Pros: What I like most about Timesheets.com is that it doesn't just support clock-in/clock-out, it supports per diem, milage and other expenses

Cons: It does not have a dedicated app for the phone; it is more of a web application. It would be more user-friendly if they added an app you could download onto your phone.

Pros: I use Timesheets.com to record my weekly work hours for payroll. The platform is easy to use and allows me to review and track my time efficiently.

Cons: I used Timesheets.com for 6 years at work. Overall it worked well, but at times the site ran a little slowly, so I feel the platform could be updated and optimized for better performance.

Cons: Some intermittent time tracking or responsiveness of support glitches lead to delays every time instant fixes are required for payroll or scheduling functions.

Pros: Timesheets.com is easy and convenient to use for our employees. For a manager, the reporting is comprehensive. Implementation, training, and post-implementation follow-up was top notch!

Cons: Lack of convenient hourly time daily autofill. This feature is common with other products, and I hope that the company implements this.

Cons: It would be great to see isolation of California meal break and more robust overall functionalities.

Pros: What I did like most about Timesheets.com is the ability to keep track of employee's time especially if they missed a punch. It's very organized. It met all of our needs.

Cons: It can be a little bit slow at times and updates can take a long time which can become very inconvenient.

They take the time to show me how to fix what I need and how to use the system more efficiently. The global entry feature is the best, I can go in and make an entry for everyone. Gideon is the best!!!!

Pros: The reporting tools are fantastic, providing insightful analytics that help me monitor productivity, overtime and paid time off requests. Customer support has also been top-notch. They helped fix my issue with uploading the payroll report into Heartland which has significantly cut down the time it takes to process payroll now!

Cons: It would be nice if the monthly cost could be a little lower.

Pros: I will probably never be a "power user" of Timesheets.com since we have a very small part-time staff and our work set-up is not complicated. I really appreciate the technical support that's available to Timesheets.com clients. We are a nonprofit organization with a limited budget and Timesheets.com is so reasonably priced.

Cons: When our account was first set up, I had a learning curve. I feared that Timesheets.com would be time-consuming each month--but the technical support and online tutorials really helped.
