Beyonk has made our ticketed events seamless. The check in process is so easy. Guests purchase their tickets online ahead of time and arrive with a QR code that is scanned. Easy peasy!
Pros: The ease of use for both our customers and ourselves as a business! It makes our events run much more smoothly. Plus our rep, [sensitive content hidden], is incredible. He maintains a great relationship and always makes sure we have the help we need!
Cons: I truly don't have anything bad to say about Beyonk. Anything I need help with is taken care of, and if there isn't a feature they have that I want, I suggest it and they make sure I feel heard!

Pros: I really like that the Experience feature and the capability to promote specific offerings as gift cards. It’s a smart way to add another source of revenue.
Cons: I was also told the platform is evolving and that we can be part of upcoming beta versions—which is great! It’s nice to know they’re actively improving and open to feedback from real users.

We are very pleased with the Beyonk booking system from the initial approach to the migration of booking information and continuing back up to resolve queries.
Pros: Clarity of booking system and modern image. Speed of operation and the comprehensive presntation of sales information. Personal approach of managers and speed of response to queries.
Cons: The comprehensive nature of the sales and accounting reporting takes some time to become familiar with.

Fabulous, super quick help when you need it, lovely / easy system and very easy on the pocket too, so reasonable to other systems we have used. So much better than our previous system
Pros: So quick and easy to use and great for integrating with our epos system. Much easier for our visitors to use and makes loading events so simple.
Cons: Not a dislike, but when switching between our till and beyonk - it sometimes crashes and we have to start the whole transaction again. I believe this glitch is known to beyonk and it is being worked on.

Our overall experience has been great. From the initial enquiry to getting our events live, there has always been someone to help us every step of the way. They go above and beyond to help and the capabilities of Beyonk are always improving.
Pros: Beyonk is so easy to use, for both us and our customers. Creating events and ticket types are really easy to do, and there is so much useful data. The team at Beyonk are exceptional and will do everything they can to help, and are always really speedy in response to any queries.
Cons: Linking tickets is somewhat limited, but this isn't something that you would find with other ticketing providers without having a bespoke site built, so isn't really something I can complain about!

Only positive things to say. Would happily recommend to anyone (and have). Wish I had switched to them earlier.
Pros: Back of house tool is fantastic. Very user friendly. Reports can be accessed easily. Refunds can be issued directly.
Cons: Preferred the previous reports section initially but the newer version has grown on me and just as good now.

Very good experience so far. Everyone has been very helpful and it seems to have improved our customer booking experience.
Pros: Really helpful colleagues on hand to assist with queries/ make sure things are set up correctly. Ease of the system too.
Cons: Would like it to have an App as that would be useful - but having a tile linked to the web dashboard is ok as a workaround.

Pros: The system as a whole works superbly with our soft play centres. All the features and apps within it, have helped to not only reduce admin, but also increase sales.
Cons: I wouldn't say that I dislike anything about Beyonk, but there are additional features that would be handy, but there seems to be constant development of new features being added regularly.

It's been a joy to work with Beyonk! Customer service has been outstanding. Fast response time, and all our questions answered with ease. We're a large holiday park, and we have only just started to move all our activities and events to online booking. Beyonk has been the perfect platform for us, and made it all a pleasure, rather than the stress we'd originally anticipated. A big thumbs up!
Pros: Simple & easy to set up, and also easy to use on the customer side!
Cons: We haven't come across anything yet that we haven't liked!

Fantastic experience to date, only wished I swapped over sooner!
Pros: A very easy to use booking system, both for customers and us as a business. The set up process was straightforward with as much support as needed. The staff have been fantastic with answering any queries or questions.
Cons: No areas of dis-satisfaction! Service has been faultless.

Beyonk was very easy to navigate, this was a whole new set up for us and [sensitive content hidden] from Beyonk was really helpful plenty of Video calls, video tutorials. I like that they check up on how we are doing from time to time, they let us know of any updates or useful information on how we can boost our sales.
Pros: Very easy to use, customer service is great, we got lots of help setting up and useful video clips along the way.

Cons: While our experience with Beyonk has been overwhelmingly positive, one area for improvement would be the addition of a dedicated app for event check-ins. A mobile app could make the check-in process even smoother, allowing us to scan tickets and manage attendee lists more efficiently on the day. The whole onboarding process was super easy and stress free. [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful and listened to all of our requirements and made them happen. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has also be incredibly helpful when we’ve hit a few snags and helped us to get them sorted.
Pros: The platform is super easy to use and customise to make it your own. It works seamlessly with our website and the team at Beyonk, [sensitive content hidden] have been super attentive and supportive when we’ve needed them.
Cons: When you’ve grouped together experiences there is no way to return to the group without going all the way back through the products. It only takes a few extra seconds but there it’s the only thing I can think of!

Great and constantly evolving booking system, with responsive, proactive and helpful account managers. We have been with the company since its early days and find the booking system very user friendly and ideal for our scuba diving experience and training business.

An excellent platform with great support to get you set up and manage your own experiences on the platform.
Pros: The flexibility the customer has to manage their own booking within our T&C’s. The Gift voucher options are fantastic. Simple, sleek booking process for customers. Data capture options are excellent.
Cons: I’d like to see more details in my daily overview of resources needed not just number of customers on each activity however this information is easily gotten elsewhere.

It has been frustrating at times, but over all very productive and it is much better than any of the other solutions I located.
Pros: They are an innovate group of individual who are committed to helping their customers brainstorm work around to unique problems they may face.
Cons: They are lacking a few functionality solutions I would be interested in, but they are growing and frankly no solution is a 100% solutions. I do wish they had an app.. but I would prefer to use a web browser than pay $200 a month for an app they created.
