AUTOsist

Pros: The automated maintenance reminders and having all vehicle records stored in one place. It gives us clear visibility across our fleet, keeps us organised, and reduces the risk of missing MOTs, services or inspections. It’s simple to use and works well for a growing business managing multiple vehicles.

Cons: Pricing is slightly on the expensive side for smaller fleets. We currently only need one additional licence, but the requirement to purchase in larger bundles (minimum five) has meant we’ve held off expanding our subscription for now. More flexible licensing options would be helpful for growing businesses.

Pros: AUTOsist is probably the best fleet managing software out there. Very easy to use, very easy to learn. It provides all essential and extra functions of a fleet managing software for a good price.

Cons: I have not had any issues with how AUTOsist works or with what it offers. AUTOsist gets zero complains from me.

Pros: Autosist is very easy to use for fleet management once you get set up. The team is always very responsive and helpful. It's extremely helpful in our line of business to be able to access our fleet info via mobile app and on a desktop for information management. We really like being able to save all of our maintenance and inspection info in one place.

Cons: I don't have any cons at this time. I think the program works well. We are satisfied with customer service and how the program functions

Pros: It is very fuser friendly and intuitive. Tech support was great in the beginning when I needed assistance.

Cons: On date sensitive entries, the drop-down should start with the current year rather than have it listed last. Every date is usually today or in the future which requires scrolling rather than a quick click.

Pros: Ease of use and adaptibilty to our company. They were able to build a system that fit the needs of our company.

Cons: No major issues — if anything, I’d just like to see a few more customization options, but overall it met all my needs

Pros: Pros : having a maintenance record for all of our school buses and school vans. Easy to look up specific vehicles . The mobile app is very useful , we don't have to be at a pc to look up information. The team is very helpful when we have a question or tech problem.

Cons: Over all I really don't have any complaints. One complaint the price we have to keep an eye on how man vehicles we have if we go over by a few it bumps us up to the next bracket.

Pros: My favorite feature is that each driver has their own account which makes alerts easier to send out.

Cons: I’d like the folders for each vehicle to also be able to be put in groups of vehicles. For example, “Service Trucks” vs each individual vehicle in a folder.

Pros: Ease of use and imputing a new vehicle into the system. Camera hookup and set up was a breeze and easy to navigate.

Cons: Ability to add an external service ticket into maintenance portal is not easy, still haven't figured that out yet.

Pros: The maintenance, fleet management and inspection aspects. I use them daily to look at history and research any vehicle’s Reminders etc.

Cons: $$ amount entry in a cell of the Add a Service portion. To enter after clicking the cell multiple backspace is required to enter versus just being able to enter the value.

Pros: AUTOsist made it easy to track our fleet maintenance and inventory. The price per unit made it an easy choice to go with AUTOsist. The system was easy for our team to learn and use with the mobile app when getting fuel and doing vehicle inspections.

Cons: In the beginning we had some difficulty with getting our team set up initially with passwords but the upgrades to the system took care of that issue. Having records expire after a certain point makes it difficult for us to pull up previous records when necessary.

Pros: App does a great job tracking maintenance and repairs. Tried others in the past but nothing came close. Setting up the auto reminders for maintenance gives me great peace of mind.

Cons: You need a connection to the Cloud but that’s not much of an issue. Recently, each time I select one of my cars and it opens up, it asks me if I want to save any changes every time I leave that particular screen, even though I haven’t done anything.

Pros: I love being able to track where my vans are at all times. The garage function makes it so easy to keep the maintenance organized. Lastly, I love being able to check in and see that my drivers are being safe on the road.

Cons: Having to download the driver videos in three minute increments is very time consuming. I wish there was a different way it could be done.

Pros: After sales customer support was spot on....Went over and beyond...I didn't think that what they did for me was even in the radar..Recovered one of my car's data...

Cons: Not all pertinent information about your car are included. Would be nice if the ability to choose what information about a specific car could be done and designed as the personal reference.

Pros: I like that we are able to upload pictures and receipts. Also, on one screen it shows all the previous workorders.

Cons: I don't like that it doesn't email you scheduled or assigned workorders. I don't use it every day, and I would like to get notified when something is coming up or assigned to me.

Pros: The App is amazing. Also the team is so fast to respond, within minutes at times. They have even customized a few things for us at our request. Pay the money, it is a great tool

Cons: I was originally put off by the price, but it was so worth it

Pros: I maintain my own vehicles and this app makes my life and my record keeping so much easier! It is so simple to use and I love using it. I added a new bike and need an additional vehicle slot since my personal account only allowed for 5 vehicles and the Autosist team made it very easy to upgrade. I normally don't pay for apps but this one I am happy to as it is in constant use by me.

Cons: Not a lot of negative to say - it just plain works!

Pros: Everything. I absolutely love this product and the ease of use. The way our Fleet is managed is so much easier.

Cons: I am honestly very happy with this product

Pros: For the most part it is very user friendly, the amount of information that is stored with easy access when ordering part for a peace of equipment to MPG a vehicle gets.

Cons: It has more options then I utilize and have to get assistance to navigate through it but not sure if that is a AUTOsist fault or operator, I'm leaning toward operator.

Pros: easy to use , when you need help it is easy to have some help

Cons: nothing everything is nice easy and help is always easy

Pros: I like the reminders and the service section so i know how much money I am spending on vehicles.

Cons: The inventory section was the part i used the least.

Pros: User friendly, keeps our guys on track with paperwork, email or text reminders for PM.

Cons: I would like the option to purchase and add extra space for new equipment purchases.

Pros: Easy to use! Doesn't take a lot of time to set up.

Cons: The amount of trucks needed for certain price categories is a little low.
