Pros: The concept seems good but the support is non existent.

Cons: Never heard back from them once I spent the money. It took a month for equipment to get here. No one answered emails about when it was coming. Support is non existent.

Pros: The implementation process was easy, allowing you to document and provide all pertinent information for easy assimilation of players at various locations and sites. The training support was outstanding with timely responses and assistance with questions, operational support, and resource material.

Cons: Like to have more Spanish content but think this is on the horizon.

Pros: It's easy and reliable. Easy to understand and navigate.

Cons: It's very slow loading and lags sometimes.

Cons: I can't say anything negative at all. The content, support and ease of use bare none

Pros: I love the ability to create one playlist and send it out to multiple sites. Our company has many different subsidiaries and we're able to communicate to all the sites easily

Cons: The interface is a little clunky. I'm sure there are solutions with better UI, but this one still works. Just have to understand how to do it.

Pros: I like the ability to change slides on the fly and have a variety of built-in templates for sports, quotes, weather, and more. Trudigital helps keep our office space dynamic and interesting. Also, the text-to-support feature on the website is great, and I have always had a good experience in dealing with support staff.

Cons: I would like to see more custom templates, or even user-created templates. Also, the remotes you receive for setting up a new trudigital box have a very weak signal, and have to be held very close to the player to work. It would also be nice to be able to reassign players and playlists without having to bother your support staff.

Pros: I love remote access, multi-screen use, scheduling features and the ability to create custom slides and videos.

Cons: I can't delete multiple slides or items at one time. They have to be done individually. If I'm chaining the name of a slide show or folder, it kicks me out to the main menu and I have to navigate back to the change I made.

Pros: TruDigital is a good way to communicate company reviews.

Cons: Hoping for interactive functionality in the future.

Pros: Ease of content and direct tech support.

Cons: install requirements; had to get our IT to collaborate with truDigital team to work out the accommodations of the platform with our existing IT infrastructure.

Pros: Very easy to use for multiple displays at multiple locations. very low maintenance

Cons: Pricing is a little bit high for 22 locations.

Pros: Easy to use with multiple tv's and can reach many people without the cost of printing.

Cons: Nothing. The box works great but does have a life.

Pros: truDigital is so incredibly user friendly and allows me to seamlessly manage 8 devices across 7 locations so easy. Adjusting creative, order, time displayed, and importing/exporting are very fluid processes.

Cons: There's no way to integrate live content such as news, stock tickers, etc. That's a wonderful bonus adage, but certainly not a knock on truDigital overall or the devices used.

Pros: The title says it all, the implementation was pretty much completely hands off, we received fantastic training and the online support is by far the best I've ever experience with any product.

Cons: The only thing that mildly stands out would be the lack of hands-on administration. Being able to disable/delete user accounts could be of some value, however, it has not been an issue due to the rapid response we receive from the truDigital support team.

Cons: There isn't anything I have found yet to dislike.

Pros: easy to use. all the assistant I've had to learn how to use the system.

Cons: nothing at this point. at this time, it has all I need.

Cons: Certain times while uploading data it is slow to update.

Pros: You can personalise your own display without much hassle

Cons: Many of the additional displays or features are not eye appealing, therefore not worth using

Pros: I liked the customer service. We had issues at the start because we moved locations. Sales/customer service were very helpful about fixing our invoicing and setting up the correct accounts.

Cons: I felt it was a little overly complicated to learn at first. I had to watch the tutorials. It was not intuitive to go in and pick up. Partly this was my own mindset of expecting to plug in a slide show. Figuring out the playlist was not intuitive to me. I picked it up quickly after the tutorial. I would also like to see a LinkedIn integration. If there is a widget, I couldn't find it easily like Twitter.

Pros: good design displays and able to change on a regular and daily basis when needed

Cons: I don't use it on a regular basis, but my lifestyle coordinator manages the platform

Pros: Ease of use and support. When we were trained, we couldn't believe how easy it was to navigate throughout the platform.

Cons: I would like notifications of updates that were made or sent throughout the month. (Content, template updates, notifications et.)

Pros: Easy to use and very innovative - it’s everything we needed for our audience

Cons: Nothing at this time . Nothing perfect but this software works for us
