Company Cam is so easy to use and their support team is amazing. They even worked with us to create custom checklists and fields for our needs.
Pros: We use Comlany Cam for our constructiin field management projects. It is awesome. Unlimited photos, checklists, lables, everything is customizable and easy to use.
Cons: I wish you could filter files/projects by "no label" we used labels and could filter projects with certain labels but you cant see just the ones with no label.

Very simple to use and a lot of useful features. CompanyCam is very intuitive. It doesn’t take a lot of effort or training to go from being a novice to an expert. Makes my job a lot easier.
Pros: I love that it is a standalone app and when I use it to take photos, the photos don’t download to my phone
Cons: Since it is Internet based, sometimes when I am out in an area with a low signal, it becomes difficult to use.

We love company cam and have been using it since we have been in business since 2020. It elevates us to clients as they love the photo reports.
Pros: We love how our technicians who are on roofs all day can easily use company cam in the field to relay to our back end what is going on
Cons: Sometimes company cam crashes and we really depend on it here so it's not good when that does happen.

Very happy with CompanyCam. We have been using it for about 2+ years now and we don't plan on canceling.
Pros: The website and app are both easy to navigate and user friendly. Easily stores all of our pictures of jobs so we are able to share with clients or other subcontractors.
Cons: I wish there was a way to combine 2 properties. When a house sells and we create a new profile for the new homeowner it is not obvious we had been there before.

Overall satisfied with the software just wish it was a little better price. We have a small company so paying around $100 a month is a lot for our budget.
Pros: The sales people are able to take photos on Company Cam and they link into our CRM which saves time and energy. It is a great feature. And you can share it with your subcontractors so they can upload photos as well.
Cons: The price is a bit high and if you want to utilize some additional features you have to pay substantially more. I was wanting to use the checklist but would need a different plan that was an additional $50 per month.

I’ve used CompanyCam as a roofing estimator and it’s amazing to be able to take photos on this app and have them automatically sorted into the appropriate customer profile on Acculynx
Pros: The convenience of using CompanyCam instead of my photo album on my phone keeps the stress out of being disorganized. It’s a cloud based system so I can share it with other employees
Cons: Genuinely I don’t have any complaints that come to mind about CompanyCam. I think there could be improvements like anything but I feel that it is pretty smooth already.

The team is easy to work with. From onboarding to training. It was a very easy software to use and it integrates so well with other services.
Pros: Hands down the easiest way to capture the jobsite specifics. I can measure, take pictures, and talk my notes as I'm working. The AI reader is fantastic. Makes sure I never miss a thing.
Cons: Honestly just having a cheaper version. I've used it with a bigger construction company before but I don't need all the bells and whistles now so it would be nice to have a more cost effective or lite version.

Easy to set up different locations and take/upload photos. Been very pleased with how efficient it is to come back and reference things.
Pros: I really enjoy how simple it is to use and that photos don’t take up memory on my phone. Excellent value just for that.
Cons: Not so much about the app, but having to learn that the photos of the job site are now on an app rather my phone.
Nicholas H. · Foreman · Construction · August 21, 2025
Wonderful! I can take all the pictures I want from the job and it will automatically uploads the pictures to JobNimbus where I do all the work orders and invoicing.
Pros: The fact that it works so perfectly with JobNimbus. It makes the jobs a lot easier.Having the pictures I took of the job in the same place where I will do my invoicing helps a lot.
Cons: I do not see anything I would change or rearrange anything . CompanyCam is very helpful the way it is now.

We have used CompanyCam for years to organize and transfer photos and videos to the proper projects. For our field techs, it's a phenomenal tool, but for the office, it's truly invaluable. Great stuff, guys!
Pros: CompanyCam offers seamless integration into our workflow with the various CRMs we've used over the years. Their tagging features are great for referencing projects, and the 'Nearby Projects' feature is both clever and invaluable.
Cons: I have had some issues in the past with searching projects. That seems to have been remedied, and I can think of another negative.

Company Cam has given us the opportunity to get a feel for the jobs we have to do, and the supplies needed. It is very helpful to be able to create reports for certain clients (like house repairs needed for a real estate sale). Having a checklist for generator services is helpful to the technicians because they have to answer questions and/or add pictures for each step of the process. That way we can have a thorough record of the maintenance preformed.
Pros: I like the ability to make reports and check lists for jobs. The ability to take pictures and videos of jobs and job sites is very helpful. The checklists are valuable because it helps us to make sure that each step of the job is completed.
Cons: The integration with Field Pulse has been challenging. We do a lot of agricultural work and the fields, ditch pumps, and pivots do not have specific "addresses", so we use coordinates. These do not match up at all when trying to get them matched with FP

Absolutely love the product. Beyind our CRM its the most important tool in our belt. We use it for everything from cover our butts to accountability
Pros: Ease of use, and Integrations. It ties directly with my CRM. Navigation through the software on the computer and the app is super easy. The collaboration is awesome as well.
Cons: Zooming in on pictures has issues some time, but this is hardly a complaint. There really isn't anything I could pick apart.
Anthony H. · Owner · Construction · May 15, 2025
I like the product overall and we do still pay for it. But we don't buy seats for everyone, only those that really need it.
Pros: Love the app overall. Easy to use, really helps organize project photos and keep everyone on the same page
Cons: No real scheduling features. Too expensive for what it does.
Ryan B. · Co-Owner · Construction · April 17, 2025
Overall I've had a great experience. My employees can take pictures and I can see them just by going to the app and the customers name
Pros: I love being able to take pictures of each job along with keeping the info like permits all together. I also like that it separates my work photos from my personal photos.
Cons: I really haven't found anything that I don't like about Company Cam
Danny B. · owner · Construction · April 15, 2025
Overall it has been an excellent experience with CompanyCam. The software is integral to our team and the customer service has been great.
Pros: CompanyCam helps us keep our massive photo documentation requirements organized by project/property. We can also automate certain workflows with templates and other efficiencies offered by the software.
Cons: We would like to see even more customization within the templates section of CompanyCam.

Pros: We love that we can now communicate in real time (with photos) with our customers while we're working on their properties. We do roofing so it's not like people can go outside and watch, it's dangerous. With CompanyCam we're able to show the entire process from start to finish.
Cons: Honestly I can't think of any cons about company cam.
Angela N. · Accounting · Construction · April 4, 2025
Pros: Easy to use, job tracking relies heavily on companycam. I think what makes it so easy to use is that it's simple to use despite language barrier between crews and office.
Cons: Merging jobs can be tricky sometimes because you lose notes and random communication on the job profiles.
Megan T. · Office Manager · Construction · April 3, 2025
Very happy with Company Cam. It makes photo organization very easy both internally and for sharing with customers.
Pros: It stores all of our photos in one place efficiently. Integrates well with our CRM software.
Cons: It's expensive for the number of field techs we have.
Sam S. · Owner · Construction · March 28, 2025
If I could give them 100 stars I would, they deserve it!
Pros: CompanyCam is a life savior for any trade company!!! Being able to share the link so who ever needs to see what's happening on the project can. The edits you can do on the pictures are amazing and so helpful!!
Cons: There is absolutely no complaints with this program

I have been a very long-time user of CompanyCam and have introduced to many companies all across the USA. I have seen them add features and listen to requests made by their users - great product, great company!
Pros: I love the ease of use, the report functions and of course, being able to share photos, AS THEY ARE TAKEN, with the client
Cons: Nothing really other than not everyone is using CompanyCam to elevate their game!
Blaine P. · General Manager · Construction · February 28, 2025
I own and operate a small remodeling business and the CompanyCam app has been a lifesaver!
Pros: The AI generated walkthrough report is the best feature that Ive yet to see in a project management application!
Cons: I honestly could not find a thing that I didn't like.
Justin W. · Owner and Operator · Construction · February 3, 2025
We’ve had a fantastic experience with it from the get-go.
Pros: I love how easy it was to set up and use.
Cons: I wish it was a little bit cheaper price, but that’s it.
Clint B. · Owner · Chemicals · January 4, 2025
When I first launched with the product they onboarded me and did one on one training. idk if they have been recently acquired but their customer service management team is pathetic. Very unprofessional.
Pros: originally the organization it provided to customers.
Cons: the customer service is a joke. I have had a matter I have been trying to address for over 2 months now and they are unresponsive to the direct issue at hand.

Pros: CompanyCam provides us the ability to share a client's project with them in real time. We love that we can share videos of significant length without any downloading or emailing issues.
Cons: I wish it was cheaper to have more seats.
Ashley M. · Office Manager · Construction · May 9, 2024
I believe I've covered that previously in this review
Pros: the ability to verify our on site findings
Cons: my phone does not operate it very well, but I manage
