Powerful tracking and reporting tool which helps track team performance and project delivery. Improvement needed for team management functionality at a high level such as output recording and live view of team time tracking.
Pros: The ability to breakdown projects into tasks and run comprehensive reports. The report function is powerful and allows drilling down to user or task.
Cons: The dashboard function is good individually but we need this for the whole team. To see my team status (hours and billable hours logged for a given period) I need to run a report which is time consuming. The scheduling function is clunky and does not seamlessly sync with Outlook and does not automatically update based on time recorded against the project or updating for project delays.

Overall, Avaza is a very nice and easy-to-use product that has been part of our organization for the last 3–4 years.
Pros: Ease of use. Avaza is very easy to configure and use. Even our users who were having very difficult to use our earlier project management tool now using this tool with smile
Cons: What we liked least about Avaza is the limitation in timesheet control. There is no way to freeze or lock timesheets from being automatically approved. Once the dashboard is taken out, the timesheets get approved without our intended review or intervention.

I have ONLY ever gotten quick responses and very helpful answers. They go above and beyond! During a time when things went really wrong, the team really pulled together and showed me their depth of kindness. And this is why I've come back. I'm so happy I get to use Avaza again and that I get to see what an amazing team is.
Pros: Security, value for money, customer support, task management, project and team collaboration! I sincerely am so chuffed with how easy Avaza is in helping me to keep track of everything. Not to even mention how thoughtful and helpful the team is.
Cons: There isn't anything yet, thus far brilliantly put together FEW apps allow me to create credit notes when someone overpays. It's so helpful. BONUS it has an desktop and mobile app and is very very flexible.

Overall, it's positive. It helped increase efficiency, team collaboration, keep track of all projects on the go + their status. Admin is a lot easier inside the tool, meaning fewer things get omitted.

Overall, our company is very satisfied with Avaza. It provides valuable features across project management, task management, timesheet entry, and billing. It gives flexibility in many areas for managing different types of projects such as time and materials, fixed fee, and internal no bill projects.
Pros: It's intuitive and easy to use. Avaza manages to deliver strong project management, timesheet entry, and billing features while maintaining a simple and intuitive user experience. This is a difficult thing for most software vendors to deliver.
Cons: While Avaza has strong features, when a feature is lacking there is nothing that can be done outside of requesting the feature. For example, there is no ability to add custom fields or logic. However, Avaza has stated that adding custom fields is on its roadmap, but in general more ways to customize the application would be nice.

Esto contento con la plataforma, llevo ya con ella al rededor de 4 años y nunca he tenido problemas de "plataforma caída". Sin embargo en los mismos 4 años no he visto que haya tenido alguna actualización considerable. Eso es preocupante ya que no se ha implementado alguna función que tenga algo que ver con Inteligencia Artificial.
Pros: La plataforma intuitiva, su atención al cliente es muy rápida. Gracias a la gestión de tareas que es posible llevar en la plataforma me ha ayudado a dar seguimiento a los pendientes. También he visto beneficios en la colaboración en proyectos y colaboración en equipo, ya que me ha ayudado a eficientizar hasta un 30% los tiempos.
Cons: Cuenta con limitantes en la personalización de los reportes. En 4 años de servicio no he visto alguna actualización importante ni la implementación de uso de inteligencia artificial.

I have used Avaza for over 6 years and it has helped to run and manage my business. It is simple to use, and I would recommend it to any business seeking for an easy tool for time, money and project management.
Pros: System is easy to use. Time sheet and project reports are informative for tracking hours and managing overall project costs. Avaza allows for good client management by tracking hours, recording payments and moving to archives when project is complete. Customer support is very helpful. When I encountered a couple of issues, each time customer support was quick to respond and resolve the issue.
Cons: There are no cons to using Avaza tracking software. The system performs as marketed and supports client management, billing, and team utilization.

Overall, my experience with Avaza has been a 10 out of 10 and if I ever need support or have a question I’m able to get those details quickly from a live human.
Pros: I have a small consulting firm now for the last 10 years and Avaza manages all of my time spent and all of my monthly billing. It even manages to take credit cards when customers can’t pay by check or within terms. I’m able to look at my receivables and how much of my unbuild needs to go out and by when. With hundreds of clients that manages my business with ease.
Cons: I wish I had a dashboard or something that could manage or give me everything that I wanna see in a single snapshot.

From a project management perspective, Avaza offers a comprehensive solution. It is more than than adequate for a medium size business, needing to manage dozens of clients. Clients can be given access to the Avaza board for better collaboration. The learning curve is steep initially as for any SaaS solution, but becomes better over time. Integration with MS 365 calendar would be a game changer. The platform offers value for money.
Pros: Avaza's unified platform for project tracking, time tracking and expense management helps us save time and effort. The UI is easy to navigate.
Cons: Customisation options are limited. The ability to copy tasks from one project to another are missing are could be a good add on, as some projects are same in scope and size.

Pros: Very easy to use. Everything seems very organized and user-friendly. Reccuring Invoices are very convenient.
Cons: The templates for quotes: I would like to clean them up, but it seems like I cannot. I would like to have a connection between Reccuning Invoices and Projekts.

I have tried about 10 different task management and project management tools over the years. And this one by far is the best easiest to use and has the absolute best support of any software that I currently pay for. The staff is always a pleasure to work with and solves problems quickly with usually within minutes or hours. I think a vaza is the absolute best tool, especially for a small business.
Pros: It's the most complete and simplest project management invoicing, and time tracking tool i've used ever.
Cons: There is nothing I do not like about avazza.I've been using it for many, many years. Anytime I have a problem whatsoever.The support team is on top of it and usually already has a solution for me.

My experience with Avaza for last 18 months has been very smooth and it’s intuitive for my team members.
Pros: My team finds the Mobile app to enter timesheets very intuitive.. The reporting for expenses and projects are very useful.
Cons: The font for the invoices is very small. Would be great if the font size and style can be made editable.

I have been using Avaza for 3 years and find it to be a great value for money. Working for a consulting firm it's been indispensable for timesheet tracking, keeping projects on budget, and invoicing clients.
Pros: The API feature has been transformational - I have been integrating it into Google Sheets through AppScript in order to have auto-updating custom workplans, as well as auto-book the team's resources instead of entering each resource booking entry one at a time. A huge time saver!
Cons: Resource booking is a bit cumbersome and time consuming. Reports not as customizable as I would like, and there were some issues when running expense reports in multiple currencies with the conversion rate that I couldn't resolve.

From onboarding to now using for a couple of years, Avaza has been very easy to use. Support is great, which is always a plus for me.
Pros: Avaza is great for being able to export your tasks and import into our client monthly report instead of having to type manually. Great for workflow management and keeping up on assigned tasks.
Cons: So far we are very happy with Avaza. As an administrator it is nice to add company holidays and a field for PTO so co-workers can schedule tasks.

Avaza has helped streamline my work. Information with the click of a button. As more information is added, it's still just as easy to capture the whole picture.
Pros: Our consultants enter their information and just like that, I can pull together the status of the project.
Cons: There is still a lot to learn. Once I figure out more of the capabilities, this will no longer be a con but a bonus.

Overall, my experience with Avaza has been really positive. The time tracking, task and expense management, and reports make my work much more organized. Even though it’s not super customizable, it still saves me a lot of time and keeps everything in one place.
Pros: I really like how Avaza makes it easy to track time by categories, keep tasks and expenses organized, and then see everything clearly in the reports. It helps me stay on top of my work without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons: The thing I like least is that Avaza isn’t very customizable to fit specific needs. It works well for general use, but sometimes I wish I could tweak it more to match my own workflow.

Time tracking has been an ease and compared to competitors has been a great choice for team and project collaboration. It has been a real value for money.
Pros: Great support received by the Avaza team to fix and make improvements when faced with any bugs and issues on the system.
Cons: Cannot directly integrate with Google Calendar when scheduling in tasks to see availability for the day and the absence of an FTE dashboard that would help scope time for current resources on board.

Overall, it meets our needs in terms of tracking times for sales invoicing each end of month. Pulling reports and making new reports is extremely easy to do.
Pros: Its easy to use and the more I use it and learn the better it becomes. The support available has always been timely and helpful.
Cons: We cant track who has made changes, this caused some issues when there were changes made and we needed to know who had made them so we could investigate as to why

Pros: What I like most about Avaza is the value as well as the customer support. It makes time and expense tracking is easy and also helps with project management and check lists. They have also added a lot of new functions over the years.
Cons: Occasionally I will have a desire for a feature that does not exist and will send a request to customer support. Some have been implemented and others not. I think the reports could be expanded and improved a bit.

The best part is having access to a lovely support to team to help when I run into issues and there are granular details that I may have missed in setting up projects. The customer service is superb. Overall, Avaza has been easy to navigate.
Pros: What I love most about Avaza is the features and design are extremely intuitive and easy to navigate. I love how the Timesheets, Invoices, Reports, etc can all be linked to the Projects in the system. It is also great to be able to collaborate amongst the team and have access to important Project files. Avaza has really allowed the business to manage employee time, projects, assess financials and overall streamlined our processes.
Cons: Sometimes getting set up can be a learning curve as with getting to know any project management software. While there are many areas to customize/personalize the software with our company branding and messaging, there are minor features we wish it could have — for example, being able to more freely customise the look of invoices. However, I can happily say there are far more pros, than cons with Avaza.

The customer service help chat is always so efficient to use. It's so easy and the tech's are knowledgeable and friendly
Pros: How user friendly and efficient it is. The help chat is amazing at helping with bugs and issues. It very cost effective too, good value for your money.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. I can't think of a single thing I don't like about Avaza. Even the customer service is great.

Pros: Best service you can use for a time-based service agency! Everything else on the market feels like it's exclusively meant for product / software teams. Lots of functionality but straightforward to use. No bugs or issues and easy team collaboration on projects!! Super responsive customer service to troubleshoot anything. Super secure and a great value for your money!
Cons: I suppose a really great added feature / a missing feature is an Asana / Trello type thing where it's just easier to make the tasks accessible in one place.
