We've used TT for the last 2-3 years and have had a great experience. The interface is very intuitive and the recent update to the template design has been a real improvement
Pros: Great value for money, modern interface, simple and easy to use for both fulltime staff and volunteers
Cons: Add-on costs for useful features keep us from using them. No other issues, and no bugs or issues encountered to date
Adam B. · Admin Officer · Entertainment · May 17, 2026
Its been Great over all. Been using it for years and wouldn't switch back to another service again.
Pros: It was easier to use than other platforms. Better price for service per ticket. The layout just makes sense. fast loading. Easy to set up email notifications and to send out updates to customers. No problems with service or money issues. refunds are easy.
Cons: Sometimes on mobile it loaded slow, but dont have much to complain about. Its been a great service to have.

I have used Ticket Tailor for several years and its always been quick to setup an event for sales. I tried other platforms but the difficulty is high and takes too long.
Pros: How easy it is to maneuver the site to setup and edit events and fees are lower than other platforms
Cons: The seating chart fees ! They are as much as the ticket sales fees. That could use some work. Could also add direct deposit as an option instead of just paypal, stripe and square

Pros: Highly affordable with transparent pricing, great event management functionality for the small- to medium-size events that I run, and top-tier responsiveness from their support staff. Any time I have had a question, I can always find the information in their documentation or get a rapid response via chat; any time there has been a bug with the platform, it has been acknowledged and fixed rapidly.
Cons: A few parts of the event administration UI are a little bit unintuitive and might take some exploration or practice to get used to. Managing occurrence overrides is one example where things could be a bit clearer.

It has been great. I have been using it for over 3 years & for over 40 events & I don't see any reason to switch.
Pros: It is truly the cheapest & most customizable ticketing platform that I have found (& I have tried most of the popular ones)
Cons: While it is customizable, there are still some improvements for the UI. For example, we can add custom HTML, but not custom stylesheets, so the layout can get wonky on mobile.

I've used Ticket Tailor for about 50 events over the past few years. I really like the way they operate, and have found their customer service to be particularly outstanding. Not that I've needed to use it much, because things tend to run smoothly, and they aren't constantly tweaking things just for the sake of change.
Pros: The platform is pretty easy to use. As intuitive as it's probably possible to make it while still giving up lots of granular control. Also very affordable for smaller events.
Cons: My complaints are pretty minor. The animations on the log in page gives me a headache, and I wish it was possible to write short customised messages about individual events on the events page.

We have used TT for several years for conference registration. TT's flexibility and number of options is outstanding!
Pros: Easy to use interface, incredible number of options for various access needs, affordable platform, a dynamic team that is constantly improving the product.
Cons: I would love more native integrations with email software like Flodesk so that it was simpler to send branded emails to some or all of our ticket holders.
Kathryn A. · Program Integration Manager · Education Management · May 12, 2026
Positive. We have been using them for several years now and have created 3 different seating charts with ease. They are responsive when you tell them about missing features.
Pros: Ease of use and ability to create seating charts easily. Great support when you have issues. Fees are reasonable and easy to manage
Cons: Missing a few features that we'd like, like on our floor map, we have seats that can be selected, but it does not allow the user to click the GA section to grab tix. It is a bit confusing for buyers, so we had to add notes to the map so buyers know what to do. Report generation could be streamlined and we are waiting for an option to be able to save a specific report. Now we have to recreate the fields every time we run it.

Overall, I've been very happy. I've been using it for 3 years with great success. My clients find the registration process seamless.
Pros: It's very user friendly and I am able to monitor the event registrations with ease. I find the event page looks professional and I like the map of the location provided to the attendees. The fees are competitive and very reasonable.
Cons: Many people have said that when I message them and make an announcement through Ticket Tailor that they do not get my messages. I'm not sure if it is going to their spam.

My overall experience with Ticket Tailor has been positive and reliable. The platform makes it easy to create, manage, and promote events without needing much technical expertise. I found the setup process straightforward, and the ticketing system works smoothly for both organizers and customers. While there are a few areas for improvement, such as advanced customization and reporting, the core functionality is strong and dependable. Its affordability and ease of use make it a great option for small to medium-sized events, and overall it delivers good value for the price.
Pros: Ticket Tailor stands out for its simplicity and affordability, making it a great choice for event organizers of all sizes. The platform is easy to set up and use, even for beginners, with a clean interface that streamlines the ticketing process. I especially appreciated the low fees compared to other ticketing platforms, which helps maximize revenue. It also offers useful features such as customizable event pages, secure payment processing, and seamless integration with websites and social media. Overall, it provides a reliable, user-friendly solution that makes managing and selling tickets straightforward and efficient.
Cons: While Ticket Tailor is generally easy to use, there are a few drawbacks that stood out. The interface can feel somewhat limited when setting up more complex or large-scale events, and customization options aren’t as flexible as expected. Reporting and analytics tools could also be more detailed and easier to navigate, especially for tracking performance across multiple events. At times, the backend feels a bit unintuitive, requiring extra steps to complete simple tasks. Additionally, customer support response times can be slower than ideal, which can be frustrating when dealing with urgent issues or time-sensitive event changes.

I have been using TicketTailor now for more than 5 years and have not found a better platform for ticketing. I have recommended it to many others.
Pros: TicketTailor has great pricing, and since I currently have 4 different venues, it allows me to handle all of the ticketing on one platform.
Cons: I am not a big fan of their newer page design. I wish they would just allow us to add the ticketing right to our home website without having to go to their site first.
Harry M. · President · Entertainment · May 11, 2026
Overall, fantastic experience, I've used it for years! It's a little less intuitive than other platforms with better UX, but once you learn it, they take care of you and the price is great.
Pros: Best pricing out there. I've scoured the internet for ticketing services and it's the best price by far, especially for a small business like us. (Others like Eventbrite have gotten insanely excessive.) Also, I've used their chat feature to ask for help several times and they are super quick to respond and my questions are always resolved or answered within minutes. My events have multiple days and time slots and I LOVE that they have an easy feature for building those in quickly. I also like that you can prepay for credits and save a bit of money.
Cons: I wish SO badly that their event landing page design feature was more robust. It's pretty barebones, so I've always ended up designing my landing pages elsewhere (on my Squarespace website) and using the Ticket Tailor plugin instead. Also, flex pricing is not currently a feature (where it's the same type of ticket, but varies based on high demand time or days).
Nicole U. · President · Entertainment · May 11, 2026
It's a seamless way to get an entire event up and running with multiple check-in options so my team can be on their feet and not locked into a box office.
Pros: Very user-friendly once you know your way around. The updates are responsive without being too slow, and they're thoughtful of both audience and users' experiences.
Cons: Sometimes features are listed in places that don't feel intuitive. There are also some features I'm itching for that just don't exist yet.
Chaz M. · Producing Creative Director · Entertainment · May 11, 2026
Pros: Amazing service and a very dedicated responsive team. The platform is easy to use and set up, but if you have any questions, feedback or suggestions - their team is immediately available to help. Really valuable in the event's industry to know you can rely on the platform's team to be there for you, especially when it comes to ticketing.
Cons: Some of the options are still rolling out and might be missing compared to more broadly known apps, but I am sure they are not far behind.
Nikita B. · Producer · Events Services · May 11, 2026
Always positive with good customer service to help if I struggle with anything. More ticket options would help.
Pros: I liked how easy it is to set up events. Customer service are always very helpful. My clients say that it’s easy to use.
Cons: I’d like to be about to sell bundle options in tickets, this is something I have struggled with in the past.
Gail D. · Owner director · Arts and Crafts · May 11, 2026
Our overall experience has been nothing but fantastic. I have been extremely impressed with all of the features that are offered.
Pros: The software has so many advanced options available to the show organizer. Their staff is beyond helpful and changing over from our old ticketing system to Ticket Tailor was easier than expected.
Cons: It will take some time to learn all of the nuances of their software, however, it's worth it. They really isn't anything but this so far can't do. If you can think it, the software does it.
Michael C. · Producer · Entertainment · May 11, 2026
Great communication and easy learning curve for beginners. Customizing my own box office has been simple too.
Pros: Easy to use and quick to learn. I love that there is a ticket check in app that makes keeping track of attendance a breeze. The Pay as you Go rate is very convenient if you don't have a lot of sales. If you do have a high volume of sales, buying credits ahead of time makes this a valuable tool.
Cons: The buy credits feature increased the minimum required to buy. Now I have to spend $75 where I used to be able to spend less to pre-buy credits.
Briana Z. · Art Instructor · Arts and Crafts · May 10, 2026
Pros: The ease of use - it's very intuitive and once you grasp the basics it's easy to set up show ticketing. There seems to be very little (if any) downtime and our customers data is secure and easy to manage
Cons: There are a couple of things that seem quite obvious for a ticketing website that it doesn't do - such as easy box office report export for reporting to rights holders etc, but they say it's on the way.
Nick M. · Head of Productions · Entertainment · May 10, 2026
Great - easy to set up and manage with straightforward and transparent billing and support when you need it.
Pros: It is easy to navigate and use and great value for money. Communication via the chat is quick and helpful for resolving issues or providing support. Event ticketing is easily managed, can be duplicated and tweaked and the box office can be personalised. The check-in app is an added bonus, and the referral programme is great, if only I could remember to use it - I’ve recommended it to a few people, but not yet used the link!
Cons: There’s nothing much to dislike, other than it doesn’t have a stand alone presence like one of its rivals, where people will go specifically to look for events. I’ve used other platforms but prefer TicketTailor.
Karen S. · Sole trader · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 10, 2026
Very good. Easy to use. Good integration with payment methods. The fact that free events have no charges is great. As a charity we also get preferential charges. Getting this set up was painless.
Pros: The customer support is excellent! The chat function works really quickly and they have been able to resolve all my issues so far.
Cons: The alt text to describe images for those with visual sensory impairments. Sometimes it isn't enough room.
Anjona R. · Chief Executive · Legal Services · May 10, 2026
Pros: * Automatic QR codes * Event pages * Not super complicated * Check-in app * Ability to modify customers' ticket info (e.g. to fix typo)
Cons: * Would like regex validation for questions * Would like built-in support for automatically syncing order/ticket lists with Google Sheets * Would like custom back-halves for event page URLs * Managing different ticket types or changes to the event after it is published can get hectic
Chahid B. · Logistics · Non-Profit Organization Management · May 10, 2026
Amazing! Very easy to use and makes me not stressed out that anything will go wrong. Also easy to delegate ticket check in during shows with the ticket check in app.
Pros: So easy to use and very straight forward with low costs. No surprises and everything looks pretty. I like the ability to customize everything too.
Cons: The login does not stay logged in even when I click it at login, but I guess that makes things safer :)
Tikiri S. · Boss Lady · Performing Arts · May 10, 2026
Overall, the experience is 100% great. Money matters are handled with well. The customer service via chat is effective and very responsive.
Pros: Ticket Tailor has all the options required for an event organiser. All features are well tested and simple set up allows organisers to set the box office and tickets instantly
Cons: Inability to Cancel a line of tickets. I had to hide the ticket line, rather than ability to delete the line
Chanukya R. · Director · Music · May 9, 2026
Excellent, efficient and user friendly. Never lets me down and provides a huge range of function's so I can personalise my sales page.
Pros: The platform is so easy to use, and if I've ever needed help there is a huge library of helpful hints, tips and video explanations to support me and failing that there's a chat bot who can connect you to a real human to support when you need it. I found the fees to be lower than other platforms I tried and they are always adding new features and improving functions so it never bugs out or fails to perform. The platform emails me every time I receive a sale so I can stay on top of my tickets and don't have to keep logging into know where I am at. I've never encountered any issues with security or data breaches and I trust the platform to run my ticket sales without a worry or concern. There is even two step authentication when logging in which always brings that extra piece of mind when I know it holds all of my customers details and my banking info.
Cons: Nothing, I love using Ticket Tailor and would not change to another provider. I've used several others before this and nothing works as well.
Julie B. · Sound Healer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 9, 2026
Ticket Tailor has been brilliant for my business, and I have recommended it to many other businesses too. Very fair, easy to use, and an easy doorlist on the app.
Pros: The cost of Ticket Tailor compared to other event sites is amazing. I love the fact you buy the tickets, and then it doesn't matter what you're charging for your event. It's not a percentage taken, its a set fee.
Cons: I haven't found anything yet that I didn't like about it. Maybe the fact it doesn't cover as much advertising as much as sites like Eventbrite, but that said, it is still enough and great value for money.
