Pros: Ability to measure timeline of trips and time spent at a given location Seamless integration with Paychex Multi tiered approvals

Cons: No formal issuance of GPS Tracking Consent forms or authorizations from employees using the app for work.

Pros: TripLog Mileage has been a life saver for my finance team, allowing us to improve process controls for both employee mileage reimbursements and corporate credit card expense management. We were able to set up custom fields for our 7 segment accounting codes, allowing staff to give the finance team the coding directly. The use of mileage/trip verification to Google maps and the document management for receipts, in combination with supervisor and manager approval audit trails, has made our annual audits a breeze since Oct 1, 2022, when we launched. When we needed help to have a bank transaction feed, they spent hours to confirm the needed software development, shaving hours off my staff's processing time. The sync of the mobile app to the online website have made it easy for all the generations of our staff, making it easy for every level of user. It is a solid tool for an incredible price.

Cons: TripLog wasn't originally created for the non-profit industry, but is adaptable. Some of the settings (i.e. assigned vehicles, tracking odometer, etc.) aren't valuable to our organization, but some of them are able to be disabled. I've just learned how to maneuver around these.

Pros: Customer support is great, especially by [sensitive content hidden] How accurate it is in tracking employee trips. Staff sometimes forget to add a location, but the gps feature shows where their car stopped and I can zoom in and get the location.

Cons: I have set up parameters, such as entering a client’s name and purpose of the trip. However, employees often neglect to enter that info. I wish TripLog would not allow the employee to log their trip without entering all required information.

Pros: I love the automatic tracking that recognizes my previous locations! It’s so helpful.

Cons: Getting started was a little confusing but the app grows on you! Finding the referral program is a little tough but it’s online only too.

Pros: It provides easy tracking of miles and it also has the function to add what project the company is currently working on.

Cons: At first, it didn't combine all miles for the same job. But, now it does.

Pros: able to enter job numbers for the milage the guys are working on.

Cons: there was alot of trial and error. Not much for training us once we signed up.

Pros: It could not be any easier to use. Even our least tech-savvy team members have found it very easy to get started.

Cons: Some team members initially report increased battery drain, but this is an issue that can be worked around.

Pros: Extremely easy to use. I use Magic Trip an set the parameters and TripLog does the rest.

Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like about using the program.

Pros: TripLog is a great tool that has directly improved our reporting for our small business by allowing us to track our staffs mileage in an easy user friendly way. It saves me time weekly so that I don't have to manually review where they are driving for mileage.

Cons: It drains our field services phone battery. We are thinking about switching from the phone model to the beacon in order to help with phone efficiency.

Pros: Make reporting mileage so easy! I love the automated weekly report sent directly to my email!

Cons: I have not found any cons with this product.

Pros: I was intrigued by all of the features, and especially the new Triplog USB Drive - which boasts that it can track all of your trips anywhere with the push a button to categorize from business/personal and other.. The drive does not work at all without your phone on, and the app open, and the AutoStart feature enabled on your phone. The USB is just a money grab, it does not actually do anything!

Cons: Unreliable products, that do not do what they advertise. Very complicated to setup, does not sync and does not accurately log trips, with or without their extra products. Customer service is blunt, and offers very little explanation or instruction. They asked me to download a third party app to try and fix their USB. When I searched the app on iOS, it doesn't even exist. They have side-stepped my request for refund so far. Just try another tracking solution, Triplog is not a reliable company or product.

Pros: Autostart is a good feature. The only downside is that at the end of the year when you download a detailed report you only get the total milage whish is not sufficient for millage tracking.

Cons: We use multiple software and applications at our firm. Unfortunately, we found it extremely difficult to set up three separate vehicles under one account for our company. After four weeks of watching instructional videos, having the customer service, and all our management team involved, none of us was able to set it up. We decided to just go with the two vehicles, although we are paying for three, and just combine the reports from two vehicles into a third one. As it is the beginning of 2024, and we are trying to get daily mileage reports, we are finding out that they are simply not available. We only get the total mileage, which we can get from reading the odometer. We wanted a year of subscription and will be discontinuing the subscription.

La possibilité aussi d'exporter les rapports de visites, d'ajouter les reçus d'essence. Il calcul aussi le coût au niveau de l'essence et de l'usure du véhicule selon le kilométrage parcouru et les montants des dépenses véhicules entrées.

Cons: Parfois si la distance n'est pas assez grande entre 2 commerces, il ne va pas démarrer, mais c'est peut-être aussi la configuration de la vitesse de détection que j'avais fait qui cause cela.

Cons: App fails. Data format is impossible to use. Subpar product. No number to call

Pros: TripLog is a terrific program for logging your mileage and data management for backups and taxes. It allows you to start/end mileage for any project you may be working on with traveling involved. It also calculates your mileage based on the standard.

Cons: It allows you to send out Excel files to your e-mail, but this layout isn't the most user friendly. Other than that I have had no complaints!

Pros: When I needed the app, it was useful most of the time.

Cons: Policies of the company are onerous and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced if you want to cancel or get help/communication.

Pros: This software is very helpful when planning my trips.

Cons: It could be a bit faster to use with more instructions.

Pros: Can track miles for the tax purposes as I am working as independent contractor. The company come up with idea of the flash drive kind of device along with application features. It prevents draining cell phone batteries and can accurately track mile. Also, it is useful when you will not have cell phone network and actually want to track the miles. Also, features of sync with business card to track transactions, to put a record of receipts for fuel. The nice thing about the flash device is that you can change mode to work and personal use of car. Can combine mileage data with the Inuit Quickbooks.

Cons: Too complicated to set up application and features. App needs to make more user-friendly.

Pros: Overall the product is easy to use and brings much needed visibility to our mileage reimbursement program. Easy to submit miles, approve, and process for payment.

Cons: Calculated miles can be incorrect depending on the phone model and service coverage. The ability to link credit cards into the app is great, but not all banks have the ability to connect (i.e. not ours).

Pros: Easy to deploy for my team, accurate and simple tracking

Cons: administrative report generation is challenging to navigate

Pros: It was straight-forward and simple to implement.

Cons: It was hard to integrate into processes and feed into accounting system.

Pros: once the app is working correctly it's a great tool and keeps track of our mileage great.

Cons: that at times it loses mileage because the app stops working and not because the app was swiped close and not reopened. the mileage can't be recovered and it is a pain to add mileage manually.

Pros: I like the gps feature. reports are good, cost

Cons: The constant uploading and reminding my staff to do data syncs is not effective. The auto trip feature is not good, the multiple trips it creates if someone slows down or stops is confusing and time consuming for a admin to assist or fix. The other feature that is weird is when someone forgets to add the mileage, trip log sometimes starts over and it messes up the miles for trips after that.
