Cons: Pricing may be high for smaller teams. Learning curve for new users. Some reporting and workflow customizations feel restrictive. Occasional UI complexity when managing large control sets.

Pros: I liked how easy Hyperproof is to use and navigate. The application is very well organized, and it makes it easy for us to perform GRC activities.

Cons: I did not like the fact that you can't delete a request once it is created. I found that it would be easier if I could delete requests rather than be forced to update them or archive, but that functionality is not allowed it seems.

Pros: Hyperproof provides strong value by centralizing GRC activities into a single, easy to use platform. It simplifies evidence collection with Hypersync. The interface is intuitive, making setup and day to day use straightforward without a steep learning curve.

Cons: While they're strong overall, there are areas that could be improved. Some features can feel a bit rigid, making it harder to customize workflows exactly to our needs. Reporting, while useful, could offer more flexibility and deeper customization for more tailored insights.

Pros: What I liked most about Hyperproof is how it centralizes compliance activities and makes it easier to stay organized across multiple frameworks. The platform provides clear visibility into control ownership, evidence collection, and ongoing monitoring, which helps reduce the manual effort typically associated with audits. I also appreciated the ability to map controls across frameworks, allowing for reuse of evidence and minimizing duplication of work.

Cons: One of the main drawbacks of Hyperproof is that the interface can feel unintuitive at times, especially for new users who are not yet familiar with how controls, requirements, and evidence are structured within the platform. There can be a learning curve when trying to navigate between frameworks or locate specific artifacts.

Cons: Navigation can feel clunky at scale, Limited native reporting and analytics, Steeper learning curve for new users

Pros: Hyperproof makes compliance much easier by organizing evidence and controls in one intuitive platform, enabling better collaboration and audit readiness.

Cons: Hyperproof is feature‑rich, but that can make navigation and setup feel complex at times. Some workflows require additional clicks or configuration, and reporting flexibility could be improved in certain areas.

Pros: I liked Hyperproof for its centralized controls, clear ownership, and fewer follow-ups. Overall, Hyperproof felt intuitive, well-structured, and genuinely helpful in simplifying complex compliance processes while maintaining transparency and consistency throughout the audit lifecycle.

Cons: The initial learning curve and navigating multiple status updates felt a bit time‑consuming. The clarity around ownership and status updates made collaboration with stakeholders much smoother.

Pros: Reporting of our GRC compliance is made very easy due to Hyperproof. The use is very user friendly and no technical difficulties have been encountered as of now

Cons: None that comes to mind. The system is very straight forward and tasks assigned are very clear and competing the is very straight foreward

Pros: Hyperproof’s intuitive interface, streamline compliance workflows efficient, evidence management.

Cons: The initial setup and customization can be time-consuming, particularly when aligning the platform with existing processes and frameworks.

Pros: Set up, the easy access to the application and features helps in getting the required request wise information

Cons: Login issue sometimes and also even though access has been already provided for certain projects, we get no access notification at times.

Pros: The ability to automate evidence collection once, then use it repeatedly, across multiple types of audits.

Cons: Would like to see Survey functionality, different than Assessments. Although we are using assessments to get the job done, there is some added functionality that would be nice to have.

Pros: What I like most about Hyperproof is that it is essentially a simple tool to use and efficient for work.

Cons: The thing I like least about Hyperproof is that it may sometimes be a bit frustrating to navigate through as a whole.

Pros: I love how easy it is to import data from external sources as well as the Kanban functionality that allows you to easily visualize and understand where your team is in the audit process.

Cons: It is a small con but I wish Hyperproof stuck with industry standard terminology in the tool. It is hard to map industry accepted terms with their terms. For example evidence vs. proof. Both mean the same but industry standard is evidence. This can cause problems when working with 3rd parties.

Pros: Hyperproof is very intuitive and easy to use. It simplifies tracking controls and managing evidence, making the overall compliance process much more organized and efficient.

Cons: A few features could be more intuitive, but overall the platform works well and the limitations are minor.

Pros: Hyperproof makes it extremely easy to manage audit evidence and track compliance tasks through a structured ticketing workflow. The platform keeps all audit‑related items centralized, organized, and easy to reference during assessments. The templates, automated reminders, and control mapping features save a huge amount of time. It also integrates well with multiple frameworks, making ongoing compliance management more consistent and repeatable.

Cons: Some workflows feel slightly rigid, and customizing certain fields or dashboards can take more effort than expected. The platform can also feel heavy at times when working with a large number of tickets, and loading certain pages may take longer. Reporting features are good but could benefit from more flexible customization options.

Pros: The best part about Hyperproof is how it simplifies ongoing compliance management. The platform’s layout is straightforward, and the automation helps reduce manual effort. It becomes easy to maintain audit‑ready documentation without constantly chasing updates.

Cons: In some areas, minor UI improvements or additional customization options would make the experience even smoother. Overall good tool :)

Pros: Hyperproof is a very good tool for managing GRC activities. It has very good tracking mechanism for tracking security incidents, compliance management, risk management, governance guidelines and for audit tracking. Customer support is also very good. Integrated with AI features.

Cons: Support tickets should be fast tracked for quicker result. Feature enhancement should be quicker compared to current timeline.

Pros: I enjoyed utilizing Hyperproof over other GRC platforms, as it is very user-friendly, and can easily categorize the various statuses of audit-related requests.

Cons: The only problem I ran into (and it's not a direct issue with Hyperproof), is the fact I was unable to access certain features within the dashboard, but that was quickly resolved as an admin needed to adjust my permissions.

Pros: Hyperproof brings structure to control ownership and evidence collection. The task feature makes it much easier to request and track audit evidence in one centralized place instead of relying on email. I also like the ability to map one control to multiple frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA), which supports a universal control model and reduces duplication.

Cons: There is a learning curve when navigating controls, tasks, and assessments. Some workflows take more clicks than necessary. Reporting and dashboard customization could also be more flexible for summaries. I also think some of the Hypersync connections could be explained in greater detail

Cons: Service accounts used in hypersyncs have overly permissive access in source system when it's not needed Had quite a few errors when setting up hypersyncs that needed to be resolved by engineering team Would like ability to filter on reports brought in as proof (or option to make csv / excel format) Ability to compare 2 pieces of proof for automated control testing (e.g. comparing a terminated employee list to a user access list to confirm no terminated users appear)

Pros: Ease of use, good organization, fast help when I need it. It's simple to navigate, has awesome features, and I really love the new Freshness setting.

Cons: Honestly, there is nothing I do not like about Hyperproof. It is an amazing program. If I had to say something, though, I suppose I would like to see a dark mode.

Pros: The platform is super intuitive, you can set up clear processes and assign tasks to others. Uploading documents is super easy and secure. It makes compliance and audits super easy. I have used the tool multiple times for audits, and I am super happy with the product.

Cons: There is not much I can say here. It is possible to create a lot of subtasks, which can lead to confusion. This is however not an issue of the platform but rather in the responsibility of the task creator.

Pros: I like how all of the documentation that I need for my engagements is in one centralized location. I also like that you can update the status and communicated with the client via Hyperproof.

Cons: I feel that there are still a lot of technical bugs and issues that need to be worked out. The status permissions for some of my engagements were not set correctly and I wish that we could change the status from something else after we approve it. As it stands now once you approve you can't go back.
