I like that someone is available to help when I am having problems. Everyone is willing to help. They do everything to make sure I understand how to do something and make sure I have everything completed correctly. Thank you!
Pros: It is easy to find the items I am trying to build for our events. I can create categories to make it easier for me to find what I need and do in the system.
Cons: The reports are all or none. It would be nice to select just what you need for the report. Sometimes I just need 5 certain topics, but I have to download all the detail to get a few columns.

I utilized Saffire ticketing system for the past 4 years as ticket manager for a non-profit event attended by over 40K people annually.
Pros: Saffire is a very user friendly tool and the support staff is outstanding in their communication and produce knowledge.
Cons: I don't have much to say here since it meets all needs and is a quality product. Cost is comparable to others but the quality is exceptional.

Cons: Nothing so far, everything has been extremely easy to navigate with guidance. Love that support is available when needed also.

Pros: I love SaffireTix cos of their strong customer support and protection against fraud tools, also their setup is really friendly.
Cons: Their inability to purchase multiple seats in a single transaction when using certain ticket grouping options

Pros: I especially liked flexibility of SaffireTix in terms of ticket types and different modes and pricing listed here, altered without support from any third party. In a multi-day music festival context, dynamic pricing and updating of the redemption rules made it easier to increase attendance and monitor consumer usage with ease.
Cons: The challenge I encountered was that during high sales volume, the reporting was delayed by about 5 to 10 minutes. It became impractical to monitor current sales numbers for making immediate decisions for using flash offers in certain conditions.

Good experience overall. Made ticketing and gate management much easier and faster. Definitely helped us move people through lines quicker at our event.
Pros: Very easy to use for ticket sales and check-ins. The scanners work fast, and the system handled a pretty big crowd without issues. Setup was smooth too, which was a big plus.
Cons: Reporting tools could be better — a bit limited if you want deeper insights. Also, it would be great if customization for tickets and receipts was more flexible.

SaffireTix is an all around solution for website creation and much more. They are are good product as a reasonable price.
Pros: The features are easy to use and fairly straightforward. I also like that there are tutorials that are easy to understand when I am lost or needing help.
Cons: I think that sometimes the customizability of the different website sections can be hard to understand. E.g. creating sections within sections, etc.

Pros: I liked the ability to retain complete control over our ticket kind, pricing, and policies during our event week provided by SaffireTix. I utilized their 3-touch POS at the box office, and high-volume sales that would usually entail long waiting time were greatly eased.
Cons: One problem which I found was that it is quite hard to change redemption rules during the sale process. As much as the platform is self-managed, the changes did not translate instantly across all sale channels leaving some online and ticket validation disparities.

Pros: SaffireTix is a user-friendly, and easy to use, theres even videos that you can watch to "Self-Teach" yourself.
Cons: Not that is was too much of a con but its not very customizable.

This was our first event using SaffireTix. The setup was easy to understand and our customer service rep was fantastic. The communication was out of this world. I would recommend this site to anyone throwing an event.
Pros: We truly appreciated how easy it was for our users to access the app. Once they scanned the code, it was game on.
Cons: With this being our first event using SaffireTix, we truly didn't experience any issues.

Pros: Great Customer service. Always only a phone call or email away. Quick to respond to concerns and they work diligently to correct the issue.

We have had great service. When things don't work, they respond and we have seen big improvements through the years.
Pros: The ease in getting someone to help us on any question. It is also easy to set up and run our ticketing. I love that we can also run our scanners in offline mode if our internet or phone connects go out.
Cons: Dynamic comparison reports are hard. The reporting is very detailed, but I would like to see more comparison.

Pros: We've been using Saffire for over the past 5 years and have created a great relationship with all of the team. Starting out with only the website and now to present day using every product they have to offer (website, ticketing, and blast pass), we are definitely team Saffire! The backend of website is easy to use and full of tools to make us successful. Ticketing platform is rock solid and easy to use pre-festival and onsite. We've gone all in with the Blastpass system, by building our own trailers this year to hold the kiosks to house them during festival; and the onsite staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to making our event the best. Their entire platform is reliable, easy to use, and full of features to help our event. Partnering with Saffire has accredited to our success and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

The easy processes Saffire has brought to our ticketing has greatly reduced Box Office labor costs at both our Golden Spike Event Center and Peery’s Egyptian Theater as well as significantly improved the speed and ease of entrance lines. This translates to a greatly improved customer experience.
Pros: Saffire made it an easy transition for our first time into mobile ticketing.
Cons: We need to utilize some of the marketing tools available but honestly, this lies upon our staff to take advantage of, and learn more of what tools are available within Saffire.

Our transition to Saffire has been great not only because of increased revenues, but because of the easy integration between website and ticketing and their passion to help us reach success. Their team is committed to providing the best experiences for both merchant and consumer with easily accessible resources, hands-on support at all times, and simple to use platforms.
Pros: The ease of functionality between ticketing and website as everything is on the same platform and simple to learn and use.
Cons: While the platform is easy to use, there are some aspects that can only be changed/edited by Saffire reps, so not being able to change everything on your own can be inconvenient at times. However, this has never caused a big issue.

Saffire has been so easy to work with & extremely patient with our team. Starting with ticketing for a number of years and now most recently migrated to include website. Their process with us from start to finish was phenomenal. We had weekly progress meetings and updates and able to work hands on as we go. Not to mention the expert customer service agents who will walk us through the “how to” or “where to find.” Being a County Fair who is basically seasonal it always takes some retraining & refresher courses and they’re right there to help us through. Ticketing for us was a game changer and the process from start to finish is so easy. The behind the scenes accounting has been a great way to verify that our numbers are in line. I feel very comfortable going to any of the Saffire team members to get answers, improve and help make our business grow.
Pros: Saffire is unquestionably the best system from top to bottom. Website, ticketing and whatever else you might need, Saffire can help. I’ve always admired how the Saffire family is out in the community, knows all their customers, and serves each like they are the only one. If other companies modeled Saffire, success would be guaranteed!
Cons: No cons. Just a simple learning curve needs to be considered. Everyone on our team is comfortable with all phases of Saffire.

We changed over to Saffire for our shopping cart and ticketing platform about a year ago, and we couldn't be happier. The team has been easy to work with, responsive, and has ultimately helped our team save time (and ticketing headaches). I would highly recommend Saffire to anyone looking to change over from hard copy tickets to digital (which we did - and we couldn't be happier), as well as general ticketing needs.
Pros: I am not tech savvy, and the backend is SO easy for me to operate, the reporting is so easy to understand, the tickets are so easy to manipulate in the way you need (whether that's sending out comps, or putting some on hold, or releasing those holds, etc.)
Cons: I wish we had thought to make sure the end users ticket included a map of their seats, which we will be adding next year. Since we are a very large parade/festival, we had some folks who weren't familiar with the seating locations and a map that showed street names (because we take place on a 4mile stretch of road) would have been great. Definitely adding in the future!

We do all ticket sales and ecommerce through SaffireTix. It's a very easy to use platform and is simple to retain for new employees.
Pros: Great to work with.Staff is responsive and willing to face presented challenge. Consistently go above and beyond on numerous projects.Eager and willing to expand their potential and products offered. CMS is simple and user friendly for the less tech-savvy individuals. They accept feedback and are always introducing new and improved updates to their software, website platform and app.
Cons: Appears cookie cutter and is challenging to customize to be different than other sites.
