Pros: The real-time website inventory feature is a game changer, giving our clients instant visibility into our entire catalog and availability.

Cons: Our experience with Goodshuffle Pro has been nothing but positive, and we genuinely have no cons or dislikes about the program. It has become an essential part of how we run Kadeema Rentals, from inventory management to invoicing and overall workflow. Pros: The QuickBooks integration is incredible. If you have QuickBooks Online, it should be required that you use it. It has streamlined so much for our team. Customer service is top notch. Best money you will spend for running a rental business.

Cons: Nothing. The software is easy to navigate and if yoh have questions reach out and they will do what is necessary to find your solution.

Pros: I love that Goodshuffle Pro feels like it’s grown alongside us. As we’ve requested additional features, the Goodshuffle team has actively listened and implemented many of them over time, making the software even more valuable to us.

Cons: Really there is just minor changes that I would like to see changed. More like visual changes to make custom bold fonts in line items.

Pros: Goodshuffle's web integration is clutch. It really helps set us apart from older more legacy companies.

Cons: I think the improvements are on the slower end to get implemented, but GS management is very methodical about their implementation strategy.

Pros: The customer interface is very clean, smooth and easy for the customer to sign the contract and make their payment.

Cons: Sometimes it's difficult to organize projects by logistics start date. Sometimes it's difficult to find a project with a client name or location.

Pros: The customer service is top-notch and by far way better than other companies. It’s also really easy to learn and they have so many published help articles and opportunities to take little online trainings. It’s amazing and a huge difference from other companies that we’ve been with. Also, the ease of use and the general flow of how the system is designed has been such a game changer for us.

Cons: I do wish there was more capability to be able to create our our own inventory categories and I really wish there was the ability to customize the wish list just a bit with questions that are relevant to our business personally and the way we run it.

Pros: You dont own you operation you have to operate like they want you to operate, not customer oriented

Cons: they don't have 24/7 customer service and they can change what they sell to you at anytime.

Pros: The automation helped us take the business to the next level. I couldn't imagine doing business without it

Cons: Having to load all my inventory this was the most time consuming process but it was worth it

Pros: I love everything about good shuffle pro, But For an Event Planner it is to expensive...

Cons: For an Event Planner it is to expensive... For people that have iventory it would be great prices, But I just want to manage my clients and team. I am looking in other options for management purposes, just because its too expensive. Other offer is $500 a year and the only reason I have not switch is because I do not want to start all over.

Pros: The ease of use. I love the integrations and overall how the system operates.

Cons: I have no complaints. I really enjoy using the system.

Pros: Several helpful tools are available, all in one place and organized for easy access. Allows us to track payments, inventory, staff members, etc.. Customer service is always s kind as well! Always are able to solve any issues my team has

Cons: Decently expensive, but worth it. There also needs to be an autosave feature when sending messages in the chat. I have lost too many messages by either accidentally clicking the screen or if the client emails me while I am drafting a response, the whole thing is deleted. Can be very frustrating

Pros: Keeps me so organized. Being able to keep trakc of all our clients, communicatuons, logistics, sales leads, inventory and more all in one place. The wishlist intergration with our website has significantly imcreased our sales!

Cons: Nothing off the top of my head. Even if we find glitches, need help or have an improvement they fix it for us. Their customer service is exceptional!

Pros: Your customer service is above and beyond great. We receive quick replies and follow-ups. Ease of use is critical, especially when time is of the essence.

Cons: We have still not managed to utilize ALL the advantages Goodshuffle Pro has to offer, because we have been SO busy and I believe Good shuffle has aided in our growth as well.

Pros: Goodshuffle is very user friendly and their customer service is top-tier. They are quick to solve issues and do a great job of giving users notice if product updates and repairs will be taking place.

Cons: I do wish they allowed users to enter international phon numbers and accept international cc info manually

Pros: I appreciated how Goodshuffle Pro streamlined our reservation management effortlessly.

Cons: I didn't find any specific aspects of Goodshuffle Pro that you disliked.

Pros: We love the organisation and the pictures of the inventory. Our clients really like how simple it is. Seeing the incomes of different products is great The customer service is great

Cons: For credit card payments, the exact postal code needed has given a lot of negative feedback from our clients. We understand that it is for security but we still get a lot of complaints. On client’s quote, we would love to be able to change the amount of items directly the items without needing to click Edit on every Items. We have a lot of clients that change their numbers and its very long to edit every single items instead of just an arrow up and down or a double to change the number. When we are on the page of the day with all of the orders, we can see when a contract starts and ends. I would be great to see the actual times as well for faster organisation. For Example, instead of Start: 8am and End: 4:00 pm It could be Start: 8:00am to 10:00 am and End 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm for the delivery.

Pros: The way we can control our inventory because it’s keeps record of what we have left.

Cons: The way we add our photos is crazy. It seems like a lot of steps.

Pros: Communications and payments are great. Super smooth and extra helpful that they run in the background on events while you work on current ones.

Cons: Lack of the platform allowing you to schedule and assign trucks and labor

Pros: Billing and Contracting have never been more streamlined and efficient. Inventory management is a breeze.

Cons: I do wish there were more customizations available before subscribing. There's definitely features available to me, and that I'm paying for, but that I don't necessarily need or use.

Pros: My Son and I started Twin Cities Tent and Event Rental in the Spring of 2023. We looked at several software options and decided on Good Shuffle for many reasons. The software is super easy to learn, very informational in regards to all the dashboard information and the quotes are super easy to put together. The “conflict” recognition saves us from overbooking. We can’t say enough about the staff support! Amazing!!! When we have a question, the amazing staff sets up a zoom call and in thirty minutes or less, they not only answer our questions, but we also learn tons of new things about Good Shuffle. Thanks to Good Shuffle our new business has blown up and we are fully booked for June and have already exceeded our annual sales goal with bookings, evenly sadly having to turn down work. My Son has even purchased an additional $10,000 worth of equipment to help us handle the growing orders for the rest of the year.

Cons: We have not experienced anything we do not like yet. We would like to be able to integrate GS with QB.

Pros: Having all the information the client needs to know to make an informed decision on a single screen (Proposal, Contract and Payment link).

Cons: Sometimes creating a new contract and payment policy can be cumbersome because the features are somewhat hidden.

Pros: A pretty QUICK quote to the customer while they wait or by the end of the day. This concept is what sold us on Goodshuffle. To bad it is just a concept - they fail miserably at customer service, and EVERYTHING about inventory.

Cons: They have failed me at almost every turn. I can send a pretty quote as long as it is items that were in the rental world for the past decade. They do not stay on trend by making sure you have the correct terms to add new inventory and items. A week of chatting with the people in the on screen box, you will realize that they fail you in customer service again, and again and again. I will be honest that I haven't tried using alot of other features because if you can't get my inventory right, what is the point?
