Pros: In comparison to our previous platform... I'd say the tech support is way more SUPPORTIVE than we expected. The around-the-clock communication made things very easy.

Cons: I feel that there were some features we thought were included in our package, or at least our sales representative communicated to us, but realistically weren't, which led us to use third-party programs instead of keeping everything within the event app.

Pros: Bizzabo is a great business partner with passionate real people helping make every event outstanding. The learning curve is small, and the tools feel familiar; so it's easy to get up and running, fast.

Cons: Sometimes, estimating the scale of what's needed can be off from the actual event needs. When this happens, and budgets are already spent, it's tough to eat the realization that you wish you'd paid less for less because there's no refunds or take-back for an event that didn't turn out as big as you estimated.

Pros: Ease of use for building events, websites, emails. It's very simple and user friendly to build out these aspects and as someone who is not well versed in email campaigns and web development - this is a huge advantage to using bizzabo.

Cons: The website builder is very limited in its assets available. The only Custom Element is still pretty restrictive and can be problematic when needing a more dynamic website for events.

Pros: Easy to use Support team is great, they always respond to my questions quickly and give me the right solution

Cons: interface and function is English countries friendly and sometimes we need to spend time to customize for local language use.

Pros: I find Bizzabo is easy to use and provides a great user interface. Our customers have been satisfied with our registration platform and app since moving to Bizzabo.

Cons: I am looking forward to when the paid session add-on feature is available. That will solve the only 'problem' we have.

Pros: - Nice clean interface, nice branding - It's not a bad event management system Other than that, I could take it or leave it!

Cons: - Hard to unsubscribe from email notifications that are my teammates' events rather than my events - Have to reset my password every time I use it, as I use it infrequently and Bizzabo asks you to change your password regularly - Also

Pros: The check-in app is very user-friendly. It gets a lot more complicated when connecting to badge printers, though.

Cons: Very lengthy process to set up an event and any change in information needs to be updated in multiple areas, increasing the room for errors.

Pros: I really like the functionality, features, value for money and knowledge hub. The customer support feature is also great. They get back to us super fast and are always helping us with whatever we ask!

Cons: There is a learning curve when you initially learn the tool and it'll take you some time to learn the nuances look most complex tech platforms.

Pros: Functionality with email outreach capabilities. We like being able to email groups we need to email and be able to follow up directly with registrants and attendees.

Cons: I wish we could create tracking links within Bizzabo for outreach instead of us having to use UTMs that we create.

Pros: The flexibility of designing the events is flawless and it supports responsive design which is an addition.

Cons: I didint liked that we cannot add CSS directly within the section. First we have to give a class then go to the CSS section and add the CSS there. How cool it would be if the option to add CSS is when selecting a section.

Pros: I like that it has multiple functionalities

Cons: it has a lot of bugs, for example: 1. When duplicate a module form the page it duplicates the information in both modules. Erasing the other. 2. Buttons doesn't accept accents in letters, for spanish is grammarly wrong to write without accents. 3. It crashes when having other apps in your desktop ON.

Pros: IT's user friendly, the help desk is quick to reply

Cons: There are some functions that lack like it would be great to schedule website changes Sometimes there are weird glitches but the team help to fix this

Pros: Once all the information is entered, it's very easy for the attendees to use.

Cons: It was very tedious to get all of the information into Bizzabo. The admin UI is not especially friendly.

Pros: I like that email marketing and event web pages are seamlessly integrated.

Cons: The website design tools are very basic and don't allow much customization without custom HTML coding.

Pros: I find the creation of events very clear and user-friendly and the fact you can add your own branded templates to then duplicate for creating future events.

Cons: I find it difficult sometimes going through multiple people when needed assistance but understand it is sometimes necessary.

Pros: The back end UI is easy to use and understand

Cons: The customer service and limited data capture. One thing i really struggle with is Bizzabo verse studios - they have too many offerings with too many names and its confusing.

Pros: Great platform for the actual live event, lots of customisation available, a true all-in-one event management platform.

Cons: Can be quite confusing and overwhelming with all of the different options available and takes quite a bit of training to understand it all. Have had a lot of technical issues with live events - it seems that the success of an event is very heavily reliable on the quality of speaker's wifi/equipment.

Pros: Easy to Work and Manage site, good visual appearance

Cons: Difficulty with customer service, there were ghost bugs

Pros: I like that it is easy to attend a "virtual conference" we used this for benefits and it was incredible to go from session to session. I was also able to easily see what sessions were available.

Cons: nothing! everything was super user friendly and the interface is easy to navigate.

Pros: We like Bizzabo - it's much better than other events platforms we've used

Cons: That it's not fully integrated into our website for SEO traffic

Pros: Creating an event is easy and still has a lot of options

Cons: That I can't download all "tickets" into a report, as easily as we can export the data to a spreadsheet, which would be useful for billing/audit purposes.

Pros: The interface of the templates and ticket set up worked well

Cons: The clunky set up of the ERC, the lack of ability to duplicate tasks across multiple events. The lack of ability to have sponsors upload items and then when decline resubmit. The intergration of the links and websites into tasks, the inability to included images in tasks for sponsors. The fact that sponsor input would override key information that was visible to the public. The set up of the overall ERC was a complete pain and not anything I would recommend.

Pros: Intuitive interfacer within the tool, I thought it was very easy to navigate. Also there's great documentation provided by the company around integrations.

Cons: Integration to Marketo was constantly breaking with no long term solutions from the support team despite the issue being consistent. Also, Bizzabo forms don't have contingency logic. ex: If Country > is US then Show the State field, if not, keep State field hidden.
