Zoom Events and Webinars

Pros: I love that Zoom is convenient and it saves us money. Zoom allows professional to conduct meetings without interruption.

Cons: Zoom sometimes does not keep the same meeting ID pin. I noted that the pins are different at times and that is frustrating.

Pros: The free video conferencing feature. It allows multiple users to log in, and mic & video are optional

Cons: It's a rarity, but in one zoom conference, someone was able to log in to the meeting. I believe it was Human error and that individual was accidentally sent a link

Pros: What I liked most about Zoom Wvents and Webinars was the ease of use, download, sign in and follow the invite link.

Cons: What I liked least about Zoom Events and Webinars was that sometimes it wouldn’t work with certain iPhone updates.

Pros: I like that it’s easy to use and jump into webinars. Use it all the time for webinar / learning events for work. Value for money is good as it’s free! My favourite way to video conference, better than FaceTimes as you can have multiple bodies in each conferences

Cons: Sometimes the internet connection isn’t great and it glitches. Make sure you have strong wifi / signal.

Pros: Not having to commute to every every and being able to attend from home or remotely. It makes it easier to multitask.

Cons: The idea that there could be mechanical error or failure, a delay when speaking or to be abruptly disconnected

Pros: I am impressed by how reliable and easy to use Zoom Events and Webinars has been. Zoom Events and Webinars has the best event management solution.

Cons: I like how accurate Zoom Events and Webinars has been. I do not dislike Zoom Events and Webinars at all.

Pros: I can get into them easier. It is easy to use. I love it. I use them for school and have no issue with using it.

Cons: N/a. There isn’t anything I don’t like about zoom. I love the ease of it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: This software can be used conveniently to create meetings and attend meetings. It was options to selections to view the points during the meetings

Cons: No clear guidelines for general public whi can easily use the zoom software. This software could be used to do buiness meetings also

Pros: The program is easy to use, has a professional interface, and provides an excellent user experience.

Cons: Sometimes, the connection can be unstable depending on internet speed, which can disrupt the experience slightly. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall ease of use and professional interface that Zoom offers. Improving this could make it even better for users with varying internet conditions.

Pros: It's a very good platform for hosting webinars and virtual events, or video conferencing with a very large number of participants. If you have a stable internet connection, Zoom offers exceptional video and audio quality. Customisable registration, ticketing, in-event chat, live polling and Q&A makes it a very versatile application.

Cons: It's a bit expensive. If you have 100+ participants the cost goes up further. If you are hosting a paid event it's usually fine but it's too much to spend for free events or internal events.

Pros: Zoom makes it very easy to connect with people anywhere in the world.I love the clear vedio and audio quality, even with low internet.

Cons: Sometimes it uses a lot of data especially for video calls. Also, if someone has poor internet, their audio cut off, and that affect the flow of the meeting.

Pros: The ability to have break out rooms was awesome idea. Very help with large groups

Cons: Nothing comes to mind as being a con. I guess I think is the go to virtual meeting place

Pros: Zoom allows you to see everyone that is in the meeting and it feels more personal when businesses are remote.

Cons: Sometimes the links do not work in groups and need to be resent to the individual.

Pros: I can organize and put together online events to connect with my community.

Cons: You have to upgrade to a paid plan to be able to host events longer than 45 mins and other good features.

Pros: Easy to use with outside vendors able to record and have transcripts.

Cons: sometimes wont open meetings and have to use teams instead which puts us behind schedule

Pros: I used to Zoom 4 times a week. When I attend the online classes and attend the meetings, Zoom is very useful. It UIUX is very simple and easy to use for all user. There are many very useful features such as Whitebook, Captions, Audio and video resolutions, etc..... So I like Zoom application than other meeting software.

Cons: I don't have much about Zoom Events and Webinars. It is very useful and helps me a lot.

Pros: Does what it is supposed to! An easy way to connect with others by video.

Cons: I wish I could move the video window close to my camera so it looks a bit more like making eye contact with the person viewing.

Pros: It's very easy to use. Functions work properly with no issues. I have used it several times and I have never had a problem. It's my go to for meetings and webinars.

Cons: nothing, Zoom Events and Webinars is an excellent way to obtain training or conduct meetings.

Pros: Zoom Events and Webinars manage large groups really well, and I can host QA sessions for hundreds of team members with clear audio and video.

Cons: Getting set up for webinars is a bit of a tricky endeavor for me. Customizing registration pages takes longer than it should for someone who isn’t tech-savvy.

Pros: Easy to use and everyone knows the name so it's on par with google meet etc but good for when microsoft businesses want to communicate with us google businesses

Cons: The quality of the stream isnt the best and there arent as many features that integrate with google as easy

Pros: The software collaborates, schedules and holds meetings with those across the globe that have also established this software the other smartphone, tablet or PC: This allows for bringing in teams together, no matter where they are, to focus in on any tasks and projects at hand. The software also utilizes many options, such as voice call only (without video) when joining your conference call, in which your preferred profile picture shows up in your place. It also allows for listening in on the meeting while muted, allowing the user to multitask while they are joined in on the meeting.

Cons: Perhaps the software can use some improvement when it comes to the aesthetics within the functionalities of the software. The pages within look quite outdated, and for lack of better wording, quite “blah.”
