Pros: It’s very easy to use and well-structured. Setting up events is quick, and the fees are low and fair. I also really appreciate how fast and helpful the support team is.
Cons: Very rarely, there can be issues with payments not going through or tickets not being delivered, but this doesn’t happen often.

very useful. we were looking for a platform that could help us selling tickets for a health conference in Lisbon. We didn´t know Fienta and had never used it before. It is very easy to manage. I recommend it, for sure.
Pros: Very user friendly, lots of automations and useful customization options. Good value for money. Fair fees.
Cons: bank transfers are slow. some clients did not conclude the payment because the bank transfer options are only available in the invoice.

Excellent! Very easy to set up, nice detailed selling page, easy payout system. Will use again am sure.
Pros: Very easy to set up every thing, but the built-in helping tools are all very professional and handy.
Cons: None really, may be the Fienta needs to promo more in the market as compare to Eventbrite etc. Sure will be there.

Our chamber choir ENCORE has used Fienta for over 6 years and we are pleased with it! Adding events, managing the ticket sales, having easy access to sales information for later reports is great!
Pros: Simple to use and quick customer help . The availability of app to scan the tickets is great feature!
Cons: The webpage is simple and easy to use but has some potential to increase its effectiveness for user-friendlyness. But this is mostly nitpicking

Great experiences with customer support, whenever there's any questions or issues - I can always count on response within few hours
Pros: Fienta is one of the most user-friendly ticketing platforms out there. It's easy to use, creating events takes 4-5 times faster than on other platforms It also has affordable, transparent pricing which is a great value for small businesses like myself and my customers.
Cons: It misses some of the features, e.g. no easy way to provide video on a page but that isn't deal breaker

Excellent! As a beginner in event management that is one thing less to worry about as everything is easy to navigate without much pre knowledge necessary.
Pros: -lean page layout, nothing is distracting, focused working is really easy -quick payouts that keep my liquidity in a good place
Cons: Figuring out the discount code system, I still havent figured out what the difference of max ticket vs max order means

If you need to perform an action - you find it, surprisingly, built into UI and available out-of-the-box, over and over again. Every action or case is thought through and programmed into the system. Reports tab is full of information and is, frankly, addictive. Commission is transparent and understandable, amazing value for money for the functionality it provides.
Pros: The automation and UX are top-notch. As a new user, I found the platform incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. It automates the most tedious parts of event management, which has been a huge help for our business
Cons: It's a self-service first product. If you are new into this, you would need to find help, read materials or watch videos. Chat bot is helping, but humans are not too easily accessible.

Pros: Fienta is a great system for ticket sales. It is very easy to use system and has many options that you can use. It has very helpful and easily reachable staff if you happen to have any problems or questions. It's fees are one of the lowest which makes it a great system also for small event organizers.
Cons: So far I haven't had any real issues with Fienta and have nothing bad to point out. The only time when there was a small error with a booking I reached the staff through the messenger and they solved it quickly.

Pros: Easy to use and if you have questions, you´ll easily find the answers. Easy to set up events, contact customers and I love how easy it is to set up webinars too. It is secure and great value for money.
Cons: I actually have never before used a platform with no bugs. Ever. I seriously wonder, how the other services still exist :D

As an independent theatre producer, I handle most processes myself, and Fienta has become an essential tool for organizing my ticket sales. It is incredibly intuitive and saves me a lot of time. I especially appreciate the marketing analytics features, which allow me to track performance effectively. Aside from the current payout challenges in Georgia, it remains the most convenient and professional platform for my events.
Pros: I love the user-friendly interface and the well-organized dashboard. It allows me to make quick edits to my events on the fly. The customer support is also excellent—highly professional and very responsive.
Cons: The only downside is a recent change in their payment provider. Previously, payouts to Georgia were seamless, but the new operator currently doesn't support transfers to Georgian banks. This creates an extra hurdle for local organizers who rely on direct payouts.

Pros: Fienta offers a great service that is both affordable and easy to use. You can adjust events with ease and it works really well. creating personalized links, discounts, free tickets. it's all very intuitive. Buyers can pay with almost any way possible and also report the process being simple. The beat platform to sale tickets we used so far and also the cheepest, especially for events with lower ticket prices. Emails to customers can be customised and managed well. Also able to keep a list of subscribers with personalized policy. I do feen the security is there and had no issues in the years i used it. and i haven't experienced any bugs or down time.
Cons: maybe sometimes things are a bit tricky to find but the AI assistant works well. some things could be a bit more customizable.

Pros: Super helpful support for organizers, excellent to integrate in your own branded websites due to very exhaustive API documentation and options. Would recommend to everyone starting out. Also - very friendly to manage relations with customers, keep them up to date, provide discounts or refunds etc.
Cons: There isn't much to say. It's not the cheapest option out there, when you're comparing just the price, but this is one of the cases where I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage off, because the experience has been flawless so far. No headaches for the whole duration of using it as main service for ticketing.

Easy to use and add your own events, nice design. Management is very convenient and if necessary you can withdraw the amount received from sales before the end of the month
Pros: Simplicity - it's easy to generate and manage my events, get contact with my clients. It also has a clear cost structure - 3,5% and nothing will be added (at least in my field)
Cons: Calendar view, both for clients and organiser, is missing. It would make a bit easier to manage the events if you have many of them. But I hear they are developing it.

Very happy. Attentive support staff. No complaints from audience members buying tickets via Fienta so that is always good to hear.
Pros: Really REALLY happy with using Fienta for my groups events. Tracking data for ticket sales is actionable and helpful. Multilingual event descriptions. Just everything I could use from a ticket platform.
Cons: i always wish fees were lower. But compared to competitors i think it is still reasonable. And maybe more schema adjustments (geoLocation and other advanced settings).

Comfortable, easy to use, links work. I like creating copies. I liked creating tickets. It seems easy for both parties. Learing curve is quick.
Pros: Creating tickets was easy. Creating new events was quick thanks to copying option. I have not used other platforms, but it seems to be good value for money.
Cons: Using Fienta has been a good experience. Creating event was simple and I was allowed to write long story.

Have been using it for selling tickets to events, workshops, lectures in the Baltic countries mostly. Super satisfied how everything is structured, you just post and everything else they handle. I love the ticketing options, the scheduling of sales, I love the timely invoices and flexibility of payouts. Very convenient and easy to understand.
Pros: Simplicity and embedded functions in the platform, everything is structured. Reliable billing and invoices. Communication with notifications and in case of issues is usually fast and effective. Fees are reasonable for the delegated functions.
Cons: I wish it would be even bigger, to provide bigger market audience. I lack categories of events, since my area of work is niche all the events go under "other", so updating that list according to what is being offered on the platform would help with inclusivity and search.

Pros: The % Fienta takes is small comparing to how simple it is to use. Total beginners can handle it. Also, if you have any problems they're always eager to help or even do specific updates for your specific event and need.
Cons: Until now, nothing. Maybe for my specific event Fienta is not the best because people mostly search for concerts or cultural events through there, and mine is not that.

The customer support is very responsive. All questions are answered promptly and any issues are resolved.
Pros: A very easy-to-use service. Even a novice organizer will find it convenient. There's also a very convenient payout system - you can request a payout for sold tickets several times a month.
Cons: At the moment, I can't complain about anything. The only thing I would like is if they had stationary checkouts in supermarkets, like one of their competitors has.
