The team with part center software are working hard to diligently help people and make it a positive experience. [sensitive content hidden] was so sweet and very helpful.
Pros: I love that the software has an easy setup for people to be able to understand when we are checking guest in.
Cons: While it is a great software it is not perfect and sometimes there are glitches when checking for waivers ect.

If you own or manage a Family Entertainment Center, I can’t recommend Party Center Software highly enough. It’s streamlined our booking process, improved customer satisfaction, and helped us grow our business with confidence.
Pros: The software is incredibly smooth, efficient, and user-friendly, making it easy for both our staff and customers to handle reservations without any hassle. What truly sets this software apart is the customer service. Their support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to assist with any questions or custom needs we may have. It feels like they genuinely care about our success.
Cons: So far, I haven’t run into anything I’d change or improve. It did take time for my staff to get used to a new system, but they were so hands-on with the training that they had a personal training for a group of my staff to ask any questions and really feel comfortable using something new.

Overall, it was a great experience. The sales and support teams were always helpful and looked out for my businesses needs.
Pros: The ease of use for both employees and custoners. The support team was quick to help tailor the software to my specific needs.
Cons: The schedule blocked were not editedable at the time i used the software. That may have changed by now.

Pros: Based on continual customer feedback, the company quickly updates functionality to ensure we can meet the demands of our business. We had a rep, [sensitive content hidden]., who was always very attentive and responsive to our needs.
Cons: It would take newer employees a little longer than desired to get used to it. However, due to great support this timeline is being improved.

We are opening our first FEC and could not be more relieved to have found PCS I first spoke with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and she was a dream come true to all my questions for start up We knew immediately this was the company for us! Then I met [SENSITIVE CONTENT] he is training me on how to navigate book parties customize everything and I could not have felt so confident without them! and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] she is great checking in with me on tasks offering help and they have all the resources! Such a blessing!! We are excited to franchise soon and are so thankful we have PCS to help us navigate all the operations for future locations!! Would tell anyone opening a FEC that PCS is a must! Thank you again!!
Pros: Its easy to navigate- Having a support team from PCS is priceless.
Cons: Cant say there is anything I don't like at this time.
