Pros: Expensify has completely transformed the way we handle expenses. The interface is clean, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use, even for team members who aren’t particularly tech‑savvy. Receipt scanning works seamlessly, accurately capturing details and significantly reducing manual entry time. The real‑time expense tracking and approvals make it simple to stay on budget and keep everything transparent. What really stands out is how well Expensify integrates with accounting systems and corporate cards, creating a smooth end‑to‑end workflow from purchase to reimbursement. Reporting is clear, customizable, and saves countless hours at month‑end. On top of that, customer support is responsive and helpful whenever questions arise.

Cons: Expensify is very powerful, but pricing could be better, the interface can be slow during heavy use or in peak times.

Pros: Simplicidade e facilidade de utilizar. Super didatico. Tenho despesas utilizando ou nao o cartao corporativo e o fluxo segue normalmente.

Cons: Nao tenho do que m queixar. Sempre que utilizei em nenhum momento foi ncessario refazer. funciona super bem

Pros: Expensify is highly user-friendly and efficient. The auto-upload receipt feature is a huge game changer. No longer having the need to constantly track paper receipts is amazing!

Cons: The only complaint I have is sometimes after adding in all the information, it can be a little confusing as to whether the reimbursement was submitted yet or not. But that is all I can think of.

Pros: It is very user friendly, easy to navigate and self help in the functions. The ability to customise for transaction sync and reporting is also great.

Cons: It is more for US company. As an AU company, we could not benefit from travel function and the cash back program.

Pros: Expensify is user friendly, very practical how it is laid out and obvious how to create and submit expenses.

Cons: Have not had any issues with it yet but I am not a regular user. For what I sue it for, the occasional travel expenses, it has never had any issues.

Pros: Expensify has fundamentally simplified how our traveling employees handle expenses. The mobile receipt scanning is fast and accurate, the Uber integration means ride expenses log themselves, and the digital approval workflow replaced a slow, paper-heavy process that was frustrating for everyone. For a company with as many people in the field as SoundThinking, it just works.

Cons: The biggest frustration is that Expensify only solves half the problem — we still need a separate tool for travel booking, which means employees are constantly switching between platforms for what should be one seamless workflow. The integration setup (particularly with Uber) is also more complicated than it should be, and the handoff to NetSuite for back-end accounting still requires more manual effort from Finance than we'd like.

Pros: I started using Expensidy because the team grew Up and some of them were in need of reporting all the expensas in one place rather than using different tools or miss any expense. I nevera used the customer supoort but their welcomed series email were so cool and helped a lot the first 2 weeks.

Cons: Sometimes when you try to upload a big size file you cannot do it vía mobile (but maybe that's just a problem of my phone)

Pros: It's easy to use. I use it for the company credit card. It automatically emails an expense report to accounting on the first of the month. All I do is take a picture of the receipt and write a brief description of the expense. It does the rest.

Cons: You do have to pay for the receipt scan feature, but that only saves a few seconds of typing, so it's not a big deal

Pros: Expensify has been great for managing my weekly work expenses. I’ve never had any issues, and the service works really well.

Cons: Photos sometimes don't match with expense but doesn't cause an issue when submitting for review. Still enjoy the service

Cons: From a user standpoint, there aren’t any major frustrations. The simplicity of the system actually works in its favor and helps maintain regular use. That said, the automatically captured details are not always perfectly accurate, so there are times when categories or minor details need to be reviewed or adjusted. From a bookkeeping perspective, this becomes more noticeable, as the data still requires a final review before being fully ready for accounting purposes. Also, since transactions are grouped into Expense Reports, there can be some extra steps when breaking things down for detailed categorization or reconciliation. However, this feels like a reasonable trade-off for keeping the overall experience simple and user-friendly.

Pros: The convenience of the day-to-day cost control is simply stunning as our jewelry customers can easily scan the paper bills on international gem trade exhibitions directly through their mobile phones.

Cons: The competitive pricing levels are not very good value money when it comes to a mid-sized boutique, and the customer support is annoyingly slow when we have to deal with unforeseen bugs and problems that slow our month-end closing.

Pros: I find that submitting my expense reports is very easy and fast! This would usually be something that I dreaded, but instead, I find it enjoyable!! Thank you!!

Cons: I really can't think of anything I did not like about my experience. It is a great product! Every time I use the application, it exceeds my expectations!

Pros: Expense Management is very smooth and support team is responsive and proactive. They are very quick to report if any document is missing.

Cons: Reporting is one of the topic where it needs little improvement. Overall it looks good but sometimes few fields will be missing in the report.

Cons: I do not think I disliked anything about Expensify. It is pretty simple to use, I did not have to ask management for help.

Pros: It makes managing my business credit card expenses simple. And make it easy to upload receipts, photograph and even email them to my expensify account. At the end of the month, my expense report is quick and accurate. My accountant appreciates it all of the detail.

Cons: I don't have many negatives but sometimes the setup can be difficult. The app and the web page differ so much. I wish they added more features to the app

Pros: Easy to use, I like that you can just take a picture of your receipts and look at the photo to fill in your info.

Cons: No dis-likes, it works well. I submit to my HR team and i will get reimbursed in a matter of a few days.

Pros: I find Expensify superbly easy to use. I can easily claim expenses in just 2 minutes instead of emailing back and forth with the HR department. The initial setup was very easy; I just used the company email to sign in, and everything was set up.

Cons: For any issue, finding their chatbot is a bit difficult and it's still an AI, it takes time to connect to human support.

Pros: I like that Expensify is very easy to use. I have enjoyed working with this app to upload my receipts and expenses directly to it so that I can get all of that taken care of in one simple app. I’m able to report all my transactions on a daily basis and get everything squared away. My team enjoy working with this app I am so glad they picked it for our company. It is a very valuable program that any customer would enjoy using. I haven’t ran into any issues at all with it.

Cons: There’s nothing that I really have an issue with at all about Expensify as I said before no issues really I am able to upload and do whatever I need to with the app

Pros: It's simple, straight forward and fast. The feature of expenses recognition is a time saver: just do a photo of receipt and expenses will be added automatically. No headache or forgotten bills.

Cons: The application could be more light and fast, but in general it works as solid and simple tool that helps to safe time.
