Great experience overall. Support was always quick and helpful. The system has lots of options to customise it to our needs and was generally easy to use and train new users. I have recommended iVvy to many colleagues in other venues and will continue to do so.
Pros: How customisable it was. Built with hotel conferencing in mind but I was able to use it successfully at two different arts venues with specific requirements not built in as standard to the software, but easy to customise. The price - reasonably priced for our operation size compared to some of the other arts-specific venue/event software options aimed at much larger organisations.
Cons: More specific to our use case, but more flexibility with minimum subscription terms would have been great. Also more integration options. I've used both Myob and Xero integrations which worked well, but I would have loved if they had some pos integrations that included the cheaper cloud based pos suppliers. But overall the pros far outweighed the cons!

It is a great venue management tool if we have regular event business.
Pros: Quotation and Invoicing, you can do a quick quote and send to your client.
Cons: Loading information and rates in the beginning are very time consuming.

It has been very simple to use and learn. I would recommend this program to anyone in the event industry.
Pros: I like how straight forward everything is- and that you have access to links to help you through things. I also like having a direct contact I can talk to for help.
Cons: There isn't anything that I do not like.

I'm still learning the program, we are arranging for a training course which will be very helpful. Trying to contact support between 12PM - 5PM Mon - Fri is very difficult which is in between work hours, otherwise anytime after 6 PM there is no issues calling support other than it's in my own time. Also, I've left multiple messages for someone from support to call me back and I don't receive any call back.
Pros: The quick response in resolving my issue.
Cons: The length of time it takes trying to contact support or having someone from support contact me back.

Ivvy has been reliable system since we started using it. It has made all departments work more efficiently and given us the tools to easily find the right data to drive our business further.
Pros: As a sales tool, the system creates proposals and easy to use templates that makes responding to a high number of enquiries speedy. Reporting is also clear and quick to use.
Cons: It doesn't currently include a forecasting tool for sales that could calculate speculative.

Pros: Easy to use, easy and straight forward to set up anything, great seeing when people have viewed any links.
Cons: needs to be exact spelling when searching anything, can only create 3 invoices automatically then need to create manually, breakfast numbers don't always change when changing room numbers. Doesn't speak to our hotel software

Absolutely loving using iVvy and I have no complaints currently. Training was easy and thorough and I would highly recommend this user friendly sales system! Everything can be accessed at the click of a button.
Pros: I love that iVvy makes everything so simple! I'm able to get contracts and documents over to the client in a matter of minutes making the process both efficient and effortless.
Cons: I do not have any complaints about the system currently.

Overall the experience has been good. I really liked that the training videos go through everything step by step and that its really easy to use
Pros: This is a very user friendly system and it makes keeping track of everything
Cons: that everything is manual input and nothing can be deleted unless you are a manager for the group

Overall I have enjoyed my experience with using iVvy.
Pros: I love how easy iVvy is to navigate and utilize as our day to day CRM.
Cons: Updating necessary taxes and fees and menus can be a bit of a challenge. We also see some issues with our Reservation system and Ivvy showing the same totals for room block pickup/actualization.

It's getting better =) I've used it for almost two years and it's improving over time.
Pros: Simple to use. I have used Delphi and SalesPro in the past. They take longer to learn.
Cons: I would like to be able to use a previous BEO for a different client (if they have the same details).

Excellent and the training is outstanding too

Support is always great when you contact them regarding a problem and an overall solid software to use.
Pros: You can complete bookings, send invoices and create event orders all in the one place.
Cons: Some key items are missing- such as being able to put in a winter discount I followed up and they didn't have that feature and being able to pay for an event in installments is not set up yet.

I was recommended iVvy over 6 years ago, and it has never dissapointed me. It's an incredible event software system which will improve your event sales, planning, reporting and more. I loved iVvy so much that I have convinced my new workplace to change systems, it has so many features that will help you and your team improve processes and your client's journey. The support team are very responsive and helpful, nothing is an issue for them.
Pros: - The way the system looks & functions - CRM system - Reporting, it's much better than other event software, can't recommend it enough - Templates & Electronic contracts & BEOs - The IVVY team, they're all amazing
Cons: I don't have a single negative comment to say about iVvy, I have loved it since I started using it at my old job 6 years ago.

In 6 months time, it's been really wonderful to use. The training period was great (Bernadette) & very informative as had the ongoing support from our Client Success Manager (Matt).
Pros: - It's very user-friendly & easy to follow. - It's not cluttered & confusing to read which helps when you're really busy with event bookings. - Very easy to add in Food & Beverage items, menu packages etc.
Cons: Searching for dates in the diary can be tricky sometimes. Would love more of a monthly view.

iVvy helps us during our operation - all from quotes and bookings in the conference department to use virtual run sheet on an IPAD for our waiters and kitchen staff.
Pros: It is fast, minimal downtime, virtual run sheet and you can open multiple tabs
Cons: The limited integration on postings to our PMS system and problems with translations in documents to Danish.

Overall positive experience, it's efficient for our sales force to use and the iVvy team are constantly making enhancements for a better system.
Pros: It's easy to use and easy to teach others.
Cons: The accommodation side could still use some improvement but has made big strides since we started using in 2018.
