Pros: Le point fort d'idloom, c'est sa profondeur fonctionnelle. J'utilise l'outil pour l'ensemble des événements de ma société depuis 1an. C'est certain que nous n'utilisons pas toutes les fonctionnalités disponibles. En naviguant dans les menus, cela donne une bonne idée de tous les types d'événements qu'on peut organiser.

Cons: La partie "Badge" (la version papier à imprimer) pourrait être plus user Friendly et pourrait permettre plus de personnalisation, mais c'est à la marge, on peut créer des modèles sur la plateforme, il faut juste prendre le temps de le faire.

Pros: I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the Idloom platform, whether it's for presenting an event, fully customizing a registration form, precisely tracking the registration process or exporting a participant file.

Cons: The badge editing module is very comprehensive, but it's a little difficult to master. Furthermore, the graphic customization options for an account profile could be more extensive.

Pros: Besonders gefällt uns die Stabilität beim Check-in großer Events – selbst mit 900 Gästen lief alles reibungslos und ohne technische Probleme. Genau das braucht man in stressigen Momenten.

Cons: Tatsächlich gibt es nichts, was wir an idloom auszusetzen hätten. Die Plattform erfüllt all unsere Anforderungen zuverlässig, ist benutzerfreundlich und hat uns bisher in keinem Punkt enttäuscht.

Pros: All I need is under one roof. It is very flexible to handle and super simple to use and change very part.

Cons: First, the process is straightforward to handle and the steps for the check-in are to arrange. You can change everything.

Pros: La facilité de contact avec l’équipe, leur réactivité et leur grande disponibilité. Il y a une vraie relation humaine, ce qui est assez rare dans le domaine. On sent qu’on n’est pas juste un client parmi d’autres.

Cons: Certaines fonctionnalités clés sont parfois réservées aux versions supérieures, ce qui peut représenter un frein pour des structures avec un budget limité. Cela dit, l’équipe est particulièrement attentive et ouverte à trouver des solutions adaptées en fonction des réalités de chaque utilisateur. Leur approche personnalisée compense largement ce point.

Pros: Easy to use system and value for money with many great functionalities for our different needs. The customer/account care is also fantastic and always willing to help with our requests.

Cons: No complaints, we are very happy with the Idloom service.

Cons: If you don't plan many webinars, it's a bit expensive. The menu is not always easy to understand and find. For some functions we needed, we had to look for special solutions that were not perfect.

GDPR compliance & assurance of data storage within the EU jurisdiction. Event ticketing. Ability to manage cancellations automatically. Support for multiple parallel events. Ability to publish the event details online but keep private. Provide personalised attendee itineraries.

Cons: The waitlist feature is currently not fully developed. Our initial vision was for the process to allow individuals on the waitlist to automatically receive a spot when one becomes available. However, at present, any available spots simply reappear on the website, which diminishes the value of the waitlist since individuals must return to the site to book a released space. While the Idloom team has been supportive, there were instances when we required urgent meeting arrangements but did not receive prompt responses. A more tailored, customer-centric approach would enhance the experience, rather than relying solely on generic solutions.

Pros: very intuitive and easy to use. Within minutes one can configure the whole framework for an event. Very friendly and accessible customer support.

Cons: There was nothing about idloom I would need to be changed.

Pros: Wonderful support team. I had a problem outside of their remit which was a Stripe integration issue. [sensitive content hidden] resolved on a Saturday in his own time.

Cons: There are so many elements to an event registration and its so important to make sure you tick all the boxes, it can be sometimes easy for us to miss something. Duplicating an event structure and proper testing by users is therefore essential

Pros: They are very responsive and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. We were able to deliver the project on time.

Cons: We had to work closely with IDloom to build the portal, even after working with them for nearly 3yrs. A lot of the heavy lifting was completed by Fifth Third and the overall costs did not change. Also, reminders were sent, but there were a host of guests that did not receive them, and we were unaware until it was too late.

Pros: Ease of use, academy for onboarding, active community with a clear roadmap and monthly releases

Cons: At first some things seemed weirdly organized, currently this is no longer the case

Cons: Pricing is a bit high and higher than eventleaf, the tool we use when we just do unilingual events.

Pros: A very easy-to-use tool for people and organisations that do not necessarily have the knowledge and skills in-house to build registration tools. Very user-friendly, even for people without any ICT knowledge. Experienced very good support while developing and using the tool.

Cons: Time consuming to develop a registration tool for me, without having the knowledge. Although the programme is very user friendly, which was very helpful for us as organisation to build this tool via ID -Loom.
