It is a good platform if the admin team is always available and if they set the platform up correctly
Pros: Managers in my current company use this platform to submit expenses for transports in London and for expenses made abroad that vary from travels, food and anything extra related to work. It is very efficient platform.
Cons: What I don’t like about the platform is that is not that easy to use. Many clicks required to arrive at the end of the process. And also, as for every expense there is a reason to select, if the admin team did not set the reason that you need, you have to contact them and ask if they can update it for you. A bit of a long process.

Overall a good experience with room for improvement but I would suggest it to other companies as it achieved my expectation.

Pros: Webexpenses is clear and easy to use for the most part. It enables me to make claims for work expenses and get them paid back to me.
Cons: The process of uploading and adding receipts to a claim is a bit confusing and it's not clear when a receipt has just been added to Webexpenses, or when it has been added to the claim itself. It also occasionally glitches and logs me out. However, when this happens, I don't lose any process on what I'd already filled in, which is good.

Daily expenses are made quick and easy, especially as it links in directly with my HR app. Having the mileage calculator built in, and it being linked up with my HR app makes this a great, all-in-one feeling solution that doesn't add clutter to my work flow.
Pros: The granular breakdown of expenses is really easy - just from a single expense I can very easily see buttons to split payments and tag-in collogues. It takes what would feel like more complex expense reports, and makes it stress-free. I don't need to write in lots of context as the forms allow me to feel confident in what I'm filling out due to the options. Built-in mileage calculator is really handy, and most importantly I trust that when I've submitted my expenses, it's all sorted and correct. I couldn't say the same for PeopleHR's expenses thing we used to use - that couldn't keep the attachments linked to my expenses.
Cons: I think the User Interface is a little outdated, but I wouldn't say this takes away from any of the functionality. It's a tad cluttered I'd say.

Not too hard to learn and once you use it is easy to continue to use every time. There are a few minor issues, but nothing major.
Pros: Ease of adding receipts and linking with Invoices. Approvals workflow works well with email sent and links provided.
Cons: Maps in New Zealand do not know well known places like Google Maps does. Receipts that have been added sometimes go missing and then reappear days later.

Three weeks in I'm still not sure if I'm fully inputting all the information and reporting expenses properly
Pros: Clear history display on notification email but when I try to drill through its unclear if I'm on the right page. Perhaps tiles layout would be better?
Cons: Navigation to find how to add detail/context is clunky on PC screen as I need to keep going back to home screen

During my short time using Webexpenses I have found it extremely easy to use, both as a drafter of expenses for submission and as a reviewer of expense claims and would recommend it to other businesses looking for expense software.
Pros: Webexpenses has a user friendly interface and it is easy to create and submit expenses for review. It also integrates very well with our existing accounting software (Sage).
Cons: I have only been using it for a short time so have not encountered many cons to webexpenses. The only issue I have faced is updating my personal details, which can be not intuitive.

webexpenses provide regular prompts if information is missing when making a request which helps those new to the platform
Pros: Webexpenses is easy to use once you receive the full training required. They provide regular prompts when using the platform which is great for new joiners.
Cons: No training provided when changing over to webexpenses, therefore delayed requests as not aware of what was required.

I feel it has been very good, it has an easy to use interface and is laid out well and very clearly.
Pros: Easy too use. Decent app attachment for receipts on the go. There are helpful guides and information sections.
Cons: Nothing stands out as a negative. I did not have the choice to use this system but I am happy with it.

From both a user and approval perspective, the process feels smooth and well thought out. Approvals are straightforward, and the notifications are helpful because I always know when a claim has been approved and paid. Overall, Webexpenses has made the expense process faster, more transparent, and much easier to manage.
Pros: I’ve found Webexpenses very easy and efficient to use in my day-to-day work. Being able to take photos of receipts and submit claims straight away saves a lot of time and removes the hassle of manual entry. I like that the app clearly shows the history and status of my claims, so I can easily see what’s been submitted, what’s pending, and what’s been approved.
Cons: The UX isn't always intuitive on the app when you're a new user. In particular, when you're trying to add a photo to the expenses claim its not always clear on where it should be added. The button to actually submit a claim could also be more visible to improve the UX of the app.

Submitting claims and getting them approved is a quick, logical process from start to finish. What really stands out is the transparency of the process. You always know exactly where your claim stands in the approval workflow. There are no more black holes or guessing games; visibility is immediate for both employees and approvers.
Cons: While we are highly satisfied overall, a couple of minor pain points prevent a perfect score: Receipt Organisation: While uploading individual receipts is a breeze, the process of organizing those receipts into a larger claim can sometimes be a bit fiddly, requiring a few extra clicks to group items exactly how you want them. Occasional Login Glitches: We’ve experienced a handful of instances where logging in fails temporarily. It seems to resolve itself quickly and points to an occasional server-side hiccup rather than a user error, but it can be frustrating when you need quick access.

When onboarded it took a couple of times to figure it out but now I find it really straight forward.
Pros: Ease of use Stores previous addresses Tick box for return journeys I like that it calculates your mileage for you
Cons: I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about the product. I find it really easy to use and makes submitting mileage a fast process.

Not good and to be honest our accounting team says it is subpar. The platform isn't user friendly and does not help them. on the user side it is the same.
Pros: Sorry but nothing. I have not liked using the platform, approving is not helpful and honestly the value is not there along with uploading self is very dated.
Cons: It is so lacking in so many ways. I currently use it and I do not like the platform. It is not easy to use.

I find it quite an easy platform to use, although if you leave your daily travel for too long it take a long time to catch up.
Pros: Easy platform to book my mileage and expenses and easy to plan my route. Takes no time at all to log my daily travel
Cons: If you are traveling in London, trying to remember your route is near on impossible so you can only log the distance.

Good. Have not tried the app but I am intending to, gives an extra dimension to the claims process and means you can do things immediately.
Pros: Easy to use! Particularly the map options for claiming mileage - also gives alternative routes. Would recommend !
Cons: Sometimes difficult to add receipts but this may be due to the way it has been set up for the company I work for?

It's a great platform and I find it one of the best I have come across, with easy functionality on the website, good to duplicate expenses when creating a new set of expenses, and an easy way to upload and manage receipts.
Pros: I like the user interface, the way in which it's easy to navigate the main pages and the ability to simply duplicate receipts.
Cons: I would like it if it was easier to do the expenses logging and management on the iOS app, which isn't the easiest to use.

i enjoy using the programme. It is clear and easy to use, I would recommend this for other companies to use.
Pros: its quick and easy to use. nothing confusing about it. I enjoy being able to claim my miles and entertainment costs back
Cons: the receipt bit means duplicating it sometimes and was confusing to start with. it confuses me sometimes as i have to put my expenses through to be changed to euros

Overall, very good! No dealbreakers. It doesn't make you pull your hair out, so that must mean it is very good!
Pros: I like the separate sections under one claim, I like the fact you can add multiple receipts to one claim.
Cons: You cannot add receipts without saving first - it seems counterproductive to save and then add receipts.

Easy to use, steps take a logical order so there is very little room for confusion. Only improvement could be more notifications but I found the whole process of submitting an expense very straight forward
Pros: For someone that has never had to raise an expenses request before I found the process very easy to follow and had no issues. The layout is very user friendly.
Cons: Only negative I have found is that I would like to receive a confirmation email when the request was sent not just when It was approved. I found myself having to sign back in to make sure it had gone through ok.

Overall experience very positive, just discovered you can copy full claims so that is quite useful too. The layout and design make it easy to use.
Pros: Webexpenses is clear and easy to use, it has lots of features and can be used in multiple ways. For someone who isn't very techy I've really enjoyed using this.
Cons: There is a copy feature within your claim but it would be helpful if there was a way to remember journeys when doing mileage claims. Like as a feature and name them so you can just click that rather than having to input each one.

This system is easy to use and easy to navigate. Once you have just it once or twice you are soon doing the process without thinking.
Pros: It is fairly straight forward and self explanatory. You can't go to far wrong inputting your expenses.
Cons: Sometimes the uploading of receipts can be a bit clunky, as good as the AI is in recognising the dates etc, it can sometimes get the total cost wrong if a discount has been applied.
