The support service is excellent and very fast. If I have a question about using their tools, like which tool within the SSIS power pack, is the best tool to use to solve a particular problem, they will help and make suggestions.
Pros: It allows me to import/export JSON and XML to/from SQL Server with much more ease than using built-in available SSIS available tools. It picks up where the built and tools leave off… it requires some technical knowledge, but you don’t have to learn to write complex programs, like in Java. This saves a lot of time and effort, especially in small IT departments like ours!
Cons: Occasionally, while using their tools in SSIS, there are little pop-up or comment boxes that get displayed and should, but don’t, disappear again.

Pros: Value for Money, Setup and Deployment. Support team availability and spontaneous response. Easy to communicate
Cons: Automatic checks not available on patch upgrade or alerts on upgrades, system should check if any new features are introduced in the latest release. Inform customers to see if it benefits them.

Pretty much summed up the first 2 questions. It is so flexible almost against it's own good--but don't tell them I said that because I don't want to lose the flexibility, just want to understand more :) Zappysys has fantastic support as well. Sometimes it seems the email back and forth is delaying but it's getting to the root to determine if a call or just a screenshot is needed.
Pros: It so far has all the features (data flow tasks and connectors) that I need right now to reach cloud data repos, etc. and Zappysys is continually updating the product. With our license we benefit from these added features.
Cons: Sometimes the widget interfaces aren't communicating very clearly the information needed for the configuration. While Zappysys did an amazing job (most vendors never include this in their product) including examples, links and even help text, some of these screens contain over 100 pieces of information and sometimes it's hard to know which 1 or 2 or 7 things need to be filled in and when and why.

I worked with support engineer [sensitive content hidden] for the trial that we did. He was phenomenal in getting our automation setup. We are definitely going to buy the product.
Pros: The setup and deployment was great. It seems to work seamless with Visual studio. The tools seem very easy to use as well.
Cons: We just downloaded the product to start with the trial. So far we have not found anything that we do not like.

It's the most suitable tool designed for API and Data integration solution that I used in the last 7 years
Pros: Json Parsing, arrays Flatten options, Pagination, Authentication methods and array filter, all of these features make our life easy
Cons: SSIS powerpack doesn't shows the exact Column Name the caused the error if a package Failed to run, hope to do some enhancements on this

It's been great. The tools work as designed and ZappySys support has been excellent. They've helped me with configuration and troubleshooting multiple times and every experience has been painless.
Pros: The API connection managers have been a lifesaver, the install was simple, and the software works exactly as advertised.
Cons: The API connection managers are quite complex and the interfaces are quite busy and somewhat intimidating. (But the support staff have been amazing at walking me through configuration and usage, so this isn't much of a problem, really.)

Excellent. Support wise also it is providing quick solutions to issues. Really awesome tasks it has. Thank you.
Pros: It has very good number of features and liked it very much. Every zappysys task is needed.
Cons: None at the moment to point out but I am seeing less technical help during IST nights. That could be improved.

Pros: tasks have a lot of option and we can create so many projects with using them. mostly API connections.
Cons: tasks are sometimes too complicated to set up. Documentation is not enough for some cases. It can be more user friendly interface.

Good feedback during our trial. Easy to set up. Performance is good.
Pros: Not very difficult to set up. Allows us to connect to our data lake without writing a custom api.
Cons: The documentation on setting up the JDBC driver on the gateway server isn't clear. But it wasn't terrible to figure out.

We originally purchased the Zappy SSIS PowerPack JUST to get Excel connectors that worked easier and supported multiple versions of Excel at the same time. Our use has grown to include all ETL processes from over 23 Virtual Machines (database to database, cloud to database, database to cloud...even .txt to .txt to support data transfer from one "ancient" system to another... ;-).
Pros: The Powerpack adds SO much functionality to SSIS...especially in the number and variety of data connectors to almost every endpoint imaginable. Zappy has thought out every combination and permutation needed for connectors to REST/Curl interfaces as well as all popular endpoints.
Cons: Only that there is SO much flexibility...lol. The Zappy online help is really good.

Our developers are very fond of it and use it myself for minor ETL processes and it work great.
Pros: Easy to use and great support! Especially during the offline license activation proces.
Cons: The offline licensing proces. Why not send the generated license key front out instead of a user who has to generate it.
Bas v. · Mission Critical Engineer · Information Technology and Services · December 3, 2024

Pros: Great product, extensive features and easy to get up and running quickly. The support I've experienced has been exceptional, definitely the best I've ever received from any software vendor.
Cons: There is a learning curve but that is to be expected when there are such extensive features.
Sharon S. · Consultant · Information Services · October 17, 2024
Great choice for ETL development, solo developer will fully repay price of SSIS Power Pack in a matter of months with own time saved.
Pros: Support, they are really into helping to solve your problem. not just to fix own bugs. A lot of guidelines and pretty good documentation on all provided features.
Cons: A bit tricky process of upgrading to higher level of subscription.
Alexander L. · System Analyst · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 20, 2024
Pros: ZappySys has enabled all of the tasks we have envisioned. My personal SSIS experience was old and minimal. ZappySys was able to assist in implementation of their tools plus train/assist with SSIS training/development.
Cons: I had some problems with the initial implementation, but that was due to my overall inexperience with SSIS and Visual Studio. ZappySys was able to assist with my roll-out.
David W. · Senior Business Analyst · Medical Devices · June 6, 2024
The SSIS Powerpack has made my Data Movement and ETL Processing extremely flexible. Working with support was also very easy contact and the support personnel (I'm sorry as I can't remember his name) was very helpful and explained what I needed to do to solve my issue in a very timely manner.
Pros: The ease of use of the tasks that are included ie. File System, API Tasks
Cons: Nothing that comes to mind as the tasks that I've used so far have been successful
Kenny E. · Data Analyst Engineer · Hospital & Health Care · August 23, 2023
