Pros: The support of the project manager, [sensitive content hidden], and his team made the planning and activation of our conference registration process very successful. The Massachusetts Coalition for Adult Education NETWORK 2026 registration portal through VFairs worked well for the committee and the attendees.

Cons: There was no downside to working with vFairs on this project. The design for our project was somewhat complicated. The team worked with us to address any issues as they came up.

Pros: My Project Manager,[sensitive content hidden] , was highly supportive, collaborative and a problem-solver! She really turned up for us throughout our events' setup.

Cons: The backend was too complicated - if you are not a developer or a coder it can get really overwhelming

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was awesome! She was very quick to respond, troubleshoot and provide resolutions or answers. It was a great way for us to manage our event, Hanger LIVE Virtual.

Cons: The only thing I didn't love was when I was building the booths and adding graphics, it was difficult to get them to fit properly in the template "squares". I am not sure if I need to know the exact sizes so they fit better next time or if there is a different way to upload them so they fit better. But the ones that fit did look really good! I made it work and at the end of the day everyone was happy with how they looked. And [sensitive content hidden] made it easy to set up all of our exhibitor booths and showed me how to do it in advance, and helped us to gather info from the exhibitors.

Pros: The quick customer service and value for money. Our client doesn't liek to spend loads on platforms as they are a charity so this works really well.

Cons: Having to make changes through people and not being able to go in and change it myself. would be good to be able to make small changes.

Pros: Staff at V-Fairs was amazing to work with. The application is straightforward and makes it easy for customers to understand the final product.

Cons: The abilities are endless, so you don't always know what vfairs is capable of, so think outside the box.

Pros: value for money and our customer liason was great to deal with Mobile app is slick and easy for pre-event registration

Cons: lack of integration with our systems Reporting is clunky and sometimes difficult to go back and retrieve

Pros: The virtual experience and templates available.

Cons: Not getting as much consumer engagement.

Pros: For the third year in a row, vFairs served as the platform for NDI’s virtual Disability Owned Convening. Accessibility was the top priority for NDI when selecting a platform for this event. From the outset, vFairs recognized this need and collaborated closely with us to make sure every feature was as accessible as possible. We were truly impressed by their expertise and dedication to accessibility. Furthermore, [sensitive content hidden] and her team were extremely responsive, demonstrated a deep understanding of the platform, and delivered outstanding customer service.

Cons: Some of the platform's features not fully accessible so were not available to us. However, this didn't impact performance.

Pros: We have been using vFairs for the past 6 months, and have run multiple events either using the full platform, or specific features, such as badge printing. Every experience has been fantastic, especially with the help of our Project Manager, [sensitive content hidden]. Every request that we have made has been completed in a timely manner, even when they are last minute. The lead scanning feature worked seamlessly for a large scale event, and the badge printing is relatively simple once you are trained on how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Cons: Nothing to note. Depending on how much control you want over the platform, it is helpful to know HTML and CSS, which may not be something that all organisations have in-house, but even if so, the vFairs team are on hand to complete any requests.

Pros: The overall value for money spent is great. We loved having so many choices for the virtual spaces. Our project manager, [sensitive content hidden], was so responsive and great to work with!

Cons: My client does not use Zoom so there was a learning curve with how that worked and coaching for speakers so they were comfortable.

Pros: What I like best about vFairs is the exceptional support. My project manager, in particular, was incredibly thorough—responding to every single query with clear explanations and often taking the initiative to double-check details without being asked. Their proactive approach and consistent communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Cons: One area that could be improved is the dashboard analytics and reporting. The platform lacks more advanced, intuitive, and easily accessible analytics that would help track attendee behaviour and engagement in real time. More detailed reporting, segmentation, clearer visualisation tools, and greater flexibility in exporting or customising data would make it much easier to evaluate event performance and draw meaningful insights for conversion campaigns.

Pros: Having a dedicated project manager who knows the event well and what your company are wanting to achieve is excellent, as it is so important to have one dedicated person and not "go round the houses" each time you need to discuss an aspect of the event. [sensitive content hidden] was able to respond to our organisation's needs in a timely way.

Cons: There were some miscommunications around expectations of the platform's capabilities from the initial demo call.

Pros: Great software for on site or virtual events, and innovative tools to use! Also, Strong Customer Support / Project Management

Cons: It takes a learning curve to use the product, but [sensitive content hidden] was always helping us to update the information

Pros: Thank you so much to the VFAIRS team, but particularly to [sensitive content hidden], who has continually gone above and beyond for our event. It was our first time partnering with a third party for an event for our client, and to be honest, I was really nervous about how everything would work. [sensitive content hidden] was there day and night to answer questions from both us and the client side, and nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly polite and always accommodating, even with continually changing requests, which must have been challenging at times. His professionalism, calm manner, and proactive approach made the entire experience smooth, successful, and genuinely enjoyable for everyone involved.

Cons: nothing comes to mind but if the app could be a free add on this would be ideal as many candidates use apps these days

Pros: The value for the cost of vFairs was extraordinary. Additionally, the support team response time and helpfulness a huge recommending factor. Our guests enjoyed the app, and we appreciated all the function, and the back-end analytics.

Cons: The process of networking our printer to the app was frustrating. That may have been complicated by our network set up, but it took two long set up Zooms. Again, though, the support team was patient and willing to give us a lot of time.

Pros: I like that they have proactive hands-on customer support, speedy response times, and the customisation ability.

Cons: It can be complicated for those without an IT background, but the team is always happy to support, and it can be made more simple.

Pros: vFairs was very easy to use and the team was very on top of our deadlines with fast response times. The platform was very professional looking.

Cons: We had a positive experience with vFairs. Having met with several providers and switching from a previous provider, we enjoyed our experience.

Pros: What we have enjoyed most about vFairs is that we can do everything inside the application and not have to rely on anything outside to host an event. From registration to post event analytics there is everything we needed within the application to help us.

Cons: The only con we have ran into is having to use laptops during check-in to make our printers work. vFairs has stated they are working to correct this issue though.

Pros: The communication from the vFairs team has been reliable and proactive in finding solutions to our issues.

Cons: Some of the backend pieces are a bit complex but with the support provided this isn't a huge issue if addressed in a timely manner.

Cons: There aren't really any cons that my team and I have run across. Everything that we've wanted or needed thus far has been available.

Pros: The flexibility of allowing us to brand our event in any way that we want. I like that we can remove what we don't use and add things we need - like an extra room or hall.

Cons: I wish I could do more of the backend things instead of requesting to be done. Most things I can do, but when it comes to graphics etc., it would be easier to do them.

Pros: VFairs has a user-friendly setup, and outstanding support. It’s a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Cons: Although my experience has been very positive, I wish I had a better understanding of the backend to make quick changes on my own.

Pros: I greatly appreciated the quick communication with our vFairs representative, Momin. He made the whole platform setup process a breeze.

Cons: This is not necessarily a con towards vFairs, but it was a very lengthy process to fully setup our platform.
