Rydoo è stata la soluzione definitiva per la gestione amministrativa durante la mia gita di 14 giorni. Grazie alla scansione AI istantanea, ho digitalizzato ogni scontrino in tempo reale, eliminando il rischio di smarrimento e garantendo una rendicontazione impeccabile per la scuola. Nonostante qualche rara incertezza dell'OCR con ricevute olandesi meno nitide, la facilità nel categorizzare le spese e generare report professionali ha trasformato un onere burocratico in un processo fluido e trasparente. Indispensabile per ogni coordinatore all'estero.
Pros: Rydoo mi ha permesso di creare un evento specifico, ad esempio "PCTO Amsterdam 2026". Ho usato quest'app durante una gita con i miei studenti durata 14 giorni. E' stato possibile associare ogni singola spesa a quel viaggio specifico tenendo traccia degli acquisti alimentari, dei biglietti dei mezzi pubblici e dei biglietti di ingresso ai musei(Van gogh). A fine gita, con un solo clic ho generato un report completo in PDF o Excel da consegnare alla segreteria della scuola. È il completamento perfetto di un lavoro pulito, preciso e senza errori.
Cons: Se la ricevuta è stampata su carta termica di scarsa qualità o ha un layout poco comune (frequente nei piccoli esercizi olandesi), l'app potrebbe sbagliare a leggere l'importo o confondere la data.

It was a nice experience changing from Excel to this. First path to tech adoption but definitely not the best solution in the market

Cons: Tthe product itself lacked integrations which in the end contributed to having to do lots of manual work. You substitute excel for this, which is nicer to the eye but still significant work

Pros: Once you've been given access, it easy to find where you are supposed to upload your receipts. It's hard to fail with this software.
Cons: I always get the feeling that theyve designed it furst and the added functionalities and not the other way around. It looks really nice, but it does not contain a lot of functionality. The functionality that is there, you really need to click around to find.

Heel erg positief. Over het algemeen werkt deze app gewoon goed voor wat het moet doen. Zo weinig mogelijk tijd kwijt zijn met randzaken zoals declaraties invullen.
Pros: Rydoo is echt super! Een foto van je bonnetje en alles word automatisch ingevuld. Wat extra gegevens aanvullen en opsturen. Ik ben echt heel erg te spreken over Rydoo. Gemakkelijk in te vullen, overzichtelijke app waar je de status van je declaratie kan zien.
Cons: Eigenlijk erg weinig. Reiskosten invullen zou misschien nog wat makkelijker kunnen.

Used Rydoo for all company's trips. The app makes it easier to submit the expenses as soon as possible so you don't forget to do so

En general es buena pero pudiera ser mejor, no es un software tan completo como otros pero por su precio, vale la pena usar.
Pros: Su sencillez y la facilidad de subir gastos desde la aplicación del celular.Tiene múltiples monedas, lo que permite rendir gastos de cualquier empleado en cualquier país.El clasificador de gastos automático ahorra mucho tiempo.
Cons: No permite el pago de los gastos reembolsables por sí misma, para hacer estos pagos, debes enviar la data a otro sistema, como Quickbooks.No permite la exportación de información individualizada o de algo en específico.

Pros: I use this software daily for my expense reporting. Having used other software in other companies, Rydoo is much easier and doesn't clutter the user experience. I like that the experience is consistent between the mobile app and the web-based interface.
Cons: The only issue I have is that if you don't wait for the expense to show as created after saving, you will lose the uploaded receipt.

From scanning through submission, Rydoo provides a user-friendly application that breaks down the process into a series of distinct phases. Streamlining the process of creating and uploading tickets, which are immediately converted into the necessary data. Prior to rydoo, it would take longer to acquire approval for spending. Due to the fact that this method is more well-structured, there is less of a possibility that an expenditure payment would be missed.
Pros: I appreciate the tool's simplicity and the helpfulness of the support staff. The ease with which I was able to enter information and obtain reimbursement for my costs; the simplicity with which new expenses could be added and existing ones could be updated. It's awe-inspiring that the worth of factors is automatically recorded.
Cons: There are few possibilities available. The software appears to have a slender feature set. Ex. Compared to your primary currency, you can't see the conversion rate. There are instances when we need to alter the scan too much; keep moving forward with scanning and intelligence to automatically fill in the data.

Pros: I use this software to submit receipts for reimbursement. I only use it on occasion so I am not as adept as I would like to be with it. I think overall it is easy to use and gets the job done.
Cons: I wish it was more intuitive. It seems handy to upload receipts but every time I do I get flagged for the receipt being missing so I have to redo my submission.

Well at the beginning it was good.. but I think in the last year it's declining..
Pros: Easy to scan receipt. Easy to use with user.
Cons: No way to update easily credit card statement. Every time we do that, i.e. once a month , two of our credit card statements do not update correctly. Which one, it's random. Now I will have to do that manually. Thanks Rydoo, you are good at promising.. but then, it's my problem. I have been having patience, but I think i will migrate for next year to something easier, or at least cheaper...

Overall, Rydoo is sufficiently user friendly that I can do what I need to do, but it definitely isn’t the smoothest experience.
Pros: I love that the software will pull information from the receipt I upload, reducing the data I have to input myself.
Cons: The app does not sync well with the web portal and it is quite tricky to add a different payment method used.

The software fulfills the main purpose, and make your life easier.
Pros: It's really easy and fast to submit your expences to the system. The approval procedure is transparent, you can always check the status of each receipt.
Cons: Can't think about anything I do not like. I and a user so can't evaluate the tool from administrative point of view, but it seems quite simple to handle.

Great way to manage travel and expenses for a small office in which travel occurs often. Definitely has helped make our the process of filing expense and reimbursement forms more efficient.
Pros: Rydoo is another travel and expense management app that our office is trying out. Overall, the interface is user friendly and easy to understand.
Cons: The auto receipt capture can sometimes be a little finicky and not read all the relevant data, but this doesnt occur too often.

It is a basic expense management tool. It does not differentiate itself from others enough.
Pros: It is a basic expense management tool, not super robust but also easy to use. It gets the job done at a minimum level.
Cons: Not as many features are more robust software options. Bad customer support. Not overall a helpful product.

Pros: The ease of sending receipts to my email was great - but receipt bank could do that PLUS they have great customer service.
Cons: - Their payment structure is awful. I tried to change users/permissions to pay less per month and they wouldn't allow me. - They charged me for a full year and would not let me be refunded (even though it was the day I was charged on my VISA) and when I tried to export after I cancelled I had no access (even though I paid for the year). - The customer service is absolutely terrible - I've had to wait weeks for answers to simple questions.

I've been using this for 3 years ..... like with Microsoft, once in it isn't that easy to get out. But this will be my LAST year! GARBAGE!
Pros: General layout and concept is lean and easy to understand.
Cons: Dysfunctional. Due to architectural design and technical flaws it takes more time to use this system than to do your records manually. I have no idea how they've got such a high rating other than paying for fake reviews! The matching algorithm fails 90% of the time. Receipt scanning misreads dates, amounts and vendors. And technical support is USELESS! Support personnel don't listen to your complain, they just hand you links to useless articles that you already checked. Dealing with support on ongoing issues, they can never get their heads around the actual issue, nor do they seem to actually have any interest in improving the technical glitches and implementing even "easy" efficiency improvements.

Pros: I tried to use Rydoo and its predecessor Xpenditure a long time for handling the company receipts. I never got it to work very well, and moved to another system. The cancellation procedure was awful, and I believe it tells a lot about Rydoo's company culture and practices.
Cons: What made the experience exceptionally bad, was that their cancellation procedure easily tricks you to to put the account into a "read-only" mode, instead of deleting it all together. Even though you get a confirmation on the screen, they don't send the confirmation by email, and will charge additional amount for the "read-only" mode. This charge is not described in a contract or terms and conditions. Their customer service or even the top management did not want to hear my complaints, and customer service rep was, in a word, impolite in their communications. Because of this, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I felt that I need to write this review to warn others who are considering their services.

Very great experience. We can solve all the issues managing the travel expense. Everything is recorded in the system with the relevant information. Most helpful part is the possibility to have the approval of the manager for the invoices.
Pros: Rydoo is a great software for managing for expense management. It's very easy to use and to learn. We are testing the tool since the last months and surprisingly we discovered a lot of interesting functionalities: upload the invoice, create user-manager, create a flow of approval, etc.. We are very happy with it and thinking to implement the solution for all our offices.
Cons: At the moment it's difficult to find something wrong with the software as we are not using it for a long time. So far, so cool.

I don't have much control over whether we continue to use this software or pivot to another reimbursement system, but dang that stupid mobile app makes me so mad.
Pros: I love that I can snap a picture of my receipt and open my phone to submit my receipt/ reimbursement request immediately. It's nice to be able to report the spend in the moment so I don't have to worry about keeping the receipt and turning it in when I get back to the office.
Cons: The mobile app SUCKS. It takes so long to load and then the screen will freeze as you type, so you have to type one letter at a time and wait for it to load. That doesn't sound too bad but I promise you when you actually have to sit and wait for every single letter you type to pull up into the comment box it can make your blood boil.
