vs. proof. Both mean the same but industry standard is evidence. This can cause problems when working with 3rd parties.
Bryan B. · Manager, Technology GRC · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · March 12, 2026
Overall, Hyperproof works very well, but a few areas could be even more streamlined. Some features take a bit of time to get used to, and certain workflows could be more intuitive. However, these are minor compared to the overall value the platform provides.
Pros: Hyperproof is very intuitive and easy to use. It simplifies tracking controls and managing evidence, making the overall compliance process much more organized and efficient.
Cons: A few features could be more intuitive, but overall the platform works well and the limitations are minor.
Badhri D. · Senior IT Infrastructure Operations · Information Technology and Services · March 12, 2026
Overall, Hyperproof has been a reliable tool for managing our audit tickets and compliance activities. It brings clarity to what used to be a scattered process and helps us stay audit‑ready throughout the year. The structured evidence collection, review cycles, and automated reminders make it easier for teams to stay aligned. It has significantly improved how we prepare for audits and maintain ongoing compliance posture.
Pros: Hyperproof makes it extremely easy to manage audit evidence and track compliance tasks through a structured ticketing workflow. The platform keeps all audit‑related items centralized, organized, and easy to reference during assessments. The templates, automated reminders, and control mapping features save a huge amount of time. It also integrates well with multiple frameworks, making ongoing compliance management more consistent and repeatable.
Cons: Some workflows feel slightly rigid, and customizing certain fields or dashboards can take more effort than expected. The platform can also feel heavy at times when working with a large number of tickets, and loading certain pages may take longer. Reporting features are good but could benefit from more flexible customization options.

I’ve had a good overall experience with Hyperproof. Its intuitive interface and useful features help in maintaining audit‑ready documentation throughout the year. It has made compliance work more efficient and predictable
Pros: The best part about Hyperproof is how it simplifies ongoing compliance management. The platform’s layout is straightforward, and the automation helps reduce manual effort. It becomes easy to maintain audit‑ready documentation without constantly chasing updates.
Cons: In some areas, minor UI improvements or additional customization options would make the experience even smoother. Overall good tool :)

Frankly speaking it is pretty good experience with Hyperproof. This tool is fantastic. It takes care of all our security , risk, cpmpliance and audit concerns. It has all automations in place. AI features in place.
Pros: Hyperproof is a very good tool for managing GRC activities. It has very good tracking mechanism for tracking security incidents, compliance management, risk management, governance guidelines and for audit tracking. Customer support is also very good. Integrated with AI features.
Cons: Support tickets should be fast tracked for quicker result. Feature enhancement should be quicker compared to current timeline.
Anshuman S. · Devsecops Head · Computer Software · February 26, 2026
I highly recommend this GRC over other platforms. I have voiced this to other clients and colleagues of mine.
Pros: I enjoyed utilizing Hyperproof over other GRC platforms, as it is very user-friendly, and can easily categorize the various statuses of audit-related requests.
Cons: The only problem I ran into (and it's not a direct issue with Hyperproof), is the fact I was unable to access certain features within the dashboard, but that was quickly resolved as an admin needed to adjust my permissions.
Jacob P. · External Auditor · Financial Services · February 24, 2026
Overall, Hyperproof has helped centralize and mature our compliance program. It supports a more organized, continuous compliance approach rather than reactive audit preparation. While usability can improve, it provides a solid foundation for managing controls and audit readiness.
Pros: Hyperproof brings structure to control ownership and evidence collection. The task feature makes it much easier to request and track audit evidence in one centralized place instead of relying on email. I also like the ability to map one control to multiple frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA), which supports a universal control model and reduces duplication.
Cons: There is a learning curve when navigating controls, tasks, and assessments. Some workflows take more clicks than necessary. Reporting and dashboard customization could also be more flexible for summaries. I also think some of the Hypersync connections could be explained in greater detail
Zachary A. · Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst · Human Resources · February 18, 2026
The implementation team, account managers, and customer service reps are fantastic. The software has made my team a lot more efficient and productive. Audits are easy to run out of the software and see status in real-time. The automated recurring tasks have been fantastic for reminding control owners of their responsibilities.
Pros: Controls management Great customer service Lots of options for prebuilt connectors Ability to run automated tests on evidence Ability to integrate with other team's workflows through Jira or Servicenow tickets for tasks Automated recurring tasks Audits module Bulk imports Ability to use scopes to break down a control into different entity controls Easy to use and learn
Cons: Service accounts used in hypersyncs have overly permissive access in source system when it's not needed Had quite a few errors when setting up hypersyncs that needed to be resolved by engineering team Would like ability to filter on reports brought in as proof (or option to make csv / excel format) Ability to compare 2 pieces of proof for automated control testing (e.g. comparing a terminated employee list to a user access list to confirm no terminated users appear)
Nicole G. · Sr Manager IT Risk and Compliance · Computer Software · February 13, 2026
Hyperproof is a well-designed GRC platform that makes compliance and risk management far more manageable. It offers strong value by centralizing compliance, risk, vendor management, and evidence tracking in one place, reducing manual work and audit stress. The learning curve is reasonable, with an intuitive interface that works well for both security and compliance teams. Overall, it’s a solid choice for organizations looking to streamline compliance, improve data management, and stay continuously audit‑ready.
Pros: Ease of use, good organization, fast help when I need it. It's simple to navigate, has awesome features, and I really love the new Freshness setting.
Cons: Honestly, there is nothing I do not like about Hyperproof. It is an amazing program. If I had to say something, though, I suppose I would like to see a dark mode.
Russell E. · Associate Information Security Analyst · Computer & Network Security · February 12, 2026
Pros: The platform is super intuitive, you can set up clear processes and assign tasks to others. Uploading documents is super easy and secure. It makes compliance and audits super easy. I have used the tool multiple times for audits, and I am super happy with the product.
Cons: There is not much I can say here. It is possible to create a lot of subtasks, which can lead to confusion. This is however not an issue of the platform but rather in the responsibility of the task creator.
David B. · Senior Hr Manager · Information Technology and Services · January 21, 2026
Overall, I think it's a great site that streamlines evidence collection. All of the evidence I need is available within one site.
Pros: I like how all of the documentation that I need for my engagements is in one centralized location. I also like that you can update the status and communicated with the client via Hyperproof.
Cons: I feel that there are still a lot of technical bugs and issues that need to be worked out. The status permissions for some of my engagements were not set correctly and I wish that we could change the status from something else after we approve it. As it stands now once you approve you can't go back.
