Fleet Cost & Care

Pros: Nothing really stands out at this time, it seems to be easy to navigate.

Cons: Looking up jobs by job site seems to be a question form time to time but not that important.

Pros: Once it has been set up and customized to your industry it is an indispensable product. Without this, you are wasting both time and money. Set up is what takes the longest to use you can use the "canned" options giving but we decided to customize it to our specific needs. Yes a more time but worth it which then brings us to the tech support which is great. Should we come across a problem it has been answered if not within a few minutes but within 24 hours.

Cons: When you first get the product it can seem overwellming but its not, just ask and take your time. The other thing is intergration with the 64-bit Microsoft Office platform the emailing feature has issues unless you use the 32-bit function or at least with us.

Pros: Its ease of use for tracking equipment on jobs, service, and cost.

Cons: The software was built and based on crane rentals. Small changes/updates could make it so valuable for any size fleets of construction equipment other than cranes. Many items were built from the original version that could be updated to serve many more uses and expand the market implementation and acceptance. Many times these ideas are shot down by customer service or never implemented because it doesn't conform to what the system was originally designed for or we never hear back from them.

Pros: Perfect timing to move into paperless, once we got through set-up and training, we appreciate the efficiency of ATOM.

Cons: The various set-ups of databases and the re-training how we use to do it to how it needs to be done.

Pros: Real time data, highly functional, completely portable, handles all field functions quite well, Quotes, Scheduling, Rental, Maintenance.

Cons: I haven’t found any negatives from it, In my scope of work and range of its functions.

Pros: It's very easy to use and it's not hard to learn or pick up on at all.

Cons: I don't like the printing of invoices option.

Pros: I like the uniformity of the software and that there are not a lot of updates or changes. Once you have it figured out, it is very navigable.

Cons: The software seems slow to me, but that could be the environment it is being run on.

Pros: User Friendly Quick and easy to learn and implement in to your daily work/sales cycle. Staff are passionate, readily available and some of the most knowledgably folks in the industry Outstanding company

Cons: Spell check in Nex Gen would be nice, especially when creating quotes for submission to clients

Pros: It is easy to find projects and equipment when you need to look them up for future project. Also for tracking the maintenance of equipment

Cons: Customer service. It is hard to get a person on the phone

Pros: Provides good data and allows operations to function efficiently.

Cons: Difficult for sales to give clean quotes and proposals to customers.

Pros: Handles pretty much everything a software could for what I do.

Cons: Atom is tough to look for quotes, generate quotes etc...

Pros: Fleet Cost & Care works great for our business to keep track of our daily operations and expenses, this software has really streamlined our company. We have all the tools necessary to keep our costs down keep our profit margins high. Thank you

Pros: dispatching program and software integration

Cons: Inability to retract and edit documents after export

Pros: Flow of information in the purchases, inventory and voucher process....

Cons: Difficult to make changes to transactions when closed....should be an easier way to override. For example when a parts order to a customer is billed...it doesnt allow you to make changes to the PO / Voucher unless the Parts Order to the customer is opened back up. Generally invoices from our vendors always follows the invoice we sent to our customers so this is an issue

Pros: Compared to Verizon connect dispatch management,Employee management,Inventory management and maintenance management are better

Cons: And Verizon connect GPS tracking and fuel management is better than fleet cost care also Verizon connect as mileage tracking and routing

Pros: The efficiencies it creates, and the variety of management reports.

Cons: Nothing. There so much information available to you that you can't help, but make better decisions.

Pros: It works good for the industry we are in, It was designed by Crane Guys for Crane guys

Cons: Some reports are hard to get , we still have to do work around's to build some spread sheets

Pros: Ease of use with remote users. Multi users able to sign on at one time

Cons: cumbersome for internal billing. needs a better financial Bolton partner

Pros: The product is easy to use and greatly organized our processes and rental fleet.

Cons: We often go with what's offered as changes are cumbersome and take a long time for responses to implement.

Pros: Streamline our company and better access to project information.

Cons: Got the software 6 years ago at that time it was advance for us but they need to make more advancements. There reporting systems needs enchantment and it should be a web based product.

Pros: Off the shelf solution and broad functionality

Cons: Reports and forms are not easily developed by the user

Pros: It is very user friendly. Many reports also export very easily to Excel.

Cons: Some of the financial reports differ from my accounting software reports.
