Pros: We needed a solution to link our ERP system with our CRM for real-time syncing of opportunities and sales orders, and Commercient proved to be the perfect fit. Vicky from the team truly stood out, guiding us expertly through the setup and onboarding process. I would recommend Commercient for their reasonable pricing and the extensive customizations they offer to meet specific needs.
Cons: It could sometimes be faster in syncing new products and sales orders to our CRM but otherwise it works well.

The overall experience has been good. After a few minor bumps early on, we got everything working exactly as we desired. The product works very reliably, and when there is an issue, the support team is quick to respond to your ticket.
Pros: It creates a seamless data environment by bi-directionally syncing our CRM and ERP systems. This allows for automation of order booking and customer profile creation and eliminates a ton of redundant data entry and chance for errors.
Cons: Some of the configuration early on was difficult, partially because of the technical asks from our side. Working with the CRM->ERP team proved to be more difficult - understanding that it is the more complicated direction. Make sure your organization has someone with knowledge of your data environment.

Pros: Our goal was to connect and integrate our CRM with our ERP, and Commercient made this a seamless process. Their service and support team were responsive and always ready to assist during the entire integration process and beyond. I would recommend Commercient because their sync works superbly, providing an essential function that ensures our CRM has the necessary data our sales team needs.
Cons: initial sync took a long time, sometimes the tool shutsdown and requires restarting the application.

We have appreciated their ability to create an API between out ERP and CRM allowing for there to be data transfers that there have never been. They have also been able to make later modifications based on changes in requirements.
Pros: They were able to seamlessly create an API connecting the data between our ERP and CRM allowing for there to be data transfers that we have never had before as a company.
Cons: We had challenges hearing responses from their team and would typically require multiple times reaching out through multiple different methods to get a response/ update on their status. I am also not a huge fan of their ticketing system.

Overall, it’s been a reliable integration that has improved how our sales and operations teams access data. Once set up, it runs consistently and has made reporting and forecasting much easier.
Pros: The ability to sync Sage 50 data directly into Salesforce, especially customer records and sales orders. It gives our team better visibility without needing to jump between systems, and keeps reporting consistent.
Cons: Customization can take some coordination, especially when mapping ERP data to Salesforce objects. Changes aren’t always instant and sometimes require support involvement.

Overall extremely negative. The onboarding is lengthy and bizarre. While their communication is timely, their overall concern for their customer and level of customer service is poor.
Pros: Software appears to work, but is time consuming to integrate. We have an unpopular ERP system, and perhaps that is part of the issue.
Cons: They do not care about the customer, only getting their money. Read your terms thoroughly before proceeding. Their onboarding process involves animated characters describing the process. Might be helpful to some, but my IT manager thought the whole process was so unusual he asked if we should stop earlier on. I wish I listened to him. Now we're locked into an expensive one-year contract they will not let me out of even with understandable reason.

The implementation was quick and simple. All of the data that we requested to sync has been connected.
Pros: It has been a positive change for our business. The best feature is the real-time visibility it gives us into our ERP data directly within Salesforce. The hourly sync ensures our sales and customer service teams always have access to the most current information on invoices, customer accounts, and order history without having to switch between systems. It has improved our workflow efficiency and strengthened collaboration between departments.
Cons: I dislike that they charge per user, rather than per amount of data being synced. The cost will increase as my user count increases, however I feel that we should be charged as our data increases.

Functions as expected and without hiccups. Fairly expensive though.
Pros: Data is synced regularly and reliably without any major downtime. Any issues that arise are very quickly solved.
Cons: The user(s) involved in setting up our account are no longer with the company, and there isn't much information readily available about how the technical aspects of commercient work. Also our primary user account is unable to be changed even though the person is gone from the company.

It's been a great experience working with Commercient to sync our QB data with Salesforce. They are very helpful when small issues arise and they are extremely proactive with maintaining our sync accurate and error free. We've been working with Commercient for a few years now and we look forward to continue to use their services.
Pros: They were very helpful during the setup and always available to answer questions.
Cons: The initial setup was a bit cumbersome and tedious but manageable.

Overall, our experience has been very positive. The process has been somewhat smooth and the team has been there to hold our hands throughout. They are quick to respond to emails and have always found solutions and work arounds to any hiccups.
Pros: I love that there is a tool available to sync ERP data into CRMs. It's a very unique service offering and a useful one for our particular industry.
Cons: Nothing that I disliked, the only downside is how long it can take and the various hiccups that happen, but this is typical with any sort of high-level data integration projects.
