Cons: Some settings and customization options can feel a bit complex at first, and certain features require digging into configurations to fully understand.

Pros: What I liked most about Luma Health is how easy it is to use and how much time it saves. The appointment reminders and smart waitlists really helped reduce no-shows, and the integration with our system was smooth. The support team is also super helpful!

Cons: Sometimes the system can be a bit slow during peak hours, and it took some time for our team to get used to all the features. But overall, it's a great tool once you're familiar with it.

Pros: You can include details without having to call patients, and you can communicate with them if you need them for your next treatment.

Cons: It was a pity that patients could not change their appointments. There were times when I couldn't get the alarm right away.

Pros: My favorite thing about Luma Health is the AI generated usage, and this helps with patient notes/charting.

Cons: My least favorite thing about Luma Health is the inconvenience with rescheduling patients. Or how some patient's don't get reminders.

Pros: What I like about Luma Health is that you can schedule appointments through the app. More than often clients experience long wait times, with Luma Health you are able to get your appointments set up easily.

Cons: I believe that this company lacks customer support. If you are having an issue you have to submit a ticket and wait for a reply.

Pros: Easy user interface makes it interactive. And the new AI feature helps keep a track extremely well.

Cons: There’s nothing to be honest that I don’t like about the app. It’s pretty much everything I need for patient management.

Pros: You can conveniently make hospital or clinic reservations through this app! In addition, it was nice to be able to change the time or cancel through this app. By sending a notification one day before the appointment, forgetting to make a hospital appointment has been reduced. Communication with doctors can also be done through this app, making it efficient.

Cons: There are few downsides. We can only hope that the number of hospitals linked to this app will increase! Sometimes apps provide health-related information, but I feel like the information is not relevant to me.
