Cornerstone LMS

Pros: Ability to add our training to the system and track completion, lots of options to select from in their library.

Cons: Difficult to set up reviews, observation checklists, etc. There were way too many steps and it was frustrating.

Pros: It is great for course management and reporting as it provides a lot of options for fine-tuning now you want the course to display and with what options. It also provides excellent customer support.

Cons: The interface is a little dated; some of it has been updated, but then when you get into the deeper levels of settings, it reverts back to an older interface. Also, the content creation tools are limited.

Pros: It does a good job of storing all our companies' training courses and keeping track and sending out training reminders to ensure we are compliant with OHS.

Cons: The software can be somewhat clunky to use and not save progress properly at times or close training modules prior to saving, requiring me to find ways to "hack' progress so I can complete the course without rewatching everything.

Pros: easy to navigate, easy to learn, is user friendly . it has a wide variety of features that can be edited

Cons: sometimes it almost gave too many options and was hard to understand some of the features and its capabilities.

Pros: Has a lot of trainings and resources, available anytime and from different devices.

Cons: Has a look&feel still antiquated, I expected a bit more and a better user experience from one of the best solutions in the market.

Pros: A personalized learning platform for your employees in one place and tracking of the learning path, compliance courses for company, analytics designed to increase optimization along with overall performance measures, key performance indicators based upon your position.

Cons: Need additional customer success and services upskilling learning.

Pros: I like that it can assign online learning automatically

Cons: We have not been able to set up the proper rules to get as specific as we need to always have the system automatically assign

Pros: The customizable learning paths and the interactive content tools make Cornerstone LMS a standout platform. The learning path is perfect for new users onboarding, as it allows users to create individual training programs based on different roles or skill levels. By incorporating these features, users are kept involved through every step of the training journey and thereby receive a genuine, personalized learning experience.

Cons: Cornerstone LMS needs to improve one area: their reporting dashboard, which gets complex for beginners. Also, features of the mobile app don't match up to what's on the desktop platform, so if users are predominantly using mobile for training, they often have to disrupt their learning.

Pros: It was easy to follow the videos to learn.

Cons: Videos are sometimes long and drawn out especially for refreshers.

Pros: What I liked most about Cornerstone LMS was its comprehensive reporting functionality. It allowed for detailed insights into training progress and completion rates, making it easier to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Cons: I feel that navigating the reporting tools can be time-consuming. Some of the features felt overly complex, which occasionally slowed down the data retrieval process.

Pros: This platform is very simple and suitable for specific requirement. Instructor-led, virtual and interactive modules of the training meets the organization's expectation

Cons: It provides various option for the training assignment like based on job role, self registration

Pros: -Interactive lessons -Content Library -Great dashboard -Good Customer service

Cons: -Doesn't work well with Internet Explorer. -Customer Service is great, but took time to get someone on the line.

Pros: I really like the integration of courses and exams, the ability to pull transcripts, and assign courses.

Cons: Reporting in the system can be confusing and clunky.

Pros: Un outil complet qui permet de piloter la performance des collaborateurs de l'entreprise, d'accompagner les projets professionnels, de gérer les compétences au sens large ainsi que les revues des talents.

Cons: Une solution complexe qui nécessite l'appui de consultants ou d'équipes IT : les RH ne peuvent pas générer de façon autonome les campagnes d'entretiens / reportings... Un outil peu intuitif pour les collaborateurs. Un service client payant avec un système d'abonnement pour avoir un délai de réponse correct.

Pros: Works in almost any Android or OS. Is user friendly. Has genuine indepth content. Works well with collaboration too. Best experience for learners and teachers.

Cons: Nothing in particular. User friendly. Especially for beginners.

Pros: Una de mis cosas favoritas del software es que es fácil de aprender y utilizar. Cuando asumí este rol, no tenía experiencia previa en LMS o LMS, pero me resultó muy fácil de aprender y navegar. Recomendaría encarecidamente Cornerstone a cualquiera que busque un nuevo proveedor.

Cons: Realmente no hay nada que destaque y no soy un gran admirador del software. Su modelo de soporte puede ser complicado a veces, pero honestamente, eso es todo.

Pros: - Cornerstone LMS is excellent for managing and delivering online learning content, especially with multiple learning audiences. as the platform is highly customizable to meet the needs of different specific audiences.- The reporting and analytics features are robust.

Cons: - The pricing for Cornerstone LMS can be quite high- Reliability and performance are serious concerns- Customization options can be overwhelming, requiring a significant amount of time and effort to set up and maintain.

Pros: The functionality is comprehensive, with a lot of features you can customize including custom pages which are great for improving the user experience.

Cons: It is a very slow system - each time you update a field, the whole page refreshes. There are still a lot of functionalities that one would think would be a given with an LMS that despite feedback, they choose to focus on their bigger scale feature releases.

Pros: Range of functionality and ease of implementation. Does more than most LMSs out there. Initial setup and integration was outsourced and great whilst support lasted.

Cons: Expensive and some features hidden behind paywall. Customer support varied dependant on who your CSM was.

Pros: Cornerstone can be customized, which is really nice.

Cons: Cornerstone is very expensive compared to similar platforms. It also isn't that much better.

Pros: There were no missing elements or workaround to be done to achieve the desired results

Cons: Progress can be lost on a few rare occasions

Pros: Cornerstone LMS ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und bietet alles an, was man für das interne Lernen innerhalb eines Unternehmens braucht.

Cons: Mehr Updates wären interessant und eventuell der Ausbau der/einer Mobilanwendung
